Fantastic hotel & staff
I’ve been staying at the Leela for an extended period and it has been a special experience from day one. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and luxurious. What really sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. I’ve never experienced hospitality like this anywhere else and every single person I’ve interacted with has been incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet is another highlight, lots of variety (both veg and non-veg) and consistently high quality. The location is also great with lots of cafes, restaurants and shops just a short walk away in Indiranagar. Highly recommend!

Staying at Leela for a week
I am really enjoying the hospitality. I am staying here till coming Friday and I can already see me hoping for revisiting this place. I would like to give special shout out to Mohit the butler he is such a sweetheart and made our stay there memorable.

Great experience at the Leela Palace
We had a great time at the hotel. Kids enjoyed the pool, breakfast and high-tea. The staff was great and very helpful.

An extraordinary hotel
It is always a sublime experience staying at the Leela. Of course, the surroundings of the place itself, the decor, the facilities and the rooms are magnificent; however it is the attention to detail that is remarkable. I've had the pleasure to return a few times with work, and every time, the extraordinary staff go above and beyond to make each stay comfortable and make you feel that you are being cared for. I have to call out one member of staff in particular, Tanaya Mukherjee. Tanaya is so attentive, good humoured and always ready to help. I had an issue with some items left behind in my room after my last stay and Tanaya made sure to hold on to them safely so they could be returned to me. This place is a jewel.
