A Truly Luxurious Stay at The Leela Palace Bangalore. Service excellence at it's finest.

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 22 hours ago

My recent stay at The Leela Palace Bangalore was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the experience was defined by elegance, comfort and truly outstanding hospitality. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, offering a perfect blend of luxury and warmth. The cozy balcony was a personal highlight, deal for unwinding and enjoying a peaceful moment. The washroom was grand and beautifully designed, adding to the overall indulgent experience. The breakfast spread was absolutely sumptuous, with an impressive variety and impeccable quality. Every morning felt like a treat and it set the tone perfectly for the day. What truly elevated the stay, however, was the staff. A special mention to Harshal from Housekeeping for maintaining the room so impeccably and Manjunath from the Bell Desk for his courteous and prompt assistance. Deepali at the Front Desk was extremely helpful, welcoming and efficient, responding to all our requests very promptly. And finally, a very special thanks to Karlos, the Guest Relations Executive. His attention to detail, warmth and genuine care for guests made a lasting impression. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable and his hospitality truly stood out. His approachable nature and constant willingness to go the extra mile made a significant difference to our stay. Whether it was a small request or a special arrangement, he handled everything with efficiency and a smile. From before we even reached the hotel till the time we checked out, he ensure all our needs were addressed. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience and I would highly recommend The Leela Palace Bangalore to anyone looking for a luxurious and heartfelt stay in the city.

Great Stay for Business with Foreign Delegates

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 22 hours ago

The Leela Palace Bengaluru is drenched in Indian hospitality. With every air particle having a great scent of Kumud flowers, it's an ode to the Indian Summer - warm and heady with fragrance. Every Wall and Corner is adorned with Indian handicrafts. The rooms are large and have a great collection of gourmet Teas & Coffees. The Staff is well mannered, courteous and helpful. The breakfast fare is large and the South Indian choices are very well done. This is a highly recommended Hotel especially if you have Foreign delegates to be hosted.

Wow the Leela Bangalore is back to its glory

Me and family visited The Leela Bangalore on 5th April 2026 to enjoy the Easter brunch at the Citrus. Wow we had a wonderful experience. The spread was so elaborate you cannot name anything that wasn't there. Every food was so delicious right from the mojitos to the desserts. The service was excellent lead by Rohit Asst FB Manager and team. It was really worth spending Rs.4500 plus per head for the brunch. I felt that The Leela is back to its old glory. The Leela Bangalore is really a luxury hotel which many of the international brands cannot match. Hats off to Rohit and team. Joseph J Anthraper, Kochi

True 5-star hospitality!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

My husband and I visited the hotel in March and I must say if you want to experience true 5-star service, this is the place to be. From the front office team to F&B and housekeeping, everyone is very well trained and very professional. Everyone made sure our stay was perfect. As soon as you step into the hotel, the arrival ritual takes away all your tiredness, especially from Bangalore traffic. Sadyadeep (my apologies if I got the name wrong) did our check-in and the room orientation and he was very eloquent in this approach. There is also a Diya ceremony that takes place in the evening which completely immerses you into the Indian culture and is a not-to-miss experience. Parthvi from Jamavar did an exceptional job and showed a very good mastery of product knowledge in his explanation of the different dishes and the specificities of the restaurant. Thanks to the Sous Chef who prepared the yummy food at Jamavar and who also came to greet us. Rishabh and the team were all very welcoming. The simple things and proactivity of the team such as proposing a shawl in case of cold, placing a small chair for me to put my handbag etc. make a whole difference in hospitality. Everyone is very attentive to details. Megha from the buffet restaurant was also very helpful and proposed some dishes that we should try during breakfast, like dosa, which were delicious. We also had a very good spa experience. On our last night, we had a nice dinner at the buffet and met the restaurant manager who was very thoughtful, but I am forgetting his name. Our thanks to Suman too. On the housekeeping side, our room was immaculate and we would like to thank Premila and her housekeeping team for their efforts. Mansi from Front Office is a gem of a person! I cannot thank the whole team enough and I can keep on writing about all the good things that we enjoyed but the list is endless. Our special thanks to Raman and also to the ladies from ZLB! I soooo loved the concept of a secret location. I think I will stop with these final words: keep up the great job and we will surely be back for a longer stay next time.
