Good but could be better
We have enjoyed our stay overall, but considering brand positioning of W and value for money - there is room for improvement. Our check-in experience was not great, as I have been kept on hold for 15 minutes due to small discrepancy with our booking. It could have been look into after by informing me later simply. In-room dining, lack of consistency with standard. Sometimes colleague confirm how long order will take and repeating items, and sometimes nothing at all. Food and Beverage experience in outlets, sometimes we had to repeat what we have asked for. It can be frustrating when you staying at brand like W and paying higher price than other hotels in the region. When I have raised my concerns to management team, everything was fixed and team have been more cautious which I appreciate all efforts for that.

Amazing and luxurious experience to be in this beautiful hotel. It was my last hotel stay in Bali and I am so pleased, it was exactly as it should have been. It has every comfort you would want. Facing right on to the beach with huge rollers and white surf, the sea is dramatic and can be admired from the day beds and loungers. Staff were very professional and friendly, especially those meeting and greeting at the entrance. A short walk from local community.

We returned for birthday celebration. Thanks for the warm welcome. Pak Eka Duty Manager and front desk team, breakfast venu: Angga, Winny, Winda, Anna, Satria. The service is extremeny amazing. Very detail and all staff are very attentive and helpful. The room is very clean and cozy. Thanks for taking care our wellbeing
