I recently stayed at The Leela Palace during a busy business trip, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the hotel delivered a seamless blend of luxury, efficiency, and genuine warmth that made my stay truly memorable. The staff throughout the property were outstanding – attentive, professional, and always one step ahead. Whether it was the concierge, housekeeping, or restaurant teams, everyone went out of their way to ensure my comfort. Special mention goes to my Client Hospitality Manager, who was incredibly responsive and contactable on WhatsApp around the clock. Having that level of dedicated support made navigating my schedule and any last-minute needs effortless and stress-free. The food was a highlight of every day. The variety and quality across all outlets were superb – from refined Indian classics to international options, everything was beautifully presented and tasted exceptional. Perfect for both quick business meals and more relaxed dinners. The driver service deserves high praise. The chauffeurs were punctual, safe, and knowledgeable, making my daily commutes to meetings and explorations around the city smooth and enjoyable. In a hectic urban environment, this reliability was invaluable. One of the biggest surprises was the swimming pool – a true oasis of calm in the middle of a very busy city. After long workdays, it provided the perfect place to unwind. The spa facilities were equally impressive, offering excellent treatments that left me refreshed and re-energized. Overall, The Leela Palace set the gold standard for business hospitality. I felt genuinely cared for, productive, and relaxed throughout my stay. I’ll definitely be returning on future trips and highly recommend it to anyone traveling for business or leisure. Thank you to the entire team for an outstanding experience!

Awesome relaxing weekend stay at Leela Palace Bangalore. Service has been top notch. Especially Dhawal’s service was very good. He took care of us pretty well during our stay!

Fantastic experience. Rooms were great and were towards the corner with less noise and very comfortable beds. The overall service was fantastic. We were travelling early the next day and the Hotel packed our breakfast, which was very wholesome. Suman was there to take care of us and provided very personalised service and some great recommendations for dinner.

I usually never write reviews, but I felt I just simply HAVE to make an exception for Leela Palace Bangalore. Why: if you want to be treated like a king, you M U S T choose Leela Palace for your stay! Last week, for the second time in a row, we arranged a big event for a very important customer of ours at Leela Palace and this time I wanted to experience what it means, to also stay there. I did stay at many (including exceptional...) hotels during my business trips and on vacation. Leela Palace by far is beating everything else I experienced before. Everything around the full day customer event as well as my stay was just simply flawless. The location itself is absolutely stunning! A MUST SEE! And the level of hospitality at Leela Palace Bangalore is beyond any expectation. The team is reading your mind, before you even know what you want/what you need...! It was getting to the point where it almost felt sad to leave on my last day. I know that coming back to Leela Palace for our next event will feel for me like returning to close friends. I want to thank everyone at Leela for making my stay a most memorable and most remarkable experience (even though it was "only" a business trip this time).
