W Bali, Seminyak

We had an amazing stay in the presidential suite and was very well taken care of by Denta and Nauval! Great stay and great people!

Stayed here for 4 nights over all hotel is great and staff is exceptional no doubt. It is located in the heart of Seminyak awesome location and great vibe around the resort. However there are a few short issues, firstly the internal roads are horrible and need to be fixed very very bumpy, the villas show the age of the property some up-keeping challenges clearly and the villa faces the pool and the curtain is non blackout which is absurd especially when you have come to relax in a resort. These issues need to be resolved and need some sort of introspection however i do recommend the property but make sure these issues are workable for you.

Haven’t been to this hotel about 10 years ago I was quite looking forward to returning. However, this time was very disappointing. The service was very good and a special acknowledgement to Angga asst mgr resto Winda- server at resto Dani- room service Didi- pool service Dadk- resto server Koma nana- resto server Unfortunately, though, the overall day was disappointing. The food was mediocre and overpriced. The drinks were expensive. The pool was crowded and they were renovations going on at the pool area. The hotel is extremely overpriced.

Great service as always, 5 stars. 2nd time here we are always blown away. Thank you for W Bali and the food team, be sure to try the afternoon brunch.

My husband took me to stay at the W Bali for my birthday. We have stayed at a lot of W hotels around the world and so are used to a very high standard. The W Bali did not fail us. We were greeted by smiling staff who made us feel instantly welcomed. The lobby area is lovely modern and very clean. We were checked in by Chi Chi she was very nice and professional. We were taken by buggy to our villa . My husband had arranged a beautiful surprise that the W hotel executed perfectly. I was greeted by balloons, flowers and a bath tub filled with petals.. the villa was spacious , clean, his and hers sinks, lots of storage space, rainfall and hand held shower, safe, iron and ironing board literally everything you need. The hotel has a good size gym a spa onsite and 2 restaurants serving great hot food. I loved the pasta...who knew tomato pasta could taste so good. Yuda served us drinks a lot of the time and another girl whose name I can't remember. Yuda always remembered what we drank and was always smiling and happy. The W hotel is in a great location with shops and restaurants close by. NEGATIVES.... In high season I'm not sure there are enough chairs for sunbathing as there wasn't a lot of chairs around the pool area. Also there was some building taking place but this did not spoil the holiday at all..that's it!!! All staff here are smiley and professional they will go over and above for their guests..I would definitely recommend this hotel and definitely go back. Thanks W hotel
