Best place to stay in Bangkok hands down
Our first trip to Bangkok was made unforgettable by our stay at Banyan Tree Bangkok. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you to Mr. Wat, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional, also a special mention to the lovely Pim who was attentive & helpful throughout our stay The dining experience was outstanding with the Chef making every meal he prepared to perfection and exceeded our expectations. The level of service and hospitality we experienced here is second to none. We highly recommend Banyan Tree Bangkok to anyone visiting the city. It’s truly one of the best places to stay in Bangkok.

Excellent room and their service
We had a very good experience at this hotel. The room was clean and tidy. The receptionist was so kind that she offered an upgrade of the room for us. The dinner at Saffron Grill was marvelous to enjoy the thailand flavor. Their service and entertainment was excellent, especially noting that Kung and her mate Aor were so friendly and helpful for us. We had an enjoyable anniversary dinner there.

Wonderful experience, Stunning View
As a Thai person, before arriving I was a little concerned that the flavors might be toned down for international guests. But once I tried the food, I was genuinely impressed. The dishes were bold, rich, and authentically Thai. Both the savory dishes and desserts were excellent. Another highlight is the view. I would recommend arriving around 6 PM. If you are seated on the right-hand side, you can enjoy the changing scenery as the sun slowly sets, which is absolutely beautiful. The view over Lumphini Park is also very calming. The left-hand side offers a different view overlooking Bang Krachao, which is beautiful in its own way, but you won’t see the sunset, and after dark there is not much to see. Service was also very good. Khun Golf, Khun Aor, and Khun Kamkung took great care of us throughout the evening. I also appreciated that the chef came out personally to ask for feedback, which made the experience feel even more thoughtful and special.

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
