Amazing hotel and amazing staff. They helped me decorate the room and they also got us a complimentary cake for the birthday. Special thanks to Karlos Singh and Sushma Darjee for making our stay a memorable one.

While our Royal Club Suite's initial condition disappointed, the team's response was exceptional — each deserves recognition. **Ms. Tanika** — outstanding throughout. When the first room fell short, she personally walked us through suites above our booked category. Coordinated housekeeping and AC technicians to maintain precise temperature — critical for our health needs. When we flagged AC vent leaks and traffic noise, she had floor supervisor **Ms. Sushmita** and engineering attend on priority. Ms. Sushmita personally visited, walked through every detail thoroughly. Ms. Tanika followed up daily, reachable even on her weekly off, briefed colleagues in her absence, and stayed in touch through checkout and beyond. Her patience, warmth, and genuine investment made an enormous difference. **Chef Jyotsna** deserves very special recognition. Curated a personalised Aujasya menu, walking us through each option to suit our dietary needs. Managing strict requirements across multiple meals over several days — handled with precision and zero hesitation. Her thoughtfulness stood out: knowing we wouldn't always be in the room, she ensured every order came with a warmer so food stayed at the right temperature. Her words — "my only treasure is my guest with a bright smile" — were reflected in everything she did. **Mr. Mohit** at the Club Lounge — without being asked, proactively arranged a business meeting room keeping our needs in mind. That anticipatory hospitality is rare. The Club Lounge team during cocktail hours — warm, attentive, a highlight of our stay. **Mr. Yogesh** made checkout seamless — came to our room, patiently walked us through payment options including USD and INR, asked for feedback. We hope the bathtub and study table blotter pad concerns receive attention so future guests don't face the same. Small details, but they matter at a property of The Leela's stature. One candid observation on the Royal Club Suite layout — the bathroom sits right at the entrance, separate from the bedroom, which felt disconnected and lacking privacy. Structural, not easily changed, but worth flagging at booking so guests can make an informed choice.

It was an absolute delight to stay at the Leela. The staff was extremely hospitable and took care of all our needs. The staff was reachable over WhatsApp and phone and constantly followed up on the experience and needs. Karlos was particularly very helpful!

I had an amazing stay at The Leela Palace in Bangalore! Having experienced different brands and hotels across the world, I can clearly say that this one has been one of the best in terms of service and hospitality!
