W Bali, Seminyak

We had a wonderful experience at the W. The team is extremely welcoming and helpful, the hotel and its beach are beautiful, and it’s very well located in the heart of Seminyak. We also had the chance to do a photo session with the Dreams Studio team, and we had a wonderful time, and ended up with beautiful pictures! I definitely recommend. Ketut and Gustu are wonderful photographers, and Mia and Wulan helped us choose the best pictures. Definitely recommend!

I had an amazing experience with Dreams Studio Bali for my photoshoot with Augs! Dewa Ayu helped me from the beginning and she was incredibly friendly, sweet, and professional. The whole team made me feel so comfortable during the shoot at the W Bali in Seminyak. The hospitality at the W Bali is truly unmatched — everyone there is so welcoming and attentive, it made the entire experience even more special. I was gifted a photoshoot for being a Marriot member and one photo but i ended up buying all of them! My photographer was the best! He guided me through every pose and told me exactly what to do, which made the shoot so easy and enjoyable. The photos came out stunning. Highly recommend Dreams Studio Bali — they’re the absolute best! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

同香港W一樣都係垃圾。 今次住超過3000港幣一晚。俾人係呢間酒店強制消費。萬豪會員有一張：complimentary 1 photo shooting 嘅coupon, 影完去揀相。諗住淨係拎comp 嘅1張就算。因為Ritz Carlton Bali 都係咁。點知影相館個女人強逼我地一定要買堆相同片。5000港幣1 set 相連片。我1晚房費都唔使咁貴😵‍💫我同男友提出我哋唔需要想離開並退房嘅時候個女職員話唔得仲話佢要report to Welcome Desk Team 喎。仲話如果唔買點解要book. 個下即刻著燈。並且我即刻沖去welcome desk 要求經理出來。Welcome Relation Manager Mr. Zakharia 其實只係解釋都幫唔到手，淨係話影相嗰度係酒店外判佢哋控制唔到。同埋我嗰個 Vocher只係一個discount coupon。我都即刻拎Vocher張相出嚟問佢寫Complimentary即係同你哋解釋嘅唔一樣啦。佢淨係話會幫我share個意見同經驗去總經理度。佢後面喺度講講講我都已經冇心情聽。原本都覺得呢間W唔錯。點知臨退房先出事。 Spa 都係呃9人錢20分鐘按腳都要400港紙 千祈唔好食酒店入面嘅餐廳同in room dining又貴又難食！ 成間酒店都好似一個騙局咁。同房價完全唔成正比。 同埋我見酒店都唔回覆comment 等於管理層其實應該都唔會理。下次只會住Ritz Carlton

I’ve stayed at the Bali Seminyak Hotel every year since it opened in 2011, and it continues to be one of my favourite places to return to. Each visit reminds me why I keep coming back — the service, the atmosphere, and the genuine care from the team are second to none. A special mention goes to Jevon, who is consistently outstanding. I can message him at any hour and whatever I need is sorted immediately. He’s an incredible asset to the hotel, but the entire team deserves praise — everyone is warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in their guests. The smiles, the attention to detail, and the effortless hospitality make every stay feel easy and enjoyable. The property has recently started a refurbishment and I can’t wait to see the final result. If the service is anything to go by, it’s going to be exceptional. Without hesitation, a 10 out of 5 experience every time.

Not only is the hotel exceptional , unbelievable beauty of location with crashing waves and wonderful cosy beds right in front - the staff are AMAZING! I’ve never felt so cared for by these gorgeous Indonesian people, so typically hospitable, kind, sweet, generous and funny. Nothing is too much trouble for them , they made it into one of the best trips to Bali I’ve had. Highly recommend The brunch on Sunday’s is a blast - food and live band both excellent. Special mention to funny PITIX for our poolside/beachside experience - lovely ADI the insider for taking care of us all week and catering to our every need he is THE BEST, and MADE at the Woo bar who kindly served us drinks for weeks! I love this W and these wonderful people ☺️🌷🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌴🌴
