My recent stay at The Leela Palace Hotel **Bengaluru** was meant to be a joyful time with my son, who was traveling from **San Francisco**. Unfortunately, due to unexpected travel issues in Doha, Qatar, he was unable to join me. What I had imagined as a family visit turned into a six-night stay alone. But every morning in the Lobby of the Hotel, live classical Basuri concert made my day, followed by buffet yummy breakfast. Although the Hotel was very comfortable and well-equipped, living in a King's Palace, there is a certain emptiness one feels when moments meant to be shared are experienced alone. The days felt longer, and despite having access to all the wonderful outlets and facilities, I missed having someone to talk to and explore the Bengaluru city with. On my final day, I casually mentioned my long-standing wish to visit **Rameshwaram Cafe** to enjoy their famous dosa before leaving the City. I never expected what happened next. Deepali, Manager at The Leela didn’t just arrange it — she personally accompanied me to the Cafe so I could experience the place authentically. That simple yet thoughtful gesture touched my heart more than I can express. In that moment, I no longer felt alone; I felt cared for like at home. As Holi was celebrated in the Hotel, there was a surprise for me in the waiting. I was greeted in my room with a box of sweets with warm Holi Greetings from the staff of The Leela. Knowing how much I love architecture, paintings and my passion for photography, Deepali also arranged a wonderful Art Tour within The Leela Palace Hotel.The tour guide Ms Rose knew all the minutest details about the hotel, taking me through and engage in meaningful conversation. It made me feel seen and valued as a person, not just as a guest. On my last evening at the Hotel, Deepali surprised me with a coffee mug as a keepsake, so I could carry a piece of this experience back home with me. That small gift holds immense emotional value for me — it is a reminder of kindness during a time I truly needed it. I deeply appreciate Deepali for her warmth, empathy, and the genuine effort she made to turn what could have been a lonely trip into a heartfelt and memorable experience. Her compassion, attentiveness, and personal touch made all the difference. I will always remember these 6 days stay not for the disappointment I initially felt, but for the unexpected kindness showered on me by the entire staff of the Hotel that made it so special. Mohit, Senior Executive at the Lounge, is exceptional — his warmth, grace, and genuine attentiveness made every visit feel personal. He set the tone for our entire stay. Suman and Tanya matched this brilliantly, going above and beyond to ensure we felt not like guests, but like family. Their personal touch and genuine warmth are a rare find in luxury hospitality. The Full Leela Experience Sushma from the Onboarding Team made our arrival seamless and completely tailored to our preferences. The Royal Club Rooms are regal and luxurious in every sense. Jamavar is outstanding for Indian cuisine, and Citrus offers one of the most lavish breakfast spreads we’ve seen. The hotel also gifted us a signature incense, scarf, and pocket square — cherished keepsakes that perfectly capture the Leela spirit. Close to Indiranagar’s vibrant shopping and food scene, it’s perfect for a luxury staycation or family celebration. The Leela Palace isn’t just a hotel — it is an experience that touches the soul. My stay in the Presidential Suite 550 at The Leela Palace Bengaluru was nothing short of exceptional. Over the course of two nights, I experienced a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and personalized service. The suite itself was beautifully designed, offering an elegant and spacious environment that truly elevated the stay. What stood out the most was the proactive service by Debjeet, whose attention to detail and anticipation of needs made the experience seamless and memorable. Every interaction reflected genuine care and professionalism. From the ambiance to the service, everything was thoughtfully curated. This experience has certainly left a lasting impression, and I would absolutely love to return again for another memorable stay.

I had a business trip in Bangalore... the staff, the facilities you could not ask for more. This felt like home but with everything done for you. All of the staff were wonderful and I was very welllooked after by Tanaya who made sure that everything was looked after... dinner booking everything. I spend the early evenings in the club, spectacular food and cocktails.. the cocktails were bespoke and would not be bettered anywhere in the world. An expert mixologist. A big thank you to all the staff whomade this trip so enjoyable even away from home and family
