The service at The Leela Palace was excellent. The hotel is very comfortable, elegant, and impeccably clean. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to meet our expectations. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Our butler was especially attentive, professional, and thoughtful throughout our stay, always anticipating our needs and making the experience feel even more special.

Chefs, staff, and team members may come and go, but the experience for a returning guest never seems to falter. Whether it was the serene ambience, world-class amenities, or flawless service, every aspect of the experience reflected the highest standards of luxury hospitality. I brought my daughter here for a few days— she’s experiencing India for the first time. We had a fabulous experience from the moment we drove up to the majestic entry way and were greeted with a garland and a small puja. Our favorite part of our stay was the breakfast spread and the tasty food! There is plenty for us to do and enjoy here without even leaving the property. We will 100% be returning with more of our family to enjoy this experience again!
