Our stay at The Leela has always been outstanding. The service is amazing. The palace itself is gorgeous. The staff are consistently excellent. Come here every year and see no reason to go anywhere else when we visit Bangalore.

I have stayed here twice so far, and both times have been the highest level of hospitality I have ever experienced from a hotel. The staff learned my routine and tried to elevate my stay as much as they could. Special kudos to Mohit and Suman, who are so welcoming and personable… made me feel at home far away from home.

It’s an absolute must-visit, especially for the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Special shoutout to the breakfast staff, the chef, and Palace Butler Mr. Mohit, who was incredibly humble, gracious, and kind.
