The Leela Palace Bengaluru

The Leela Palace is spectacular. The atmosphere is exactly as you’d expect for a palace with Indian culture everywhere. The service and hospitality is top notch. All the staff are very friendly and will help with anything you need. Ashma, the floor manager, was terrific and provided 5 star service. You are always greeted with smiling faces and they are more than happy to assist if something isn’t right. Definitely recommend staying here, I plan on going back.

We had a wonderful stay at the Leela. It is a beautiful hotel. What made it really special was the quality of the service we had from the hotel’s staff at all levels and the commitment from senior management downwards to make sure that was always the case. We would hate to leave anyone here but particular mentions go out to Tanaya Mukherjee and Tushar who kept us very engaged and well looked after us in the Executive Lounge, Tanika from the front desk for whom nothing was to much effort, Gaurav Mukherjee front desk duty manager who arranged for us to move at 1am in the morning at short notice due to noise issues (see below) and organised everyone to help with military precision and good humour,Tanaya particularly assistant at this late hour with our personal belonging with amazing care and consideration ; Prerak Verma in the Concierge team who helped us a lot when we had to leave for the airport a few hours early due to a change in flight times and arranged our parcel to UK with great care and HS Bharath from the airport team who smoothly saw us through the airport itself with such care. Tushar I will remember in the executive lounge who will go far in his career due to his all roundedness of approach and gentle but professional demeanour.

Great room and breakfast. Restaurants were superb and the assistance from deepali buddivant was amazing. She supported in many ways getting the reservations locked in and was always available when i reached out. The indian restaurant had very tasty shrimp dish, which is something to come back for.
