We stayed at The Leela Palace Bangalore hotel for seven days and six nights, and I can honestly say we were extremely impressed with the level of care and hospitality we received. The rooms were very well maintained. The food was consistently delicious, and the entire team was extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Travelling with a 3 year old can be challenging, but the staff here made it feel effortless. Special Mention for 'Chef Sharon Ray' She made my son feel incredibly special by giving him a chef’s hat a gesture that completely made his day. Beyond that, her kindness and thoughtfulness were exceptional. Before our departure, she personally ensured that food was packed for our journey, so we wouldn’t have to worry while travelling with a child. Her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care perfectly reflect the spirit of hospitality this hotel stands for. Chef Sharon Ray' is truly an asset to the team, and we are very grateful for her care during our stay. Thank you to Zen – Pan-Asian delights staff, It only took a one days for the team to truly understand my son’s food preferences. From the second day onwards, as soon as we arrived for our lunch, his food was already prepared and waiting to be served. This made such a difference no tantrums, a happy and well-fed toddler, and parents who could finally sit and enjoy their meal peacefully. Again, thank you to every single staff member contributing to making our stay comfortable and memorable.

This was my second stay in 2 years at the Leela and it is one of my all time favourite hotels. It is beautiful and the gardens are stunning. It is like an Oasis in the city welcoming you back in after a busy day. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with everything you will need and are kept clean and tidy - my room had a lovely view of the pool and outside sitting area. Restaurants are all good but my favourite was Jamavar where I recommend the set meal so you get to try everything. The butter chicken is a stand out memorable dish. Used the spa which was reasonable for a massage and it was a good experience. If I am ever back this way, I will certainly return.

There is much to like about this luxurious hotel in Bangalore/Bengaluru. The public spaces are grand and gorgeous, with Mughal/Saracenic design elements throughout, the rooms are beautiful and well appointed, the garden is lovel and the restaurants are lovely for both indoor and outdoor dining. Service is absolutely top notch - needed items arrive to your room in minutes, staff is available throughout the lobby to help you with anything you need and restaurant service is excellent. The morning and evening buffet at Cirtrus is bountiful and the Indian restaurant offers exceptionally fine cuisine. The spa is fantastic, with a great sauna, steam and whirlpool, along with a fitness room with excellent equipment. What could be better? It would be nice to hvae the shopping arcade open (it is under renovation) and an ATM somewhere in this large hotel would be really nice (I couldn't find one nearby outside). Also, I elected to get a "Club" room, but the Club itself offers very little - tea and coffee during the day and two hours of drinks in the evening from 6 to 8 PM. Frankly, I felt a bit mislead in paying up for Club status with so little offered for it. But these are minor complaints. The hotel is wodnerful. You will thoroughly enjoy your stay.
