So disappointed- tired, dirty, poor customer service. Stained bedding, room not ready well past check in time, food basic, general cleanliness poor, would not recommend - pictures do not reflect reality

Disappointing experience - booked a two bedroom suite for my family of 5. When we arrived there was no bed for one of my children - youngest age 11. Was told by reception and manager that room did not include any extra bedding or rollaway bed unless I paid an extra fee of 38 euro per night. The room included 5 people but the expectation was that they shared a bed!!! The staff were quite rude - despite the fake politeness. Rooms were a little grotty couch, curtains, bathrooms, carpets, desk all had stains. Mirrors not cleaned properly. That said the room was large and the bedding, bathrooms and towels were clean. In addition the amenities were great. Pool was lovely. Gym spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was lovely. We also found the rest of the staff to be very helpful and nice.

My stay was greatly enhanced by my new friends May and Nun at the bar on the first floor! I was always so happy to see both of them for my morning Thai milk tea or coffee and my nightly food orders lol! I would come back just for them!!

Excellent hotel and services! May and the entire team have been amazing!
