A pleasant stay at Banyan Tree Bangkok
My wife and I spent 4 days at Banyan Tree Bangkok in March 2026. Our stay was great. The hospitality was at great level. Staff were attentive and helpful. Food was of good quality and plenty. The room was comfortable. Sport facilities were great too. We swam , went to the gym and tried the private Muai Thai class, the coach was funny and good at teaching.

I had such a wonderful stay and wanted to give special thanks to Wendy, the hotel manager, who went above and beyond to make my visit truly memorable. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly helpful, warm, and welcoming, making me feel valued and completely at ease. What really made my stay extra special was the thoughtful surprise for my birthday — my room was beautifully decorated, and I was even treated to a complimentary birthday cake. It was such a kind and personal touch that I genuinely didn’t expect, and it made the whole experience unforgettable. Wendy’s attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care was greatly appreciated. She made sure everything was perfect and always greeted me with a smile, which created such a positive and friendly atmosphere throughout my stay. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and passionate about delivering excellent service. Thanks Wendy, my stay felt truly special and I will definitely be returning. khàawp khun khâ ❤️

Enjoyable and memorable dinner night
We came here for our Anniversary. Location is very convenient in the city center. Easy to locate. I love the atmosphere and ambiance here. We purchased Come 2 Pay 1 for package on a Thursday, which is very reasonable and worth the price. They also provided complementary Anniversary cake for us. And ‘Film’, she made our entire evening. She’s the best! Kind and warm and resourceful. Thank you so much.

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
