Our first family vacation with our 18-month-old daughter was nothing short of magical, thanks to the incredible team at The Leela Palace Bengaluru. From the moment we arrived, we felt less like guests and more like royalty. While The Leela Palace Bengaluru is centrally located, the moment you step inside, the rigors and hustle of the city completely melt away. It is a true urban sanctuary. 1. ​Exceptional Guest Experience ​A massive thank you to Ms. Vartika Nanda from the Guest Experience team. She was the heartbeat of our stay, ensuring our comfort at every turn. When my parents joined us to celebrate their wedding anniversary, Ms. Nanda went above and beyond to create a memory they will cherish forever. Her dedication is truly world-class. A special thanks to the Guest Experience Manager Ms. Deepali Buddhivant. Our stay was defined by the incredible hospitality of the Guest Experience team. ​2. Impeccable Housekeeping & Staff ​The housekeeping was flawless. Our room was serviced twice daily with meticulous attention to detail—even the bed was styled beautifully each time! The laundry service was equally impressive. Our sincere thanks to the team: Devilal, Nagaraju, Madhuri, Rajini G, and Venkat for their kindness and promptness. ​3. A Heartwarming Welcome for Kids ​Our daughter felt like a little celebrity! The warmth shown to our daughter was the highlight of her trip. She was gifted several treasures, including teddy bears and even her own personalized hotel badge! She grew particularly fond of the wonderful women at the entrance—Sumantha, Olivia, and Anjali—who were so incredibly kind to her. It made every arrival to the hotel feel like coming home. ​4. Exceptional Dining • ​Citrus: We frequented the buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Indian recipes are easily some of the best we’ve ever tasted. While the staff is incredibly polite, do plan for a leisurely pace as the restaurant is popular and stays busy. • ​Jamavar: A beautiful, sophisticated vibe perfect for special occasions or business dinners; the food was excellent. ​5. Proactive Service & Issue resolution ​On our first night, we experienced some loudness due to a wedding hosted at the hotel. While expected for the busy wedding season in February, the team handled it perfectly. Ms. Nanda and the staff quickly found a solution, moving us to a Royal Club Room, which was much more comfortable and better suited for a family with a toddler. We also appreciate the manager, Raman Sharma, for his clarity and assistance during checkout. The ​Verdict: The Leela Palace Bengaluru offers more than just luxury; they offer genuine heart and a staff who genuinely care. We left with beautiful memories and cannot recommend it highly enough for a family stay. We would love to return!

Citrus Team is awesome who have taken personal care of us CC members and our guests whom we hosted at Citrus Leela Palace Bangalore. Hostesses , supervisory team and the Chefs do a wonderful job with the food, ambience, environment and personal touch. Thanks Team Citrus

First time visit to Leela. Expected a better service. Very slow service at Jamavar restaurant. The speakeasy bar was too cold. And the bar lounge - when asked for tea, they literally didn’t know how to serve it in a pot. Very disappointing especially given the fact this is supposed to be a five star hotel.

Absolutely stunning property!! Every corner of the property has been aesthetically made reflecting the culture and royalty of India. The staff will truly pamper you! I must mention Mr. Mohit who kindly took care of me and my son during our breakfast. Also Ashma, Rabia and Glasty in the housekeeping. They were very quick in fulfilling our needs and kept the room very clean. I will definitely be visiting The Leela Palace once again!
