Good hotel at a great location
Location is super central, right on MG Road, Church street is walkable for cafes and book stores. Staff are very helpful, one of them spent over 10 minutes explaining about membership and helped us sign up as well. Rooms are pretty good size, room service is good as well. Food is good. They give enough complimentary bottles of water.( While the location is central walking around may not be pleasant due to insane traffic that doesn't stop for pedestrians.)

Wonderful stay
Excellent location, great ambience, buffet breakfast was a treat with an amazing spread. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Special mention..Siva an Intern helped us with our luggage at check in, he was very pleasant and helpful. Definitely an Asset to your hotel.

Hyatt hospitality and standards can be experienced in this hotel. Staff very helpful. Location of the hotel a great plus, walking distance from Trinity Metro.
