Had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Leela Palace, Bengaluru. The ambience is truly breathtaking — elegant, luxurious, and peaceful, making it a perfect escape from the city’s hustle. Every corner of the property reflects sophistication and comfort. What made the experience even more special was the exceptional staff service. The team was extremely courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. A special mention to Suman — incredibly helpful, polite, and warm in his behaviour. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and his hospitality truly stood out. Overall, a memorable and delightful experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for luxury with heartfelt service!

We had a great stay at The Leela Palace in Bengaluru. It is a beautiful hotel inside and out. Despite a late-night check-in, the front desk staff were welcoming and made the process smooth. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. A special thanks to Suman and Vishal for their exceptional service. They were attentive, friendly, and truly made our stay more enjoyable. The customer service throughout was excellent. A special mention to Raman and Deepali at the front office for the friendly service and great conversations. The live flute and tabla first thing in the morning set just the perfect tone for the day. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Had such a lovely experience at the Royal Club Lounge today, the food and drinks were excellent. The staff are genuinely kind and personable and really make you feel at home! Thank you to Mohit, Tushar, Abir, Darjeet, Anirudh and Krishna for making our night special!

Our experience at the Palace was incredible! We decided to end our trip of 2.5 weeks in Karnataka at the Palace. A great choice! The rooms were very comfortable, we were greeted with flowers, juice, and a towel to clean our hands. All staff were attentive to our needs. Upon arriving in our room we were immediately brought welcome treats in a special box. The turn down service was excellent. The most important was our son was sick and they arranged a Dr to our room and then proceeded to deliver the medications. We never had to leave our room. Much appreciated! Additionally, I bought a Sari but didn’t know how to wear it. The manager of the Zen restaurant (I wish I knew her name!) helped me arrange it. Venket provided exception service along with Suman who made sure I was happy. We would recommend a stay here to anyone!

We three friends went to celebrate my friend’s promotion. Sachi and Neshwin recommended the best dishes and the dishes are absolutely delicious. I thank Sachi and Neshwin for recommending the best dishes and serving us with absolute attention, affection and care. They made the celebration memorable to us.
