We had a truly wonderful stay at The Leela Palace while celebrating my husband’s birthday, and we would like to express our special gratitude to Guest Experience Manager Deepali Buddhivant. Deepali has always been warm, attentive and exceptionally helpful, but this time she went above and beyond to make our celebration truly memorable. From arranging our room exactly as requested and ensuring a seamless check-in, to the thoughtful details and delightful surprises throughout our stay, everything reflected such genuine care and personal attention. We were completely touched and pleasantly surprised by the effort that went into making the occasion special. It is this level of thoughtfulness that transforms a hotel stay into a truly memorable experience, and we are sincerely grateful to Deepali for making our celebration so wonderful. We would also like to thank the wonderful team members who contributed to our lovely stay and were consistently helpful, attentive and committed to providing impeccable service: Rajesh, Gautham, Vishal Rana, Sonality, Prabhakar, Nikhil, Shubhakar, Asan, Sandhya, Harshal, Amrutha. Each of them was courteous, responsive and always willing to assist, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and seamless. Their professionalism, warmth and attention to detail made a meaningful difference and added to the overall experience. Amazing experience in Leela hotel, - from Gate to Security to reception to room and room service. Professional, friendly and helping staff. Had a wonderful one-night stay at leela . ✨ The property is beautiful, elegant and peaceful, with warm hospitality. The pool was absolutely amazing, with stunning views and a perfect relaxing vibe. Jamavar is one of the best for having Indian food in city evening tea at the fifth floor lounge team. Welcome you with great hospitality. Evening ceremony, which make you know the Indian culture. Would definitely love to visit again! 🤍

We recently stayed at the Leela palace Bengaluru and overall, it is an absolutely breathtaking property. The architecture, ambiance, and luxury of the resort live up to its legendary reputation, making it feel like a true royal retreat. Both breakfast and dinner evening launch. were delightful, offering a wonderful spread with great flavors and top-notch quality.

My husband and I stayed at the Leela Palace Bangalore for a month. We had a wonderful time. Everyone was warm and lovely. Met some incredible people. I am glad that I got the opportunity to stay there for so long and meet such lovely people.
