Our 12-day stay at The Leela Palace Bengaluru was truly exceptional. The Guest Experience Team made us feel warmly welcomed from the very first day, with genuine hospitality, professionalism, and constant attention to every detail throughout our stay. The hotel itself offers a stunning atmosphere with beautiful views, elegant surroundings, and a sense of comfort that made the experience unforgettable. The concierge service was absolutely perfect — always responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive in arranging everything smoothly and efficiently. A very special thank you to Priyanshu Bera for the outstanding care, kindness, and support throughout our stay. His professionalism and warm attitude truly made a difference and added a personal touch to the entire experience. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. Stunning business stay
Absolutely love this place. Hotel is truly stunning from the moment you arrive in the grand open area surrounded by greenery and beautiful architecture. Staff are incredibly helpful. Deluxe room had a lovely, atmospheric vibe to it with dark woods and a balcony overlooking more greenery. Very large room too, extremely comfortable. Think there was an issue with hot water during our stay but otherwise perfect. Foodwise the restaurants and bars are world class. Zen is magnificent Asian food, Jamavar was good and both bars are lovely and have very different feels (old school, quiet colonial for the library bar, buzzy music in the cool speakeasy). Great stay, want to come back with the family.

Memorable Stay At The Leela
Excellent service by Nishant Agarwal’s hospitality team. Special shoutout to Mohit Dwivedi, Vishal Rana, Megha, Anjali and Keshav for looking after so well at Citrus and Zen. Chef Shreya and Jyotsna at Citrus especially curated a high tea on the last day as I prepared to fly back to Us with fond memories. Thank you for everything!
