We would are Hyatt members and other keep traveling.Since his was my first experience with a city hotel in Bangalore I would like to say that my experience with each and every staff was very good.They displayed professionalism and a very friendly attitude.Among the ones that I remember was Divya from FNB and Shemphang from housekeeping.Would like to mention about Shemphang from the housekeeping team for his services.He was a very polite and professional staff who ensured our room and staff was comfortable and remembered.Wish the team all the best and thank you so much to all the staff for ensuring a pleasant staff.

Worth the money

Rooms are a bit small than what you’d expect but it is cute and cozy. The food was brilliant. The service was above brilliant. The wait staff was exceptional and attentive. I commend them for making us feel special.
