The Leela Palace Bengaluru

This is my first time staying at The Leela, and I have to say the service has been truly exceptional. Everyone has been incredibly attentive, helpful, and genuinely warm and welcoming throughout my stay. A huge shoutout to Rajesh, Kiran, Tanya, mohit, and kalash for going above and beyond to make my experience especially memorable. The level of hospitality here really stands out, and I’ve felt very well taken care of from the moment I arrived.

The food is amazing, especially loved the breakfast options. The staff is helpful.

Leela Bangalore is one of the most beautiful hotels that I visited, with beautiful architectural elements, interior decor very tastefully done with a very subtle style, amazing waterfall, garden, , and very delicious cuisine. The staff is most well trained, courteous and considerate, always willing to assist. In particular I would like to mention MohitDwivi who helped to packaging and emergency medicine,, and took me on the property tour. Rahul served excellent mocktails. Parth Tanaya and Tanika at the front desk is excell, are sone of the names that stand out.

We had a truly wonderful stay at The Leela Palace while celebrating my husband’s birthday, and we would like to express our special gratitude to Guest Experience Manager Deepali Buddhivant. Deepali has always been warm, attentive and exceptionally helpful, but this time she went above and beyond to make our celebration truly memorable. From arranging our room exactly as requested and ensuring a seamless check-in, to the thoughtful details and delightful surprises throughout our stay, everything reflected such genuine care and personal attention. We were completely touched and pleasantly surprised by the effort that went into making the occasion special. It is this level of thoughtfulness that transforms a hotel stay into a truly memorable experience, and we are sincerely grateful to Deepali for making our celebration so wonderful. We would also like to thank the wonderful team members who contributed to our lovely stay and were consistently helpful, attentive and committed to providing impeccable service: Rajesh, Gautham, Vishal Rana, Sonality, Prabhakar, Nikhil, Shubhakar, Asan, Sandhya, Harshal, Amrutha. Each of them was courteous, responsive and always willing to assist, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and seamless. Their professionalism, warmth and attention to detail made a meaningful difference and added to the overall experience. Thank you to the entire team for your warmth, gracious hospitality and attention to detail. You made my husband’s birthday celebration truly unforgettable, and we look forward to returning to The Leela Palace again soon.

Amazing experience in Leela hotel, - from Gate to Security to reception to room and room service. Professional, friendly and helping staff. I loved the ambience, gorgeous decor and greenery surrounding the property. Every corner is worth taking selfie for great memories. Thank you Mohit dwivedi.
