We visited The Leela Palace Bengaluru for a short staycation to celebrate my little sister’s birthday, and we never imagined this brief trip would turn into such a beautiful memory. The Palace Butler team was exceptional. A special shoutout to Butler Mohit Mr Akash Shetty for creating a truly memorable experience for all of us — without even being asked, he arranged a cake-cutting ceremony and gifted us a money plant to mark the opening of our new restaurant. We’d like to thank the entire Palace Butler team for such heartfelt hospitality. Leela, you’ve always been special to me and my family. We’re coming back soon.

The hotel was amazing. Rooms were comfortable. All the staff were polite and quick in service. Jamavar is a place to dine, food was extraordinary. A special mention to Tushar who closely followed up with our requirements and did the need for including reservation for dinner. Another mention is for Akshay who was at the front desk who made it easy for us. Overall a pure luxury experience.

Grand and imposing at some places, elegant and intimate at others, The Leela Palace is one of the most impressive architectural feats in hospitality in the country. The rooms and suites are spacious, traditional but not stuffy.. just really inviting to slow down and relax. But what really brings life into the experience is the service- friendly, eager and really caring. It's impressive considering they have over 350 rooms and it's almost always busy. It's not that they don't make mistakes- during our check-in it was really busy, and it felt rather chaotic and neglectful. However, on pointing out, they took immediate corrective action (right up to a note from the GM acknowledging the issue). Our stay was near-perfect thereafter.
