Exceptional service from Mr. Jihho
From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly greeted by Mr. Jinho, a Korean staff member, who personally assisted us throughout the entire check in process. He not only welcomed us with a genuine smile but also escorted us to our room, making sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. What impressed us most was his exceptional level of professionalism and attention to detail. Even before we asked, he kindly explained the checkout time, helped arrange a taxi for our departure and offered thoughtful recommendations on nearby restaurants. Every answer was clear and every gesture felt sincere. It was obvious that he truly cared about ensuring we had the best possible experience. His service reminded us of how meaningful good hospitality can be. In fact, among all the hotels we’ve stayed at recently, this experience with Mr. Jinho stood out the most. His warm personality, attentive assistance and knowledgeable guidance made our stay not only easy but memorable. If you ever visit this hotel, I highly recommend having Mr. Jinho assist you during check-in. I’m confident that he will make your stay even more special and turn an ordinary arrival into the beginning of a wonderful trip.

Nearly Perfect
Amazing hotel, lovely staff and a brilliant breakfast, Everything was perfect but we felt the room was slightly outdated and could do with a little TLC, The roof bar is brilliant and gives you amazing views of the city, Prices are expected for a city hotel, As mentioned, the room just felt like it needed a bit of modernising and a good makeover.

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
