Excellent service
I stayed here a lot in the last 2.5 years. The housekeeping staff made me feel like I was home. Ashma and her team Ribia,Sushmita, as well as Harsh and Pramula. made sure that everything was always perfect. I wanted for nothing. They are the reason that if I was going back I would choose Leela Bangalore over other hotels

An oasis among road and pavement chaos.
Bangalore/Bangaluru has the worst pavements in India and a terrible traffic problem, despite having excellent roads. The Leela Palace (inspired by Tippu Sultan's Palace in Mysore/Mysuru) offered a great escape from the road chaos. It was calm, well managed and a real oasis. The, tranquil poolside, delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners and a night cap at the Kyoto Speakeasy made for a great stay, Our dedicated guest relations person (Fatima) was always on hand to help.

Beautiful stay at the leela
Thank you Leela staff especially Milon,Devilal, suraj,baihunlang,rehen,jayval from housekeeping you were magnificent and went over and above to meet all our needs. The room was exceptional. From arriving at the beginning of our 5 day stay to leaving, The Leela has exceed all expectations in all respects. It is an absolute gem of India.
