Wonderful experience at W hotel Bali .The hotel is very beautiful, with an amazing view. And the staff, is commendable; they make your stay even more comfortable. Well-trained staff would like to appreciate Mr. Rambo. He is very professional and polite, and he listens to guests and understands their concerns. and take responsibility and solve their problems.and Mr. Rindi from the restaurant; he has a positive attitude and is very attentive to every guest. make us very comfortable while having breakfast.His staff, Chika Eri, provided the best service, and Chef Budi cooked for us as per our taste. Overall, it was a great experience, starting with a warm welcome, tasty food, and a comfortable room. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff at concierge are super unhelpful. Try to ask for a taxi and they will barter you, ask you to pay only cash and claim no taxi will take card. Have dinner in any restaurant, and the music from woobar is so loud, yet each restaurant is playing its own music which clashes horribly. Very unlike any W hotel I’ve been to.

WONDERFUL PLACE FOR THE SUNSET! Magic sound from the dj and very nice people! I tried the drinks and was delicious! I will come back for sure.. is my favorite place in Bali.. I have been there with my best friend and Also she was entuxiast! Can’t believe how is nice that place

Had a fantastic few days at the W . This is the third W hotel I am staying at and everytime I am impressed with the attention to detail! The hotel is situated in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Seminyak. The room was large , loved the bathroom design with the rain shower and bath tub next to it. The cleaning team did a fantastic job every day - special thanks to Pestika ❤️ The lobby is wide and airy with a bar and lots of seating areas. The concierge team was very helpful. The pool is a cool shape perhaps trying to mimic the terrace fields. The pool boys are extremely helpful and speedy. You can see the sea from the pool - the beach and sea water is super clean , unlike the Nusa Dua strip. A cool DJ was invited in one of the nights which is a standard for W hotels ❤️ Overall we had a fantastic stay and the food and cocktails were delicious !

Adi b&f insider and Nova wine sommelier was so hospitable fun and incredibly accommodating. He made the experience absolutely incredible and beautiful for us. Very passionate and vibrant team and a great event of wine tasting with perfect pairings. Wish there were more! Loved it!
