I had a wonderful stay and overall a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, convenient and easily accessible, making it ideal for both leisure and business visits. The atmosphere throughout the property is warm, relaxing, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering great comfort during the stay. In terms of value, the experience truly matches the price, making it worth every penny. Cleanliness is maintained at a high standard across all areas, which is very reassuring. The noise level is minimal, ensuring a peaceful and undisturbed stay. What really stood out was the exceptional service the staff is attentive, polite, and always ready to assist. A special mention to Mr. Deb from the butler team, who went above and beyond to make the stay even more comfortable and memorable. The amenities provided are excellent and add great convenience to the overall experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-serviced stay.

We stayed at your hotel to celebrate our anniversary and had a generally pleasant experience. The cake and decorations arranged for us were lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Akansha and Pritha at reception 🙏🏻 The hotel’s design is beautiful and impressive. However, the dinner buffet at Citrus was disappointing. The food labels were incomplete, especially for items containing Pork and Beef, which should be clearly indicated. The variety was also limited. Breakfast was much better in comparison. Overall, we would gladly choose your hotel again; but we are unlikely to dine at Citrus again.

These thoughtful gestures made her special day even more memorable for all of us. I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels across both business and leisure trips, but The Leela Palace Bengaluru stands out as one of the finest experiences. A special thanks to the wonderful team members who made our stay so memorable—their dedication and warmth truly reflect world-class hospitality.
