Changed rooms twice, 1st had sounds and bird feathers coming from the AC vents, 2nd room bathroom stinked.
Rooms need maintenance - good customer service. Was very disappointed with the stay. The manager did offer free dinner which was also passe. Breakfast was good.

Love to stay again. Food taste to be improved
Central and excellent location, great ambience, clean rooms, rooms smaller than usual 5 star but that is compensated by the rest of amenities and location. Staff have been very courteous and good at service. Spacious restaurants, bar, breakfast variety all good. Dining TASTE need to be improved

Great hotel. The crew was extremely attentive and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room and common areas were very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety.

Centrally located business hotel.
Centrally located. beat the traffic and it is in walking distance to metro and most of the places. good food joints around and all happening places are in 10 mins of auto distance. or 15 mins walk for most of the places. rooms are compact but that serves the purpose. Food if great. Breakfast buffet spread is good
