Wonderful experience
Location: posh and safe area. Atmosphere: Luxury and also homely. Rooms: i got the panoramic club room and it was big in size and the club facilities made it value for money! Cleanliness: i never had to complain. I especially adored the turn down service! Amenities: i enjoyed the spa and i liked the pool. Staff: the main reason for me to write this review is so that i can truly appreciate the staff. I am so grateful for Pe. He is so kind and a genuinely lovely person. He made me feel special and welcomed. I am also thankful for Nun at the moon bar. She made my birthday night special and made me feel loved and cared for! Pim at the lobby was so smart and helpful. Truly enjoyed talking to her and getting help for any issues i faced. It was like having a friend!

Everything was absolutely delicious, we truly enjoyed every dish. Our evening wouldn’t have been so special without the wonderful service from King, Aor, Zee. Highly recommended!

Amazing dinner experience
We had multiple dinners at Saffron Grill. The food is outstanding, very flavorful and is also fun, as it should be! Service was impeccable, Kung, Aor and Zee were very friendly and made us feel very welcome!

One of my top ten hotels in the world.
I visited this hotel in 2003 and it was top class then. I returned for 4 days in 2026 and it was if anything better than before. Everything screams top class from the car service to and from the airport to the breakfast on the 59th floor. And you must experience dinner in Vertigo on the 61st floor. One of the experiences of my life. Also I recommend the Saffron cruise. The staff are superb and whilst a few people have scoffed at the location, I think that it’s ideal. Very close to the park and One Bangkok and a short walk to the sky train. We tended to use the sky train and metro in the day and Grab at night (which is dirt cheap). Bangkok is an experience. Try it whilst staying at the Banyan Tree.

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
