The Leela Palace Bengaluru

A great palatial property with an attractive ambience. Well spread and spacious , the front lobby is magnificent and various restaurants are well spread with beautiful greenery all around. The front desk team are courteous ,hospitable and welcoming. In contrast the basement parking is extremely poor , dingy and a stark contrast to the property above.Absolute lack of staff to guide / supervise.Confusing entry / exit. Extremely narrow passage to the hotel lobby. Despite valet parking facilities, this area needs a basic revamp.

My stay was amazing we got two suites as my last trip was so majestic I went back with family this time🙋🏼‍♀️❤️. Deepak was very reason our stay felt very well curated, cared for and welcoming. He ensured I was dropped off at airport, checked on us through the stay and made reservations at Leela chain of restaurants all with phenomenal communication, support and hospitality 🙏✨☺️

We always stay at The Leela Palace Bengaluru. The ambience, food and hospitality are very good. We were having breakfast at Citrus when we required medical assistance. The staff were very quick and efficient, a special mention to Mr. Rajesh who helped us tremendously throughout. Rajesh has truly gone above and beyond what his duty requires. A big thank you to Rajesh and the duty managers for always making our stay a pleasant one. Leela Palace is a home away from home.

When you’re not feeling well, even small acts of kindness can make a huge difference, and Rajesh’s support truly did. He made us feel looked after and comfortable when we really needed it. My partner was experiencing immense stomach pain, we had to admitted into hospital and Rajesh went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. He kindly arranged food for us, helped extend our room hours, and assisted us with the chauffeur arrangements. His promptness, kindness, and willingness to help made a very difficult situation much easier for us. Hospitality is not just about service—it is about compassion, and Rajesh Pandey truly demonstrated that. His warm and thoughtful assistance reflects extremely well on The Leela Palace Bengaluru. It was a short stay but we had a great time with the hotel and the hotel staff. From the arrival the door man the girl who is going to welcome you are the palace specially the butlers who take your round of hotel make you reservation the housekeeping team everyone at the palace stop note going to come back soon at the hotel for wonderful time with family
