W Bali, Seminyak

This was my first time staying at W Bali, and the experience truly blew me away. From the moment I arrived, everything felt effortless and welcoming. The whole place had such a vibrant yet relaxing atmosphere. But the real highlight was the team. Darma took great care of me, as did Denta and Ella at Reception, who were all equally friendly and attentive. Their service made the whole experience feel personal. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Exceptional experience - This was my second stay at the property and it exceeded my expectations. Incredible breakfast, lovely facilities and Marriott Bonvoy Elite Status honoured extremely well. What stood out most though is the staff - Denta (W Insider) took such great care of us, as well as Ella at Reception, Fifaa and many others! Will be back for sure.

3 Nights stayed at this stunning property, the room is very clean, huge and luxury with fully amenities, I love the Nespresso coffee machine and special welcome cookies which is really appreciate it thank you for the W team, keep it up great! Thanks

Our time at W Bali was a total blast. Clarisa made our check-in smooth, and that cold welcome drink was exactly what we needed after traveling. Our room was modern, clean, and super comfortable. The team noticed my birthday was coming up and went all out. When we walked into our room, we saw they had decorated our bed with balloons and a banner. There was even a cake waiting for us, and the handwritten card was the cherry on top. I could feel they genuinely cared. Breakfast was another highlight. Beyond the usual buffet, we loved the à la carte menu, especially the traditional Balinese dishes and fresh smoothies. Even the gym surprised us! The equipment was brand new, and the treadmills featured forest scenery animations that actually made running enjoyable. A huge thank you to Gerald for helping with our luggage and making us feel settled. Honestly, this is one of my top hotel stays ever.
