Banyan Tree Bangkok

We stayed here for 3 nights in a Panorama room (47th floor) prior to going on to Koh Samui for a furtger 10 nights. The room was amazing in terms of the views across Bangkok as well as the sheer size of the room itself. Panorama rooms give you access to the club lounge for which you can have snacks and drinks early evening as part of the deal. The Moon bar on the 61st floor also has a restaurant which I believe are the highest in Bangkok. The views by night are superb. Drinks are a bit pricey but if you're going to this bar or restaurant you won't mind too much. Staff are brilliant and I must give a shout out to the security/traffic man at the road who was always on top of his game guiding the traffic as well as helping us find our taxi (GRAB). This hotel is top notch.

The environment is beautiful and super photogenic! Miss Jeab also helps us take photos, she’s really nice!

The ambiance is fantastic, with just the right lighting and music that won't be too noisy or lonely. The mixology tastes very online, with high aesthetics and excellent taste. The service is warm and considerate, making the overall experience particularly comfortable. Jeab is a very nice person.

We spent eight days at Banyan Tree Bangkok and is was a great choice. We had a package through Luxury Escapes that included many extras which we made good use of. We had upgraded to Club Lounge and it was well worth it. The charming Mr Wat was there to greet us on arrival and usher us in to the hotel. We were taken up to Club Lounge on the 19th floor for check in. We had a welcome cold drink, snacks and cooling hand towels were provided. We were escorted to our room. There was a small issue with the first room assigned which the very helpful Wendy was very quick to rectify. Wendy was extremely professional and friendly during our stay, no request was too much bother. Thank you Wendy and your team in the Club Lounge for a very enjoyable stay at Banyan Tree. We loved all of the amenities of Club Lounge including afternoon tea, happy hour (special thanks Cookie) and the free flow drinks. The food was tasty and exquisitely presented, with different offerings each day. Our room was huge and very clean and comfortable. There was a sitting area with desk and lounge chairs. Welcome cakes and fruit. Plenty of free bottled water. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Nice, cool air-conditioning. Housekeeping was perfect, they were unobtrusive and just seemed to get the job done. Fruit, water and toiletries always fully stocked up for us. The room always smelt lovely due to the daily essential oil scent that they provide. We also had a nightly turn down service. We made use of the laundry service as part of our package and our items were collected, expertly cleaned and returned on the same day. I made use of the spa which was a tranquil oasis in the middle of busy Bangkok. So clean and peaceful. Special thanks to Aree and Port for your massages and care. Breakfast was the usual buffet style and there was plenty on offer. We had breakfast each morning on the 60th floor as the usual breakfast restaurant is undergoing renovations. We had a window seat on some mornings (not guaranteed due to numbers) and the view was spectacular. We would especially like to thank the lovely Aor and her team including Ning and Ray and a host of others. Aor truly defines what hospitality should be. She was always pleasant, friendly and very helpful. Thanks for looking after us at breakfast time. We enjoyed the pool area on the 21st floor. It is not huge but when we visited there were plenty of loungers. The pool was clean and clear. We enjoyed our visit up to the Moon Bar, the nigh time view was spectacular. We had a lovely stay at Banyan Tree Bangkok and would love to visit again one day.

After a long flight, we received a very warm welcome. Stayed in a club room for 3 nights, which I would definitely recommend. You can have breakfast, afternoon tea and evening canapés all in the club lounge. Also included a couple of laundry items per day. There is plenty of free water provided daily and all the room amenities you could wish for. The room was lovely and had a great view of Lumpini park. Hotel is well located for getting around Bangkok. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I could not single out one as everyone treated us well. I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel and would stay again.
