The Leela Palace Bengaluru

Our stay at The Leela Bangalore has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived until our departure, every detail reflected the hotel’s outstanding standards of luxury, hospitality, and genuine care. The true highlight of our experience, however, has been our butler, Tushar Akhauri. He has been absolutely outstanding from day one. Always available, attentive, and proactive, he consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. No request was ever too much trouble, and he handled everything with professionalism, warmth, and a genuine desire to make us feel welcome and well looked after. Tushar’s dedication and personal attention transformed an already wonderful stay into a truly memorable one. He is a tremendous asset to The Leela, and we are incredibly grateful for everything he did for us. We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Our butler, Tushar Akhauri, looked after us throughout the entire stay, and every request, big or small, was handled promptly and executed flawlessly. His attentiveness and genuine care made all the difference, and he consistently went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. This was, without a doubt, the best hotel stay of our four-week trip across India. I also have to highlight our room. The Royal Premier Club Suite was big, beautifully appointed, and exceptionally comfortable, a real sanctuary to return to after long days of exploring. Access to the Royal Club lounge was another lovely touch, offering a relaxed setting with excellent food and drinks, and it added a real sense of occasion to the stay. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangalore. We left already hoping to return

I chose this property for my wife's birthday and I think I made a right choice . We were treated so nicely by the people of leela , I think staff is the only reason which makes the people return and come back to this beautiful place

we stayed for one night everything was great staff is really helpfull and polite and we will be coming back soon
