The hotel has a beautiful decoration and makes you feel like a royal when walking around the property. While breakfast service and room condition needs improvement. However, their butler (like Ubaid and few others) are amazing and very thoughtful. That really makes the experience at the hotel memorable.

From start to finish the experience with the Leela Palace Bengaluru has been beyond par excellence We were contacted by Nanda before even reaching Bengaluru who gave us a glimpse of the amazing service that we were about to experience Our checkin by Saikat was very warm and we were greeted by smiles from the moment the man with the smart moustache welcomed us. We had multiple demands and all were met swiftly and seamlessly. Jayashree was very warm at the Front Desk even upgraded us to a suite which was completed by Mariya who helped us move rooms effortlessly and very courteously Nanda made sure our anniversary was celebrated with great fervour and gave us the best cake we have ever had along with a beautiful bouquet and rose petals all over our room Amit who was a sous chef helped us with the most amazing pasta and pizza at the Citrus restaurant. And Tete at ZLB was extremely hospitable! Every part of our experience at the Leela Palace Bengaluru spoke volumes of what we’ve experienced at a Leela property every time. Unbelievable service and limitless hospitality. Special mention to Ajinkya and Venkat in the Housekeeping department also!

Excellent service by Madhav and Indraneil!...❤️❤️❤️..Loved how prompt and courteous they were throughout our lunch 🤩🤩. Their recommendations were totally on point and top notch! 💯💯💯 The ambience of the place is truly royal and the service we received from Madhav and Indraneil was the cherry on top, making us feel like actual royals! Will definitely visit again!
