From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. We were incredibly lucky to receive a complimentary upgrade to a one bedroom villa, which completely elevated our experience. The villa was stunning, private, and luxurious it felt like our own little paradise. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. Every single team member went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The level of service was world class, warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, which is something this hotel is consistently praised for by other guests also A very special mention has to go to our Guest Experience Manager, Dini. All I can say is you were absolutely amazing to deal with. You made our holiday so much more special, and the hotel is incredibly lucky to have someone like you. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. W team was always happy to help, always smiling, and consistently went out of their way to make us feel at home—actually, even better than home. We especially appreciated how everyone introduced themself, asking and remembered our names, creating such a familiar and friendly atmosphere. The housekeeping service was incredible, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged to ensure our comfort. The food was exceptional, with a wide variety of options available—even for the most particular tastes. We loved experiencing cuisine from all around the world, which added another layer of delight to our stay. The staff at the pool and bar were extremely friendly and attentive, anticipating our needs and welcoming us warmly to sunbeds or comfortable tables. Our recent stay at W Bali – Seminyak was a wonderful return to a place we first visited 12 years ago. While some of the facilities have naturally dated a little over time, it is still a great hotel that continues to deliver a memorable experience. We spent 7 days in a villa, most of which were happily passed by the pool, reading, relaxing and switching off. What really makes this hotel stand out is the staff. The pool attendants, Putu, Oka, Bintang Agus, Dewa and Yoga, were exceptional. They seem to have found that perfect balance in service, remembering your routine, not hovering or interrupting, but always there when you need them. The casual chats each day were easy and genuine, and added a lot to the experience. On our last day they all came to say goodbye with our favourite drinks (Bintang and Mojito), along with a sun care pack to thank us for staying, which was a really nice touch and sums up the level of care they show. They go well beyond what you would expect and genuinely make your stay feel personal. Each time we came back to the villa it was spotless and thoughtfully set up. The housekeeping team, Indra, Agus and Astina, clearly take a lot of pride in what they do. Little details stood out, like our bundle of charging cables being neatly tied and organised, and cleaning cloths left for my glasses. It did not go unnoticed and was very much appreciated. The hotel itself is still beautiful, but it is the people who make W Bali – Seminyak such a great place to stay. We would happily come back again.

Myself and my husband were walking the beach and decided to stop in for a cold drink, from the moment we stepped into W Bali it was nothing but great service! I reccomend 1000% stopping in. We were served by Dui who came to find out we are on our honeymoon. Moments later he came to us with a nice chocolate brownie with “happy honeymoon” written on it 🥰
