The Leela Palace Bengaluru

My wife (and recently adult daughter) have stayed at the Leela Palace for over 60 nights this year. As an Ambassador Elite with Bonvoy, I spend a lot of night in hotels. The Leela is the place to stay in Bangalore. We have eaten at every restaurant, frequented each bar, the gym, spa, room service, etc. The quality and the service are outstanding. From the GM to the bell staff / security guards, the people know how to deliver exceptional service. Far too many people to thank individually, but they know who they are!! Indian service, culture, and experience that is second to none.

Lounge experience was lovely, staff made the evening wonderful. Rooms were clean, tidy. Whole experience was amazing.

We went to have a dinner for a special occasion but couldn’t find the restaurant there. All the staffs were so genuine and friendly. They escorted us to the restaurant and also gave a quick tour of all the restaurants there. The property was no doubt a true luxury, but the staffs were the ones who made it a jewel. The food was so good and the ambiance was phenomenal!! Will surely come for a quick staycation soon. Special shout out to the butler who gave us the tour of the hotel!
