The Leela Palace Bengaluru

It's a modern day palace hotel no doubt !!! Excellent rooms, Good location & breakfast spread, Lunch at Azulian House, Dinner at Jamavar was Top notch. Special thanks to Fatima & Tanaya for reaching out ahead in Organising welcome amenity, bubble bath & the Art walk. Only improvement would be to the Spa Team to be aware of the offers and plans & maybe a return gift for platinum members like a Coaster. Overall a must visit place for business as well as staycation.

What truly sets The Leela Palace apart is the outstanding hospitality. Every employee I encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests feel welcome and well looked after. As a solo business traveller, this made a huge difference and created a home-away-from-home experience. The food options were excellent, offering a fantastic variety and consistently high quality. I also loved the pillow menu – a thoughtful touch that elevated the comfort of my stay and demonstrated the hotel’s attention to guest wellbeing. Overall, I felt incredibly comfortable, cared for, and valued throughout my visit. I would highly recommend The Leela Palace to both business and leisure travellers and look forward to returning.

This weekend we found out what makes Leela Palace stay on top of the hospitality world. From the time we parked our car to the moment we bid goodbye, we were taken care of our every need by the Leela family. No standing at the reception to check-in, we were comfortably made to sit at the lobby sofas and the guest relationship personal checked us in while we sat there sipping our welcome drink. This was the beginning of a lovely experience we had during our stay here at Leela, Bangalore. Every moment of our stay, the dinner, the room service, the breakfast at Citrus every single detail of everything was so perfectly executed that it was not anymore just a stay, it was a mind blowing experience. We were here for our wedding anniversary and it turned out to be one of the best experiences we had while spending time with each other n the kido. While we never expected Leela family to remember our anniversary, we left the Hotel with a big smile and a huge bouquet of red roses and a memory for a lifetime.
