Amazing experience and great hospitality!
I recently experienced the Saffron Cruise by Banyan Tree, and it was truly the highlight of my trip. The food and the views were spectacular, but what made the evening truly special was the outstanding service from Lek. Lek was incredibly attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout the entire cruise. It’s rare to find such heartfelt hospitality. If you’re planning to book this cruise, I highly recommend it—and I hope you’re lucky enough to be assisted by Lek! 家族で利用しましたが最高でした。特にスタッフのLekさんの細やかな気配りに感動しました。おかげで忘れられない夜になりました！

The view is stunning, Staff very nice and good service. The food is great. We are very enjoy spending time in the saffron cruise.

5 Star Price for 2 star hotel service & facilities
The hotel rooms are old, check in service was lousy (I was there at 3pm and room was not ready!). I need to change room twice because the room type that I booked were not available and the second room they trying to 'upgrade' but lights are not working and the windows are blocked by a huge piece of panel with no view at all. The facilities are old, staffs are not friendly. I strongly suggest you look somewhere else for a true 5 star hotel and service.

Great experience at Banyan Tree Bangkok
Fantastic experience at the Banyan Tree Bangkok. I had the pleasure of receiving a Muay Thai boxing training with patsakent. Amazing person. Would recommend!

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
