We had a wonderful experience at The Leela Palace Bengaluru, and it made my birthday celebration truly special. The team went above and beyond to make the occasion memorable. Since it was my birthday, they thoughtfully arranged a beautiful cake and even organised a private celebration for us, which was such a lovely surprise. A special mention to Rajesh and Tanika, who were always around to help and made sure everything was taken care of seamlessly. Their warmth, hospitality and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Overall, it was a beautiful and memorable stay, filled with great hospitality and wonderful moments. We would happily come back to The Leela Palace Bengaluru and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly special experience.

Whether it was allocating the perfect room, arranging delightful goodies, ensuring we were served gourmet culinary experiences, or coordinating seamless and luxurious service throughout our stay, Ritu's commitment to excellence was evident in every interaction. Her ability to educate, guide, and assist us with grace and professionalism was truly outstanding. We would also like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to the Citrus team for their impeccable service and hospitality. Every meal was a delight, complemented by genuine warmth and attentiveness. The Housekeeping team deserves special recognition for maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout our stay. Their attention to detail ensured a relaxing and luxurious experience. A sincere thank you to Ajay and the Reception team, whose professionalism and guest-centric approach made us feel welcomed and cared for at every step. What truly touched our hearts was the remarkable effort made by the team to recover our daughter's gold chain, which was lost in the swimming pool. The dedication, integrity, and teamwork displayed during the search were exemplary. I stayed at the Leela Palace for just under 5 weeks (on a business trip). The staff at the hotel were wonderful - everyone who I had any kind of interaction with made a special effort to get to know me - from breakfast in the morning, to being helped out of the car when returning from work, to cocktails in the evening. I would like to especially call out the staff at the Lounge who took great care of me, particularly Tanaya, Mohit and Priti. Everyone there was wonderful in their service. When I arrived back later than planned from work - they still made sure that I got something to eat. The hotel staff made, what could have been a long and tedious stay away from home, into a comfortable and pleasurable stay that was very much home from home. Thank you.

It was an excellent stay at Leela Palace, Bangalore. The ambience, hospitality and service was top notch. All thanks to Rajesh for his assistance throughout. He guided and helped us from day 1 of our stay and ensured we have the most comfortable stay. On top of that, he arranged a beautiful grand surprise for my husband’s birthday by himself with rose petals, balloons and cake. He is the sweetest and the best in service. Hence, my biggest thank you to Rajesh for his service. I found Leela better than other in the industry.

An incredible hotel with a spectacular garden. The place is a little dated and the spa can be improved but more than made up for by the wonderful graciousness of the staff. I have to give kudos in particular to Rajesh Pandey, whose service standards were above and beyond. From breakfast to arranging dinners, Rajesh made me feel at ease with his bright smile. This is the Leela experience!
