Honeymoon
Our stay at Banyan Tree was brilliant. Service was top tier, the staff especially the guys at entrance. Mr Wat was the standout, he was basically our information guide, gave us honest advice and recommendations. Highly recommend

Greatest date spot
Having a very good date night and birthday celebration here. Delicious food and great view, also the bartender name Namp is very kind and make my day wonderful.

One of the greatest hotel and spa experiences I've ever had! I will definitely be coming back! The staff are so helpful and have incredible attention to detail. The food was unbelievable! High quality and large variety of ingredients prepared by world class chefs, cocktails to die for, comfy beds, very clean and modern feel. Super helpful concierge with high quality day tours on offer. Special shout out to Amy, she was very kind and welcoming on our arrival and throughout our stay. To top off my trip, I enjoyed the 150 minute spa treatment. Was world class in every way. Feeling very clean and refreshed. Upon my return I will begin planning my next trip to return to the Banyan tree for a longer stay. Cannot find a single fault about this place.

Amazing hotel in Bangkok
This hotel was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were so attentive and helpful. The pool was amazing, if a little chilly, but perfect after running around the city! The room was big and spacious and the bathroom was nice, my only gripe was a lack of plug sockets by the bed. Easy to walk to the BTS/Metro to get around the city and the hotels tuktuk can take you to the BTS too. Would recommend this to anyone!

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
