We’ve stayed at The Leela Palace Bengaluru a few times, but this has been our longest stay, almost three weeks and truly the most incredible experience. From the moment you arrive, the service is exceptional. The staff are consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special mention to Mohit, who goes above and beyond to ensure we are comfortable and well looked after, he truly made our stay feel personal and very special. What stands out is the atmosphere. You are always greeted with smiling faces throughout the day, and the level of hospitality is remarkable. The property itself is absolutely stunning, it truly feels like living in a palace. The gardens are beautifully maintained, complete with a serene waterfall, and there is a great selection of restaurants to choose from. Every detail is thoughtfully taken care of, making the entire experience feel luxurious and welcoming. We would highly recommend The Leela Palace Bengaluru to anyone visiting Bangalore, it is easily one of the best stays we’ve experienced.

I recently had a pleasure experience of my meeting at the Royal Club Lounge, conference room on 5th floor and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The ambience was top notch, and the service was outstanding. The staff ensured that everything was perfect, making our meeting a huge success.

We stayed at Leela over the weekend with my family. It’s an absolute serene property with gives a royal feel. The staff is extremely hospitable and takes very good care of us. The food and quality of service is unmatched. Mohit took special care of us at the lounge. Aiyappa and Shubhankar were great at giving out their best in Citrus. Special shoutout to Raman for providing us a lovely room with a great view and being kind enough to look into details in regard to my kids. I suggest this place for the best stay in Bengaluru. Keep up the great work guys!

The best staycation we as a family experienced in The Leela palace Bengaluru. They look after every small need of ours and the kids. Raman always takes special care of us when we plan our visit. Aiyappa, Mohit and Shubhankar looked after the F&B part of it and bought in a lot of special goodies for the kids. Raman was kind enough to upgrade us to a better took and took a lot of special attention to what was needed in the room for the kids. It’s always a great feeling to spend time in the hotel thanks to the warm staff. Will be visiting again soon for the great hospitality and lovely staff.
