We stayed for 2 nights and the hotel was perfect, we were upgraded upon check in too which made the stay even more special. Facilities and breakfast were fantastic. Great views from the pool and also the rooftop bar. Worth making a reservation for the bar as it was busy when we went. Good selection of food options at breakfast, we particularly liked the egg station where you can order whatever you like and the staff will bring to your table. We found the location convenient for our site seeing and used Grab to get around the city. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing food and great service. The staff was lovely and very attentive (shout out to B!). If you are looking for high level Thai cuisine with a twist, this is a must-visit spot. And the view is unbeatable - even though we went while it was pouring, the atmosphere was lovely.

My wife and I stayed at Banyan Tree for 5 nights. We were most impressed with the genuine smiles and hospitality of all the staff. We had the club lounge facilities, and though it was the most busiest lounge we ever came across, the check-in staff and the serving staff were all so helpful and were always there to serve us. Trust me, opt for the lounge facilities if possible. Staff were very responsive to our feedback and requests after our first night. They changed our rooms to one that could meet what we asked for. They also arranged for a late check out for us as we had a late flight. Thank u Banyan Tree for a wonderful stay!

Great hotel in good location in the Sathorn area, easy access to Malls and other Bangkok attractions. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to one of the King Suites on the 49th floor - amazing city views. Lots of facilities and food and beverage outlets if you don't feel like going out into the BKK nightlife. The rooftop Vertigo Moon Bar has spectacular 360 degree views of Bangkok, get in early as its always busy with both house guests and outside guests as well. Breakfast was great (the iced coffees were delish) and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Special mention to Annie Park in Guest Relations, went above and beyond delivering a birthday cake to our Suite and singing Happy Birthday on this special occasion.

My wife and I went here for our first year anniversary and it was one of the best special occasions we have ever had! Our server Beer (yes that's his actual name lol) was especially kind, generous, and pleasant to help us with our menu selection as well as checking on us occasionally. He even got us a special anniversary card with a printed photo he took earlier when we seated. This is before even talking about the magnificent 360 degree view of the bangkok city skyline, just pure heavenly sight here at the rooftop level! Cannot say enough great things of this classy establishment! Cheers to Beer! 🍺
