Wonderful Ambience, Awesome W Staffs
The moment I stepped off the car, the welcome atmosphere was brilliant, especially after a long travel day. I would like to shout out to Rani & Yoga (kind respectful warm) at reception/check in experience, Andreas from concierge (young energetic vibrant) made the welcome experience unforgettable. I will definitely be back. Do not loose Rani Yoga and definitely Andreas 👍.

Exceptional Service from Dini
We had an amazing stay at W Bali, and a big part of that was thanks to our butler Dini. She was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and always one step ahead of our needs. From daily arrangements to little personal touches, Dini truly made our Bali trip feel special and effortless. Her warm service and genuine care brought a whole new level to our experience, and made our time in Bali even more memorable. We are very grateful and would highly recommend Dini to anyone staying at W Bali.
