Reviews for The Leela Palace Bengaluru
The Leela Palace shows character of a period past. Large and lavish rooms, great service and beautiful gardens set this hotel apart. Personally, I'd give the hotel restaurants a miss and the drinks are a bit pricey, but a perfect place to relax after a long day fighting Bangalore traffic. This part of India is manic and I expect most people from overseas are travelling on business. The people are friendly and I found the area safe. If you're getting one of the hotel cars, spoil yourself and ask for the BMW's or Merc.
stayed the week here for business meetings. the hotel has a very authentic feeling. the rooms very nicely equipped and well maintained and cleaned. the breakfast buffet is good with a healthy spread of western and local Indian foods. food quality is top notch at the onsite Zen japanese restaurent. wifi connectivity around the hotel and grounds was also fantastic. it's clear the hotel is being managed very well. perhaps the only blemish to my experience was the constant followup from the front desk when my corporate credit card declined the room deposit. phone calls, physically intercepting me in the lobby. would seem they fear their corporate customer don't pay up for the rooms. was all sorted out when I used my other credit cards to secure the room deposit. overall a good experience, just remember to ensure deposits are paid up!!!
The Leela is a great place to stay, a total oasis in the city. The staff are really attentive, the restaurants are really good and the spa is fantastic! The food here is to die for, if you like Italian food with a twist, come to Le Cirque on 5th Floor, their International restaurant, you have never had such an amazing French Italian anywhere in the country !!!
Another wonderful visit to the city of gardens and it couldn't be complete without visiting my favorite hotel on this side of the country "The Leela palace ". It is a journey to the world of luxury moment you enter here and they welcome you back like a king. I can never get over the excitement of going back to The Leela palace and am already looking forward to my next visit .

I visited this hotel twice recently for business. It is very grand with an impressive lobby and pool area. Both times, I had beautifully spacious rooms. The cleanliness is outstanding at this hotel. The breakfast buffet is really excellent and you can sit outside or inside, which is nice. The pool area is beautiful but there are a lot of mosquitoes. Make sure to bring bugspray to Bangalore because it is quite problematic. The buffet and room service menu feature Indian, European and American food. It is nice because there is such variety. The food is always fresh and the service is quick and efficient. The hotel staff is very helpful and kind. I would recommend this hotel.
