The palace butler team is so amazing they changed full hotel experience. Mohit is super amazing guy. Tanaya, Mohit & team gave us such a warm welcome & good very good Jain treats coming our way. Vinit is really courteous & excellent at what he does.

Couple of us friends went to Leela for a relaxed vacation for 2 days. From the moment I connected with them over the call for booking, the experience has been exceptional. We have stayed in many 5stars but the customer service experience in Leela is definitely Level-up. The hotel is beautiful but what makes the experience memorable are the hotel personnel. Be it pick-up from airport, concierge service, welcome staff, reception, restaurant staff, housekeeping staff, spa staff, they all go beyond to make you feel welcomed. My 5 stars goes to Leela Bangalore for such a wonderful hospitality 👍🏻

I stayed for 4 nights at the Leela Palace and the service and the staff were exceptional. I would like to mention the incredible service provided by Tanaya at The Royal Club in the 4 th floor. Gaurav at the Concierge desk who helped me when I lost my glasses . Also Taran, Kanishk and Suman. They all went above and beyond to make us feel looked after. Thank you so much! I’ll be back.
