Great experience at the Leela Palace
We had a great time at the hotel. Kids enjoyed the pool, breakfast and high-tea. The staff was great and very helpful.

An extraordinary hotel
It is always a sublime experience staying at the Leela. Of course, the surroundings of the place itself, the decor, the facilities and the rooms are magnificent; however it is the attention to detail that is remarkable. I've had the pleasure to return a few times with work, and every time, the extraordinary staff go above and beyond to make each stay comfortable and make you feel that you are being cared for. I have to call out one member of staff in particular, Tanaya Mukherjee. Tanaya is so attentive, good humoured and always ready to help. I had an issue with some items left behind in my room after my last stay and Tanaya made sure to hold on to them safely so they could be returned to me. This place is a jewel.

Excellent
We came to The Leela Palace for our wedding anniversary as a staycation as we live in bangalore. The stay is fantastic, all the staff members are very friendly. Shout out to butlers for taking special care of us. And we were treated very special on our special day. Thank to all staff and esp royal club lounge staff for making our day memorable. We will definitely come back and do more staycations here.
