Service EXCELLENCE
I stayed for 4 nights at the Leela Palace and the service and the staff were exceptional. I would like to mention the incredible service provided by Tanaya at The Royal Club in the 4 th floor. Gaurav at the Concierge desk who helped me when I lost my glasses . Also Taran, Kanishk and Suman. They all went above and beyond to make us feel looked after. Thank you so much! I’ll be back.

Currently staying at The Leela Palace Bengaluru and the experience has been absolutely wonderful so far. The hospitality, warmth, and attention to detail truly make this place special. Amazing time at Jamavar
