The Leela Palace Bengaluru

The Leela Bangalore is a masterclass in Indian hospitality —it feels warm, intimate and almost like home despite being designed after a palace ! The service staff- from the front desk and restaurants to our butler Rajesh made sure we felt well taken care of through our stay ! Great location, best in class service and truly a sanctuary in the city ! Special mention to the art and visual language - truly timeless and exquisite, leaving one with a sense of purpose and contentment! Note : - it’s on a busy road , so balconies can hardly be used- it is noisy through the night as well - at the time of our visit some renovation work was going on - can get loud in garden, but rooms are sound proof and should be fine. These are temporary minor inconveniences that one can overlook. Leela is easily my fav place to stay and I cannot imagine being anywhere else while in the city !

Here I want to review the newly opened Peruvian restaurant at leela called The Azulian House . In an extremely elegant chic ambience , the restaurant had a totally different feel to it . The food flavours were unique . There were many options in non vegetarian but vegetarian options were limited . The fish was well cooked and spice levels moderate . My grand son liked the duck best. In veg salumi was quite unique and tasty . The dish empanada turned out to be spicy. They offered unique cocktails and mocktails . Desserts were rich and delicious . The staff provided a very polite and caring service . A restaurant to must try for fine dining experience .

Went for a family birthday lunch at The Citrus Restaurant in The Leela Palace. Awesome food and spread ,excellent service and special mention of Ms Neha Dasharathi F& B Sales Supervisor for great personal care and support extended. She is a wonderful person with lot of commitment.

My stay at The Leela Palace exceeded my expectations from start to finish. I loved the property, the food, and the spa, and the airport transport service made my arrival and departure feel effortless. My room was always in excellent condition, and throughout my stay I felt genuinely taken care of. A special thank you to hospitality manager Rahem, my massage therapist Limeka, and my butler Ayushi. Each of them helped make the experience memorable. I would happily stay here again.

We love this place and visit frequently At least three times in a month And we love the people of Leela as they always go above and beyond to meet the expectations all the staff members including managers chefs Of we name few of them Giri , Vishal ,Suman chandel, Gautam , Rajat and many more
