Exceptionally friendly, competent, and accessible staff throughout our stay. Despite an initial mix-up with our reservation, and despite us having repeatedly advised the hotel of our late arrival and room preferences, the team recovered the situation well and accommodated us with several complimentary extras. A word of advice: booking directly with the hotel appears to work better than using third-party platforms, as the hotel's systems seem to struggle to process and respond effectively to requests made through those channels. We stayed with access to the Royal Club, and the High Tea and evening beverage offerings were outstanding. Both the food and drinks were of exceptional quality, with a wide variety of choices. The staff were knowledgeable, attentive, and delivered consistently high-quality service. The restaurants are excellent. Jamavar and Citrus were both impeccable, and the breakfast selection and quality were equally impressive. Overall, a highly recommended hotel and one that we will gladly stay at again.

The breakfast at restaurant is great. Entire Palece team made us feel so special, specially thanks to Palece Butler Jyotsna chef my father, travelling first time to deal, they feel very happy, thanks, and specially Butler was so good. You are going to come back for.
