I’d like to share that my personal team was unbelievable!! My sweet service provider, Hemwant, was incredible. He took such good care of me!! Every single day that I was there, he took care of me!! I was at the leela for 7 weeks and he and my housekeeping staff were truly amazing…Ashma, Lazen and Carnella. The care they also gave me went above and beyond!!! You cannot go wrong staying at the Leela Palace Bangaluru!!!

Leela Palace makes you feel like a queen
Royal Club Lounge is the best place to relax after a hectic day. The people there were very friendly and considerate. Leela itself felt like a big grand vacation. I would definitely come back here.

Tremendous tailored service with a smile
What an amazing hotel! Guests are given a personalised welcome and nothing is too much trouble, the hotel is spotless and the food is of the highest standards. I spent a great deal of time working in, and around the hotel, and the staff made the experience very special. The butler executive team (Rovi in particular) excelled, anticipating every need and yet not invading personal space. Thanks again Rovi ! Mohit and team provided excellent afternoon tea, and the staff enjoyed explaining aspects of their heritage and culture which greatly elevated the experience.. they even helped me book a final day trip !
