Consistently excellent
This hotel is somehow more than the sum of its remarkable parts. I had looked forward to the beautiful amenities I saw online. What I did not anticipate was the consistently hospitable and proactive instincts of the staff. From the staff across housekeeping, spa, dining room, and butlers, all were equally, consistently friendly and professional. They made this solo traveler feel welcome and I truly hope to return soon!

Leela Palace is the place to stay
The Leela sets the bar for comfort and hospitality. The staff are very attentive, ready with recommendations when you ask, and make every effort to create a comfortable environment. I came to Bengaluru for work, and wound up enjoying as if I was here for pleasure. The food, pastries, and service are world class. Highly recommend.

Exceptional paradise in crazy city
Everything about this hotel is exceptional. The staff, Breakfast, flowers, gardens, Room. I would love to stay here again. Highlight the pool and the service around the pool.

Best hotel in Bangalore
The Leela is our favorite hotel in Bangalore. Excellent atmosphere, incredible food, and extremely attentive service. The pastry chef is world class, and we never skip breakfast or happy hour. The butlers will ensure you have a fantastic visit no matter what. Even though we’re here for business, it feels like a vacation every time thanks to the Leela.

Interesting cultural experience
The hotel is beautiful and interesting. They have a candle lighting ceremony and cultural dancing in the evenings at 6:30 which I really enjoyed! The rooms are beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed hanging out at the beautiful swimming pool. I also used their airport transportation which was very comfortable and convenient.
