Modern palace with great service and beautiful grounds
Grand and imposing at some places, elegant and intimate at others, The Leela Palace is one of the most impressive architectural feats in hospitality in the country. The rooms and suites are spacious, traditional but not stuffy.. just really inviting to slow down and relax. But what really brings life into the experience is the service- friendly, eager and really caring. It's impressive considering they have over 350 rooms and it's almost always busy. It's not that they don't make mistakes- during our check-in it was really busy, and it felt rather chaotic and neglectful. However, on pointing out, they took immediate corrective action (right up to a note from the GM acknowledging the issue). Our stay was near-perfect thereafter.

Good time.
I will admit that my review is based on the one night I visited the hotel for a wedding reception. However, I will say that the experience was great as the wedding couple shows a great place to host their wedding. The food was good and the staff went out of their way to assist us in any way we needed. I highly recommend this place even if you are not spending the night here.

What a lovely experience here at Leela! The property is phenomenal to begin with and the hospitality was out of this world ! The team here is very genuine and specially the butlers ! We enjoyed our time here and will most definitely come back

Indian best luxurious hotel
I was here for my anniversary. Leela has a very good fragnance. Rooms are net and clean, they hold indian luxurious culture. So many options in restaurants. Specially the royal club facilities has given 5 star service. Love to come back again and again.
