A special mention to Karlos Singh for ensuring the pre-check-in experience was smooth, thoughtful, and effortless. The hospitality throughout the stay was truly world-class. The in-room dining team deserves particular appreciation — every interaction was warm, attentive, and delivered with genuine care. It’s rare to see such consistency in service quality. One of the most memorable parts of the stay was being upgraded from a deluxe room to a beautiful Tower Suite for all three nights. It transformed the trip into an unforgettable experience and gave me the opportunity to experience the property at its absolute best. The combination of elegance, attention to detail, and heartfelt hospitality is what makes The Leela Palace stand apart. Looking forward to visiting again.
