The rooms and all facilities are tip top and easily up there with any luxury hotels in the West. Great gym and the pool is fantastic. I was made to feel super welcome by all staff but the star of the show was Suriya. I had landed in Bangkok with a horrible eye infection but he showed me how to use Grab and order eye drops. I cannot fault the service in any aspect and when I return to Bangkok I'll definitely rebook MUU.

Very Good hotel and people. Thanks one of the hotel member Suriya helping us to book massage, giving us some advice for what is special around the hotel and guide us the way. The secret bar is good, nice music and nice drink , can have a relax day at hotel

Very good customer service, Hotel service is nice. Bed is good sleep very well. Suriya is very nice and help us when we have any question. And he help us to book the service for massage to health land with the hotel car. To conclude, it is the best five hotel I have been.

Exceptional Customer service, knowledge front desk staff and concierge. Great location. Close to sky train and hotel shuttle will take you to BTS station. Delicious food so all you needs are met here. Great pool and gym as well. Special Thank you to Khun Pam Khun Aey, Khun Ya and Khun Nini.

My room was chic and spotless. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom had great amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, even arranging a last-minute tour. While the hotel itself doesn't have a pool, the rooftop bar offered stunning city views. Overall, a fantastic stay for the price – perfect for exploring Bangkok!
