The Leela Palace Bengaluru

This is our second special trip for New Year’s Eve and once again we had a great evening. We made new friends and were thoroughly spoilt. If you’re followed my reviews you will no doubt be aware that my wife and I have travelled the world and with hand on heart I can say with some certainty, the the Leela, Bangalore is up there with the very best hotels in the world; not just simply for the excellent facilities and gardens but and it’s a big but , it’s the staff and their exceptional approach to their clients that makes this hotel truly exceptional. Finally a Big shout out for:- Mohit & Tusher (Butler’s extraordinaire) and The wonderful Nan dita (The citrus restaurant supervisor whose care and attention to every need and detail is not just professional but caring and kind Thank you Leela Our new mantra for calming the spirit is of course “umm .., Leela, Leela , Leela palace “

As a ‘Connoisseur Club Member’, it’s our 2 nd stay here as Bangaloreans. The Lounge’ is incredible with Options and Services. Mohit, Anirudh, Tanya and the team score 11/10, in Customer Centrism..not just crowd puller but retainer, too. I am tempted to renew my Membership. I must thank the Management for the right Training, Motivation and Empowerment to make guests feel so much at home. Hope the Hotel never lowers its guard in Customer Centrism. Cheers.

Had a wonderful stay at The Leela Palace Bengaluru recently. The hotel does such an incredible job of preserving Indian culture while keeping their gardens looking absolutely stunning. A huge highlight was the art walk with Rose Martin she was amazing and made the whole experience so engaging. The evening Bharatanatyam performance was also spectacular and felt like such a treat. There is just a specific charm to this place that, combined with the perfect Bangalore weather, made it really hard to leave. I honestly wanted to stay even longer! I would highly recommend everyone to stay here!

We stayed in Leela Bengaluru for 3 nights. At the onset, give the booking was done through Amex's fine hotels and resorts program, I got an upgrade to the next category room. The room was spacious and beautiful with a small balcony. All in all looked very palatial. The exteriors and the corridors of the hotel are just awesome. The location of the hotel is also strategic. Downtown city is closer if you want to beat the city traffic. The staff were courteous and helpful. My only disappointment was the dining. We being in house guests could not get a reservation slot at their restaurants. It was very awkward for us to step outside the hotel and go to other properties to have our meals. Very disappointing. They should make some provision for the same. I understand they are busy but still what do we do? Go outside or do room dining, seriously? I would give them full marks for rest of the services and amenities and hence a perfect 5.
