An Exceptional Stay at Banyan Tree Bangkok, Luxury, Comfort, and Outstanding Service
We had a perfect stay at Banyan Tree Bangkok during our long vacation in the city, and the hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Bangkok and within convenient walking distance of Lumpini MRT station if you want to use public transportation. Despite being in such a central location, the room was incredibly quiet and peaceful. We stayed on the city side (not the park side) and experienced absolutely no street noise. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the customized linens and pillows tailored to my preference. The nightly turndown service with essential oils added a lovely touch and made the room feel even more relaxing at the end of the day. The bathroom was large and well appointed, with excellent toiletries and everything you might need already prepared. Another feature we really appreciated was the two complimentary pieces of daily laundry service, which came back the same day, very convenient during a long trip. Breakfast was excellent with premium quality options, and the lounge access with afternoon tea and evening canapés was wonderful. Most importantly, the staff were exceptional - warm, attentive, and always going out of their way to make our stay perfect and memorable. I highly recommend Banyan Tree Bangkok to anyone visiting the city. We will absolutely return the next time we are in Bangkok.

Awesome experience
Did the mui Thai with badminton and it was so much fun! Very personable and personalized to your fitness level. The rooms here are incredible. The VIP lounge is great! Would definitely stay here again!

Incredible Dining Experience
We had an absolutely incredible experience at Saffron for a birthday celebration with a group of 9. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch, the staff was attentive and went above and beyond with so many thoughtful complimentary treats for our table. The atmosphere is superb, and the view provided the perfect backdrop for our evening. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a special dining experience!

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
