I stayed at The Leela Palace Bengaluru for a month during my operation, and I will always remember the care I received there. What made it special wasn’t just the hotel, but the people. Every single staff member, from management to housekeeping, treated me with such genuine kindness and warmth. They didn’t just look after me—they cared for me in a way that truly made me feel safe during a very difficult time. It honestly felt like being surrounded by family. Their attention, patience, and compassion went far beyond anything I expected. Leaving was emotional. I miss the comfort and the people, and I carry a lot of gratitude for how they supported me when I needed it most. It will always remain my favourite place in Bangalore, and I look forward to coming back one day.

The place was quiet, amazing staffs , everyone was available to provide the best service at my door step. The staffs connected with me on WhatsApp asking for my preferences, everyday coffee or tea delivery to my room. Outstanding hospitality, checkin and checkout was so smooth. The chauffeur service staffs were kind and on time for pick ups and drop offs. Breakfast and dinner was too good.

This hotel is very well located in the middle of the city yet away from all the noise and chaos The atmosphere of this hotel is absolutely stunning The rooms make you feel like royalty and absolute value for money The hospitality is impeccable....right from the security at the entrance to all the way to the lounge during your cocktail hours. This hotel & their hospitality always keeps you wanting to go back again

This hotel is somehow more than the sum of its remarkable parts. I had looked forward to the beautiful amenities I saw online. What I did not anticipate was the consistently hospitable and proactive instincts of the staff. From the staff across housekeeping, spa, dining room, and butlers, all were equally, consistently friendly and professional. They made this solo traveler feel welcome and I truly hope to return soon!
