The Leela Palace Bengaluru: A Garden Oasis of Grace and Hospitality The Leela Palace, Bengaluru, is a garden oasis of opulence, elegance, and exemplary hospitality tucked in the heart of the city. From the moment we arrived, every detail whispered care, beauty, and calm. I want to note with gratitude that every staff member we encountered offered exceptional and genuinely friendly service. There are far more names than I was able to gather, but each person we met extended warmth and welcome throughout our stay. I must especially thank Venkatesh, who kindly showed me the way to my room after more than one long day of exploring Bengaluru — always with patience, a smile and good conversation. In truth, I found myself retreating into the peaceful haven of the hotel far more often than I’d planned. It’s simply that restful and lovely. All the restaurants were phenomenal. The hostesses — Neha, Memi, and Rima — were elegance itself: warm, gracious, and beautifully attentive. At Citrus, Suraj, Jayeeta, and a second Neha stood out with their thoughtful food recommendations and tips for exploring the city. Zen offered not just incredible meals but a magical atmosphere filled with birdsong. Anmol was a highlight there — always professional and kind, whether helping us choose dishes or identifying the tiny birds flitting through the courtyard. High tea was a particular joy. Tanaya, Rovikeso, and Jayeeta kept my masala chai filled and somehow even found me delicious gluten-free treats. Our housekeeping team — including Harshal, Ilakyntiew (spelling may be off!), Harsh, Lazem, Susie, and others — went above and beyond. Fresh flowers were brought with a smile, and every request was met with kindness and care. I didn’t want to leave. It’s rare to find a place that feels both luxurious and sincerely welcoming — but The Leela Palace Bengaluru accomplishes this with ease. I will carry the memory of this stay with deep gratitude.

A must-visit for Pan-Asian cuisine lovers! This stunning fine-dining restaurant is nestled inside ZEN, The Leela Palace Bengaluru and is part of the prestigious Leela Group of Hotels & Place. ▪️Ambience: Minimalist yet elegant, with a calm and refined vibe. The interiors beautifully reflect the Asian theme. ▪️Service: Warm, attentive, and knowledgeable staff who offer great suggestions. Service was quick and seamless. ▪️Food: On the premium side, but absolutely worth it. A wide variety of dishes, each full of flavor and beautifully presented. The dim sums were truly one-of-a-kind. We opted for the Zen Asian Sunday Brunch—an absolute treat! A delightful spread featuring all kinds of sushi, nigiri, robatayaki, Chinese main courses, and Thai curry stations. Every dish was packed with flavor and executed to perfection. Special thanks to Chef Naresh, Indraneel, Kaustav, Dikshant, and Shristi for making our experience exceptional. Keep rocking, team—can’t wait to visit again!
