Business Visit to BLR
The place was quiet, amazing staffs , everyone was available to provide the best service at my door step. The staffs connected with me on WhatsApp asking for my preferences, everyday coffee or tea delivery to my room. Outstanding hospitality, checkin and checkout was so smooth. The chauffeur service staffs were kind and on time for pick ups and drop offs. Breakfast and dinner was too good.

This hotel is very well located in the middle of the city yet away from all the noise and chaos The atmosphere of this hotel is absolutely stunning The rooms make you feel like royalty and absolute value for money The hospitality is impeccable....right from the security at the entrance to all the way to the lounge during your cocktail hours. Consistently excellent
This hotel is somehow more than the sum of its remarkable parts. I had looked forward to the beautiful amenities I saw online. What I did not anticipate was the consistently hospitable and proactive instincts of the staff. From the staff across housekeeping, spa, dining room, and butlers, all were equally, consistently friendly and professional. They made this solo traveler feel welcome and I truly hope to return soon!

Leela Palace is the place to stay
The Leela sets the bar for comfort and hospitality. The staff are very attentive, ready with recommendations when you ask, and make every effort to create a comfortable environment. I came to Bengaluru for work, and wound up enjoying as if I was here for pleasure. The food, pastries, and service are world class. Highly recommend.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. The staff, Breakfast, flowers, gardens, Room. I would love to stay here again. Highlight the pool and the service around the pool.
