Love having lunch here. The terrace is. Great. The sushi is great . Nice drinks and perfect service. Take some time to stroll through the gardens. The rooms are spectacular, and their bath robes are perfect.

As a member of Connosiur club I and my family stayed in this hotel on 13th January 2018.While the reservation & check in process was smooth the rest of the process was far from satisfactory. The customary welcome drink was missing perhaps as a step on cutting down on the expenditure. The lunch at Citrus restaurant left a bad taste in the mouth since the captain took his own sweet time to take down the order & subsequent service was terrible even the ordinary Udipi hotels give far better & faster service. The quality of the food served also was not upto the mark. The complimentary cake for which I had placed the order very much in advance was served to me after several reminders with my call on intercom being transferred from different people/sections.Again the check out was a very much delayed one despite my telling in advance about my vacating. This was my seventh stay in this hotel & every time I had been observing fall in their services .Though the hotel really a rating of Terrible/poor I have given an average rating due to my long association with this hotel. Moreover the promises made at the time of renewal of my membership were not kept up as several of restraining conditions such as discount voucher for Spa & complimentary voucher for buffet lunch for two are valid only from Monday to Friday were not informed but I came to know only after I made the payments first & vouchers were recd. later. This will be my last stay in this wretched hotel as I will not be renewing the membership as I feel that marketing people of the hotel cheated by concealing many information. All in all a bitter & terrible experience.

We were visiting relations at Bangalore and opted to stay at the Leela Palace Hotel , recommended by our friends . We stayed for 3 nights and the stay was very comfortable in every respect . The traditional decor , general ambiance , great courtesy of the staff , all floored and made our stay memorable in many ways. As we were generally busy visiting people,we could not enjoy all the assets in the hotel but made one visit to the Indian Restaurant -Jamavar for dinner. We mostly preferred in room dining for break fast . One of the staff member at the reception went of out of his way to ensure that we get a taxi cab OLA during the evening busy hours ,spending almost an hour with us. A great place to unwind and relax. We also witnessed the preparations for the Christmas celebrations during our stay..Missed visiting the Colonnade.
