The Leela Palace Bengaluru

An incredible hotel with a spectacular garden. The place is a little dated and the spa can be improved but more than made up for by the wonderful graciousness of the staff. I have to give kudos in particular to Rajesh Pandey, whose service standards were above and beyond. From breakfast to arranging dinners, Rajesh made me feel at ease with his bright smile. This is the Leela experience!

I highly recommend The Leela Palace Bengaluru, and the reason is the service. Start with two people: Mohit and Tanaya. Both went above and beyond throughout our stay. They handled our reservations, and they're the reason we got to experience the Araya pop-up at Le Cirque Signature, which was the highlight of the trip. Exceptional food, and we got to meet Chefs Francisco Araya and Fernanda Guerrero. They hold events like this regularly, and it's worth participating if the timing works for your visit. The butler service in general is worth using, for reservations and anything else you need. There's plenty of staff throughout the property, so help is always easy to find, and it never feels intrusive. Everyone we encountered was friendly. The rooms are clean, beautiful, and comfortable, and even the basics are done well, including keeping plenty of water in the room. The grounds are stunning and immaculately kept. It's a peaceful environment that feels genuinely luxurious, not just expensive. Our stay included the breakfast buffet, which has a huge variety of Western and Asian cuisine, so there's real room to experiment. The servers are attentive and will bring specific items to your table if you ask. Try the masala dosa. The restaurants are fantastic across the board, and the pastry bar rivals some of the best displays I've seen anywhere. The hidden speakeasy was another favorite. It actually delivers on feeling tucked away and a little secret, instead of just being called a speakeasy. Great atmosphere, music, and drinks. Then there are the smaller details that add up. Live music near the entrance every morning. Fresh flower displays. Comfortable, well-kept furnishings. An environment that's clearly cared for. One example says it best. I was working in my room, using a mouse without a mouse pad. Someone noticed and brought me one without my asking. That's the difference between good service and exceptional service. Mohit and Tanaya made this stay memorable, and I'd absolutely recommend The Leela Palace.

Had a wonderful and memorable stay at Leela Palace, in Bangalore. The entire experience was truly exceptional, from the warm hospitality to the excellent service and delicious food. The ambience deserves a special mention— fifth floor lounge and Jamavar offer a beautiful setting that makes the dining experience even more special. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality throughout the stay made us feel truly welcomed. A special thanks to chef dear Mohit twivedi Rishabh and Priti Manya Akshay for his outstanding support, warmth and personal attention, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, Leela Palace is definitely worth a visit if you are in Bangalore. Highly recommended for its hospitality, food, ambience and overall experience. Looking forward to visiting again! with great hospitality. If you can add play area for kid it will be cherry on the cake.

We got a 20days while switching jobs! Amidst all the Bangalore chaos, what an amazing experience we had staying im here! Right from the Butler team to the Housekeeping team, everyone always had a smile on their faces which made the environment really positive & healthy. Tower Suite was beautiful & well-maintained with the coziest furniture. The cleanliness was always top-notch, the place was so peaceful that me and my wife used to whisper even being alone is suite lol. Each day the breakfast buffet had over 100 options, I can only imagine the time they might take every day to prepare all of it. Eevery fruit to each bread, everything felt like freshly made every single day! Whenever we used to leave we always recieve small thoughful gifts, from handwritten notes to bottles of wine! Every during checkout everycame came to meet us and greeted us like family, departing us with heavy heart & gifts from housekeeping team! ❤️ One of the experience which we'll never forget. Special thanks to Deepali, our guest experience manager for always surprising us with small & thoughful gestures. Thankful of Rajesh, Mohit & rest it the Butler team for always taking care of us and inviting us to all evening parties. Very thankful of Ashma, Ribiang, Chayanika, Lal Singh from Housekeeping team to keeping the place homely & fresh. I wish we could give back the team more in return than just a positive review! We'll treasure this long stay experience as a cherishable memory, the best hospitality we've had across many countries we've visited. Irony is, the best hotel experience we've had is the one which didn't feel like a hotel at all but home because of all of the people! :)

This is my first time staying at The Leela, and I have to say the service has been truly exceptional. Everyone has been incredibly attentive, helpful, and genuinely warm and welcoming throughout my stay. A huge shoutout to Rajesh, Kiran, Tanya, mohit, and kalash for going above and beyond to make my experience especially memorable. The level of hospitality here really stands out, and I’ve felt very well taken care of from the moment I arrived.
