The Leela Palace Bengaluru

This weekend we found out what makes Leela Palace stay on top of the hospitality world. From the time we parked our car to the moment we bid goodbye, we were taken care of our every need by the Leela family. No standing at the reception to check-in, we were comfortably made to sit at the lobby sofas and the guest relationship personal checked us in while we sat there sipping our welcome drink. This was the beginning of a lovely experience we had during our stay here at Leela, Bangalore. Every moment of our stay, the dinner, the room service, the breakfast at Citrus every single detail of everything was so perfectly executed that it was not anymore just a stay, it was a mind blowing experience. We were here for our wedding anniversary and it turned out to be one of the best experiences we had while spending time with each other n the kido. While we never expected Leela family to remember our anniversary, we left the Hotel with a big smile and a huge bouquet of red roses and a memory for a lifetime.

Beautiful hotel with the best staff and amazing food.

The Leela Palace Bengaluru is exceptional hotel for both business and leisure travel. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, and the location is so central. The stand-out service is from the Butler team who went above and beyond throughout my stay. As i am visiting for a business, he absolutely helped set up my room to be a comfortable working environment. He also provided access to the Club Lounge, which was a wonderful experience and offered a relaxing, welcoming space to unwind after a long day. The Butler team made my stay so seamless, whether it's booking restaurant reservations within the hotel, or assisting with arrangements around Bangalore, or simply anticipating my needs. before I appreciate the level of personal attention I received. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team. Their professionalism, warmth, and dedication to guest experience are a true credit to the hotel. I look forward to returning.

The Leela Palace is an experience in itself Starting from the Yakshagana performance, to the beautiful gardens, amazingly helpful staff at the entrance and everywhere inside the premises. Suman Chandel from the Leela team guided us to the right place when we were confused on how to reach Jamavar. He is a gem of a person who went above and bevond and we felt like we were meeting an old friend. Anubhav and Abhishek at Jamavar were amazing and spot on with their recommendations and their care towards us. They were extremely attentive, prompt and exceptionally passionate in hosting, Ambience is classy and elegant. Food is great as well. What stood out was definitelv the care from the entire Leela team and we will definitely visit again.

This is truly a exceptional experience to stay at this palatial resort. We came here to attend a wedding on site but stayed here a week and absolutely loved it. It has the elegance, charm, and surprisingly curated beautiful horticulture in the middle of the city. The fantastic service, the grandeur of the place, the beautifully elegant rooms and grounds - all come together to mesmerize you. It was a luxury stay in a way that is sometimes missing in the large chain resorts. The small details are what makes the stay truly exceptional. I also loved the smell of the Tisha bath amenities. We had a chance to try out almost all the restaurants on site and none of them disappointed. Loved it and would love to stay here again.
