We recently stayed at The Leela Palace Bengaluru for a family event, and it turned out to be a truly memorable experience. A special thanks to Sushma Darjee, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. She beautifully decorated our room for the occasion and thoughtfully arranged a personalized surprise card and delicious cakes. Her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care made our family celebration even more memorable. Such personalized hospitality is what truly sets this hotel apart. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, making our stay very comfortable. We also had dinner at Jamavar, and the food was absolutely outstanding. The service provided by Arijit was impeccable - attentive, courteous, and genuinely welcoming, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, The Leela Palace Bengaluru exceeded our expectations in every way. From the exceptional hospitality to the luxurious accommodations and excellent dining, every aspect of our stay was wonderful. It gave our family precious moments together that we'll cherish for a long time. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious stay with truly personalized service. Had a wonderful experience at the Leela Palace. Received a grand welcome for the weekend, as we came to visit prior to our wedding being held later this year. The hospitality and service is unmatched . Amenities and food were amazing. Our butler Debjeet was also very helpful and reliable throughout our stay. Will definitely be coming back and excited to say this will be our wedding venue!

The experience, food and the staff were wholesome. Had a great weekend evening and glad to know the people as well. Specially Sagar, himanshu and Rohit were great.
