We have stayed at The Leela Palace several times over the last few years, and it never fails to impress. It is truly a beautiful getaway right in the middle of the city. The ambience remains regal and timeless, and the pool and jacuzzi are consistently excellent and well-maintained. Beyond the stays, it has become our favourite dining and coffee spot at any time of the day. Whether it's a formal meal or a quiet coffee, the atmosphere is always perfect.

Our recent stay at The Leela Palace Bangalore was nothing short of extraordinary. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days in a Terrace Suite with our family, and every moment felt truly special and memorable. From the very beginning until the end of our stay, Ms. Fatima Malngiang took exceptional care of us. Her warmth, attentiveness, and dedication made our experience seamless and truly personalized. A special thank you to her for organizing a beautiful 60th birthday celebration for my mother-in-law — it was perfectly arranged and brought so much joy to our family. We thoroughly enjoyed the Royal Lounge services, which added a luxurious touch to our stay. During our visit, we explored all the restaurants within the property, and while each one was excellent, Jamavar stood out as the absolute best in both taste and ambiance. The food was exquisite, and compliments to the chef for delivering such delicious dishes consistently. At Jamavar, Ms. Tuboi welcomed us warmly and ensured we were well taken care of throughout our dining experience — her service was outstanding. The housekeeping team deserves special appreciation for maintaining our room impeccably clean and comfortable throughout our stay. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. One of the most remarkable aspects of the property is its serene environment. The lush gardens and beautiful waterfall create a peaceful, almost island-like atmosphere, making it hard to believe that you are in the middle of a bustling city. Overall, we had a wonderful and unforgettable experience. Thank you to the entire team at The Leela Palace Bangalore for making our family stay so special. We look forward to visiting again!

I had a wonderful dining experience at Zen Restaurant at The Leela Palace Bangalore. The food was absolutely amazing—every dish was flavorful and beautifully presented. A special mention to Pratigya for the exceptional service. She was attentive, courteous, and made our experience even more enjoyable with her warm hospitality. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this place for both the quality of food and outstanding service.
