Excellent Hotel Located in a Prime Area
Been here several times and it's always been a great experience. It's a Centric so the rooms are a lot smaller (As a G WOH member, I have yet to get upgraded to their suite; someday, hopefully, I'll get upgraded and experience their suite). The service here is impeccable. I was happened to be greeted by the staff upon check in. Typically, they have a designated staff member to greet members (which is honestly a bit overwhelming) so it was nice to be greeted by another staff member who was helping everyone else. Great attitude, great help. I'm typically not a big room service kind of a guy but when in India, I'm forced to since I work throughout the nights and I have to say, India is one country I do not mind ordering room service as the food is INCREDIBLE. The gentleman that came in today to deliver my food, Ashraf, had just the most amazing smile, friendly demeanor and just overall welcoming. He reminds me of an actor (someone who has been in Hindi Cinema only for the past 10 years but I can't remember the name). Ashraf's smile is contagious. While I haven't had breakfast yet, I have had breakfast in the past (most recently as a few weeks ago) and they have a good spread. Definitely is my go to place when I visit Bengaluru but they need to upgrade me to a suite.

Truly amazing!
Loved the experience! Arghadeep, Barun and Ashraf were very kind and cordial to us. Made the stay worthwhile. The hotel staff were also very helpful.

A wonderful stay

Attentive staff
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very attentive especially Subrata Ghosh did a good job of keeping the room clean and tidy and responded to our requests in a timely manner.
