Best new year celebration of my life🥂
We celebrated New Year's Eve with our parents at The Leela, Bangalore, and it exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean, luxurious, and equipped with modern amenities. However, what truly made our stay special was the exceptional customer service from all the staff, including the hotel, butler housekeepers and lift operators. A huge thank you to rockstars Mohit, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He even checked in with us at midnight ,after the event to ensure everything was okay . We're thrilled to have trusted him and look forward to dining with you all again. Mohit's dedication to guest comfort is unmatched. Happy New Year to you and the entire team!

Seating is comfortable with ample privacy, and the overall cleanliness is impeccable. The food selection is well-curated, with a good mix of Indian and continental options, and the quality is consistently high. Service stands out—staff are courteous, attentive, and efficient without being intrusive. The lounge never feels chaotic, even during peak hours, which adds to the sense of exclusivity. Overall, the Leela Lounge delivers a premium, seamless experience and is easily one of the better lounges for travelers who value comfort, quality, and thoughtful service. Special mention to Tushar and Nikki for their warm, attentive service that truly elevated the experience.

The best place! From warm welcome by Tanyaya and wonderful service by tushar verma to fantastic drinks by Oshin. A perfect place for cocktail hours at royal club lounge
