The Club Lounge experience at The Leela Palace Bengaluru was exceptional. The service was polished, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout. The lounge itself felt elegant and peaceful, with excellent food presentations, well-curated evening mocktails, and a level of hospitality that made the experience feel truly premium. The staff went out of their way to remember preferences and ensure every guest felt personally looked after. Easily one of the best executive lounge experiences in Bengaluru.

Had the most incredible stay at The Leela Palace Bengaluru — truly one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. A special mention to Suman, who completely elevated our visit. From hi-tea to cocktail hour, every detail was handled with such care and precision. The service wasn’t just excellent — it felt genuinely personal. Suman went above and beyond at every step, making sure we were comfortable, looked after, and enjoying every moment. It’s rare to come across service that leaves a lasting impression like this. I would like to sincerely appreciate the outstanding service provided by Tanaya, Sneha, Suman, Tushar, Shreyan, and Mohit at the lounge in The Leela Palace Bengaluru. Despite the lounge being extremely crowded, they managed everything with exceptional grace, professionalism, and efficiency. Their ability to stay composed under pressure while ensuring every guest received attentive and courteous service was truly commendable. Their teamwork, hospitality, and dedication created a wonderful experience, and their efforts did not go unnoticed. It is rare to see such seamless service during busy hours, and this team truly deserves recognition for their excellent work.

Had a weekend stay at this property. The room was spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable experience overall. However, the balcony wasn’t very usable as a large porch obstructed the view. Room service could be improved—it took multiple follow-ups to get basic toiletries delivered. On the positive side, in-room dining was prompt, and the food was served hot and tasted great. The buffet breakfast and dinner were good, though not quite at par with other Leela properties. The spread felt a bit congested, but the quality was decent. The small garden within the property is beautifully maintained and adds to the overall charm. The spa services were also satisfying and worth trying.
