The Leela Palace Bengaluru

We were at the Leela Palace for 4 nights from 24th to the 28th December and what an experience it has been. My heart goes out to each and every employee of the Leela Palace Bangalore and they are the reason why it is still called a true Palace. I must thank my 2 real great friends and for my son his Raman uncle and Vartika aunty without whom our stay at the Leela would never have been what it was like. From the time, we planned and made the booking, Raman was always my go to for every detail and he simply ensured each and everything was to the dot. Vartika on the other hand made every arrangement for our room including some surprises for my son with a beautiful and thoughtfully curated gift. We also had our wedding anniversary during the course of our stay and Vartika once again planned some surprise and it was simply beautiful with a lovely gift and a lip smacking cake. One of the best we ever had. We have also joined for the buffet at Citrus for Christmas and through the course of the stay. A big shout out to Vaibhav, Praveen, Harshit and Mohit for always being there and a great support. The Club lounge was another great experience with good and personal care taken by Manashwi and Mohit. Manashwi ensured that some snacks for my son was personally made available when requested. These personal touches makes a lot of difference. How can I miss the great ladies in the front office who was very personally taking care of my son during the kids activities and lamp lighting. Nargish, Fathima the names I remember but each and everyone out there made the difference. Very special thank you to Rose and Dipali who was always around when we were down at Lobby and kept ensuring that every moment of our stay was just as perfect and if there is more that is required. At the end, there is one person, despite being very senior and who manages the entire show was personally around when we checked in and checked out - Ritu Khare. Thank you Ritu for always being around and ensuring every guest is being treated with a personal touch and that shows the sign of being a real leader. You have a great team and you should be super proud of them. I was surprised to see that my son gave a hand written note expressing his happiness :-) Until we come back to see you all again… Cheers and love Binesh and Family

I had a wonderful experience at The Leela Palace, Bengaluru, particularly in the Nithya meeting room. The space was well-maintained, elegant, and perfectly suited for a professional meeting. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Everyone was courteous, attentive, and highly supportive throughout the session, ensuring that all arrangements ran smoothly. Their warmth and professionalism made the entire experience seamless and pleasant. Truly a reflection of The Leela’s world-class service standards.
