Impeccable service, Great location and Wonderful people
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The attention to detail and the service provided was impeccable. They were prompt with the room service, greeted us with a smile at all times and even gave us a cake at the end of our stay! Ayisha, Trsihna, Muskan and the others I don’t seem to recall the names of, made our stay very memorable. Would visit again soon!

Wrong attitude of front office
While the room was clean and the staff at the restaurant were brilliant , the attitude and behavior of the front office was questionable leaving a bad taste . Despite booking a rate with breakfast via the App , was told prior to check in that breakfast was not included . At the time of check in at the hotel the manager on duty apologised and offered a dinner on the house as a gesture and apology . Which i declined. The manager offered instead a discount of 25 % . At the time of check there was another person offered nothing .Making me wonder what I had done wrong .
