The Leela Palace Bengaluru

I stayed at the Leela Palace in August, originally I booked for 3 nights but I ended up staying for 6 because I just couldn’t bring myself to leave. The building and gardens are stunning, worth even for a day visit or to go to one of their restaurants. There is also a hidden speak easy with live jazz, tasty snacks and small bites. I had the old fashioned and it was perfect, However what really kept me extending again and again was the kindness, sweetness and impeccable service level of the staff. I was unwell one day so someone organised to have a nourishing chicken soup sent to my room. It was an off menu item for room service but they could sense it would be the perfect thing to help me feel better. I mentioned missing my cats when I travel especially cuddling them in bed and I came back to an adorable cat toy in my bed. They just really looked after me and did every thing they could to make me feel at home, safe, comfortable and showed that they truely cared about my experience. A local wine and whisky tasting was organised for me in the Library lounge. It was just every thought that went into making my experience the best it could be. The heritage tour and evening candle lighting were also lovely. The club lounge staff were very fabulous, the butlers were exceptional, from check in to check out every person we met at the Palace did leave us feeling a little royal. They helped organise a Saree to be tailored for me and then gifted me a necklace and earrings set to wear with it. Every gesture was so thoughtful and personalised. I wish I had made a list of every single persons name to thank here but I will should out Rovi, Oshin, Tanaya and Mohit who were from the club lounge and butler staff as they were the people I had the most interactions with. Really lovely people, I have already booked my return to The Leela Palace in September and I am so excited for it.

They were travelling from Assam it was first time for Bangalore and first time at Leela palace as well the five star treatment we experience here it's we never had the four the banquet team 2 days continuously available for us managers Mr Mohit who pass me connected to all of our team members helping us at breakfast telling us about the property We never thought you will have such great experience in this hotel we will little uncomfortable but thank you for making us so welcome

It was first visit for Leela Palace we never had such experience anywhere. It was first time for us the food service staff service is so great. Not only Patel. Even the garden is so beautiful that it will make you stress free. Specially, want to thank Mr. Mohit Dwivedi who was the Buttler for our boss. Thank you for talking us in Marathi, helping us to make us feel comfortable. Our colleagues who were travelling from local villages of Karnataka, Maharashtra and different state. He was so good to them. We thought we are a part of family. Now we know why you Palace to this hotel
