Banyan Tree Bangkok

Fantastic 5-night stay at the Banyan Tree, our second time at the property. Disappointed to hear the lovely water garden where we enjoyed breakfast last time is being dismantled and replaced with a walkway. Progress, I know, but we had fond memories of our time there. Escorted to the 19th floor by the helpful and personable Lux to complete the check-in process with Wawa. Lovely welcome drink and snack. Room #4709 is spacious and well-appointed. Very quiet and undisturbed by outside noise. Love the linens and bath amenities. Great WiFi made my work Zoom easy and smooth. Love the bath amenities; the daily incense and oil burner were so appreciated we bought our own to recreate the experience at home. Club Lounge amenities were delicious from breakfast to Afternoon Tea to evening canapés. The singing employees we’d like to recognize are Mr. Wat at the front door/concierge and Ms. Wawa in the lounge. Mr. Wat remembered our names and greeted us the morning and evening, always with a smile and offer to be of help if needed. He is a Banyan Tree treasure. We enjoyed our daily activities recaps with Ms. Wawa over an evening cocktail, sharing activities she wasn’t aware existed in the city (like the Museum of Counterfeit Goods). We can only say the nightly turndown service was a bit erratic. Unsure if it was because the hotel was at 100% occupancy, but two nights there wasn’t any by the time we’d returned to our room about 9pm, and the timings of the other three nights varied from 7:00pm to 9:15pm, and it wasn’t the same each night (slippers, water, etc). Not complaining, just pointing out it wasn’t as it was during our last visit in 2022. We look forward to returning to the Banyan Tree during our next stay in Bangkok. Really enjoyed this stay from the moment we arrived. The hotel team was already there to welcome us and helped us straight into the hotel limo, which made getting to the hotel super easy and stress-free. When we reached the hotel, the bell team was waiting and brought us directly to the club lounge. We honestly didn’t expect the room to be ready yet, so that was a very pleasant surprise and set the tone for the rest of the stay. What stood out most was the people. There were so many staff members who made the experience better in different ways, from arrival, to the lounge, to the spa. Too many to name individually, but every interaction felt genuine and helpful rather than scripted. We spent time relaxing in the club lounge and also visited the spa, both of which were great and well run. Everything felt smooth and well taken care of throughout the stay. Overall, a really enjoyable stay with warm service and a relaxed vibe. Would happily return.

Yet another incredible birthday celebration of my favorite restaurant in the Whole world this time in a different country but every bit is as good as our Beloved Doha Saffron. This is my more than 10th time in saffron in the entire world and my first time in Bangkok thanks to Chef Porntip of Doha for Introducing us to Chef Ad of saffron Bangkok this two masters are the core of the restaurant. Thanks to Aor, Kung and Folk for assisting and accommodating us they are the sweetest in the planet. What a lovely experience

Went to the Saffron grill at the banyann tree in Bangkok tastefully decorated relaxing atmosphere. Sat by the window. We were lucky to see some fireworks

The food is delicious and service is superb especially Khun Golf who assist us the whole night. He ensure everything is perfect for us. We really had a great time. This is my first time after Jan 2024 and Im really impressed this dinner. I love the dancing show too
