Location location. That's the best part. Rooms on smaller size. Staff were very helpful and courteous. They took care of even our smallest need on request. The have pool , bar on the roof with a Very beautiful view. Except for small room everything was perfect. It has two big malls in less than 100 mts. The upcoming metro is not even 100 mts away. MG road itself has so much to offer.

I have stayed in the Hyatt a number of times and can thoroughly recommend this hotel for its courteous staff and excellent service. visitors in October must be prepared for ongoing renovations, however, the hotel has taken every opportunity to make the guest's stay as comfortable as possible.

I stayed in this hotel for three nights. It's under going renovation. My first impression of this hotel was that it is not Hyatt standard. It doesn't at all give a welcoming feeling. However I kept my patience and soon found out that the staff was aware of this fact and was trying hard to overcome it with their service. Right from the front desk staff, Anupama, to the Service engineer everyone did their level best to make my stay comfortable. They in fact changed my TV when I complained about it. Top 3 floors are under renovation. That didn't affect me as I was out before and came back after the days work. Mr. Vijay Nair, Head Sales & Marketing, took me to see a mock room. I am impressed with with what they are trying to do in this limited space. I am eager to see how it shapes up once all the work is done.

Stayed for a night with family (wife + 7 yr kid) yesterday. No complaints on the service for the limited time that we were there. But the rooms were probably just about 2-3 star, maybe less. Tiny is probably an understatement. Reminded me of my stay at Ginger Hotel room that i stayed at about a decade ago. (come to think of it, i think that room was larger and better). The only think going for the hotel is its location, but then there are many other hotels in the area. Very very disappointing for the amount they are charging. To be avoided at all cost !!

I had a great experience. The rooms were very large and comfortable. I thought is was five star plus. The plus is the amazingly attentive and friendly Indian staff. The outdoor pool was beautiful but a little chilly. I worked out in the gym and had an amazing 75 minute Swedish massage by the attendant (Mercy) that cost $42. Highly recommended. The breakfast was wonderful with plenty of made-to-order options. Some of my friends in room 716 did experience construction noise. Avoid that wing if you can. Don't use the stairs to change floors. They seem to be for evacuation only.
