Worst Banquet sales staff, lack of accountability
Worst Banquet staff. Specially Ms. Sxxmxa (Name hashed, people can still guess) from Banquet sales, lot of attitude for wrong reasons. Banquet sales people unavailable during weekends, I tried reaching their staff, hotel reception, none of them were able to get back to me on time, where I needed help just to receive few boxes related to the event. No email etiquettes, no empathy, even their managers are lile this. I have decided not to host any more events. PS: they have come and said Sorry, but its not convinced for the stress they have given me, there is a factor of "I" within the banquet sales staff instead "We".

Hyatt Centric Never Fails
Good stay at Hyatt. Good staff and everything was good. Central and convenient to most shopping malls and cafes, I highly recommend Hyatt at MG Road.

Great hotel in the CBD area
This is a newish hotel and is located on the Old Madras Road (and not MG Road as advertised). It is about 200 mtrs from MG Road. The hotel is conveniently located between two metro stations, Trinity and Halsuru, and is well-connected. As soon as you enter, a wall of green greets you! There's no parking on the lobby level; instead, a valet will assist you in parking your vehicle in the basement. The lobby is small. Checkin was quick and the staff were efficient. We got a room on the 6th floor, facing the Ulsoor Lake. The room was cosy and well-equipped. Lots of amenities in the bathroom. The large window offered a great view of the Ulsoor area. The staff were very friendly and attentive.
