Dear Team, I would like to take a moment to sincerely thank The Leela Palace Bengaluru team for making our stay such a memorable and heartwarming experience. A very special thanks to Deepali for converting me into a first-time guest at The Leela and for personally ensuring we had such a wonderful experience throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, the welcoming surprise with the birthday cake, beautiful flower decorations, warm wishes, and the thoughtful photo greeting card made us feel truly special and valued. One of the most memorable moments for my wife was participating in the evening diya lighting ceremony. It genuinely felt less like a hotel activity and more like being part of a beautiful tradition at home. The atmosphere and warmth during the evening were truly magical. The celebrations continued beautifully on my wife’s birthday as well. Starting the day with birthday wishes from the team added such a personal touch. The brunch experience was absolutely wonderful — healthy dishes, thoughtful variety, and mouth-watering desserts made it very special for all of us. I would also like to thank Roman for personally stepping in and checking on things during our stay. That involvement and care were highly appreciated. And just when we thought the surprises were over, while we were about to vacate, the team arranged a beautiful flower toss celebration along with a stunning red rose bouquet and cake cutting ceremony for my wife. It was such an emotional and memorable moment for us, and something we will genuinely cherish for a long time. Our 12-day stay at The Leela Palace Bengaluru was truly exceptional. The Guest Experience Team made us feel warmly welcomed from the very first day, with genuine hospitality, professionalism, and constant attention to every detail throughout our stay. The hotel itself offers a stunning atmosphere with beautiful views, elegant surroundings, and a sense of comfort that made the experience unforgettable. The concierge service was absolutely perfect — always responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive in arranging everything smoothly and efficiently. A very special thank you to Priyanshu Bera for the outstanding care, kindness, and support throughout our stay. Service was excellent. Dinnk were absolutely meticulous. Staves were so curious.

Absolutely love this place. Hotel is truly stunning from the moment you arrive in the grand open area surrounded by greenery and beautiful architecture. Staff are incredibly helpful. Deluxe room had a lovely, atmospheric vibe to it with dark woods and a balcony overlooking more greenery. Very large room too, extremely comfortable. Think there was an issue with hot water during our stay but otherwise perfect. Foodwise the restaurants and bars are world class. Zen is magnificent Asian food, Jamavar was good and both bars are lovely and have very different feels (old school, quiet colonial for the library bar, buzzy music in the cool speakeasy). Great stay, want to come back with the family.
