W Bali, Seminyak

Hello friends I’ll stay for 3 nights with my family ,we choose villa here it’s with small pool , also villa is very beautiful with boss sound system ,breakfast is too good heee ,they serve variety of fresh juices ,hospitality is also very friendly ,in breakfast area INDRI give as good service ,specially don’t miss SPA it’s working 24 hour

Fantastic vacation. Enjoyed the W very much. Excellent rooms. The concierge service was always on point. The food experience was out of this world. When you get make sure you find Adi he’s super host at the Fire restaurant and Starfish Blo also. Lovely guy.

Just had the most amazing experience at the W Bali. At checkin they upgraded us to a wow suite which was luxurious and spacious. On the last day Dini and her staff decided to decorate our bedroom to celebrate our anniversary...still stepping on the rose petals. We have stayed at the WBali a few times and we would definitely come back as the staff are amazing, breakfast is a must and the beachfront view is one of the best in Seminyak.

My stay at the W was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The hotel is stunning, the atmosphere is vibrant, and the staff are some of the best I’ve ever encountered. I especially want to recognise Adi — he truly made my experience unforgettable. Adi went above and beyond every single day, always checking in to make sure everything was perfect. I could message him anytime and he’d respond straight away, always friendly and professional. His attention to detail and genuine care really stood out — he’s a true credit to the W team. Also a shoutout to Don — always great to chat with him! He gave me some great tips about Bali, knew a lot about Melbourne, and was always so helpful. Thank you to everyone at the W for such a memorable stay! I can’t wait to come back next year.

I've stayed here a bunch of times over the years and its a great place, really nice rooms, nice staff, amazing food, great pool area etc... The negatives. W love playing music which I also love but not at 6am. I stayed here 6 months ago and complained about the same thing, stayed here 3 nights this week and still complaining about the same thing. The main lobby is open aired, there are no walls and they start playing loud lobby music at 6am. From your room when you're trying to sleep you will hear it, it's like hearing a distant house party. You can't guess the music but it's that annoying bass and highs that comes through. I expressed to them in March but nothing has changed. I went down to the lobby at 6.26am to take a video of the music, the volume level was a beach club kinda vibe. There wasn't one single guest to be seen, music only waking guests up in their rooms. Spoke to Dwi, one of the managers yesterday about it who was amazing, she said the lobby music wouldn't start until 8.30am (I get the feeling once I check out it will go back to 6am). However this morning the pool music started at 6.55am. Didn't help that first night I was woken up with 11pm room service at my door which I didn't order. Expect check in to be a grind and room not to be ready at 3pm when check in time is suppose to be. The 1 star is an attempt for W management to actually listen and realise that people don't go on holiday to a beautiful relaxing resort to get woken up at 6am with lobby music.
