The Leela Palace Bengaluru

The Leela is our favorite hotel in Bangalore. Excellent atmosphere, incredible food, and extremely attentive service. The pastry chef is world class, and we never skip breakfast or happy hour. The butlers will ensure you have a fantastic visit no matter what. Even though we’re here for business, it feels like a vacation every time thanks to the Leela.

The hotel is beautiful and interesting. They have a candle lighting ceremony and cultural dancing in the evenings at 6:30 which I really enjoyed! The rooms are beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed hanging out at the beautiful swimming pool. I also used their airport transportation which was very comfortable and convenient.

We’ve stayed at The Leela Palace Bengaluru several times, but this most recent visit, an extended stay of nearly nine weeks, was truly unforgettable and by far the most exceptional experience we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, every aspect of the service was impeccable. The warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care shown by the entire team created an atmosphere that felt both luxurious and deeply personal. What made this stay particularly special was the remarkable Palace Butler team. They went far beyond what one would expect, anticipating every need, ensuring every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and making us feel completely at home. Over the course of our stay, they became like family to us. Their kindness, dedication, and heartfelt hospitality transformed an already wonderful stay into something truly extraordinary. The property itself is breathtaking. The beautifully maintained gardens, serene waterfall, and stunning palace-inspired architecture create an atmosphere of elegance and tranquility. Combined with the excellent selection of restaurants and the consistently warm welcome from every member of staff, it is a place that feels genuinely special. This was, without question, one of the most memorable and spectacular hospitality experiences we have ever had. The Leela Palace Bengaluru sets a standard that is difficult to match, and we would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangalore.

I have been staying at The Leela Palace from June 5th through July 3rd, and my experience so far has been exceptional. The hospitality here truly stands out. The housekeeping team is incredibly punctual, attentive, and always just a phone call away. Any issue in the room has been addressed promptly and efficiently, which makes the stay very comfortable and stress-free. Breakfast at Citrus restaurant is a highlight of each day — the spread is extensive with a wide variety of cuisines, all prepared to a high standard. It’s a perfect way to start the morning. What makes this place truly special is the warmth of the staff. Every interaction is accompanied by genuine smiles and a welcoming attitude. The traditional Indian “Namaste” greeting at the entrance every day adds a personal and cultural touch that makes you feel respected and valued as a guest. Overall, The Leela Palace offers a blend of luxury, comfort, and impeccable service, making it a memorable and highly recommended stay
