Impressive Dim Sum Buffet with a Warm Atmosphere
I had a great experience at this dim sum buffet restaurant. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The atmosphere was lovely—comfortable and perfect for a relaxing meal. The service was also excellent. A special thanks to Job, who was very attentive and provided great recommendations throughout the meal. His friendly and thoughtful service really made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone who loves dim sum!

Quality Hotel
Another visit to Banyan BKK, probably over 10 now. The hotel is currently undergoing some improvements and deep cleaning so there was some adjustments made to breakfast locations etc. While the breakfast was fantastic the volume of guests impacted on wait times for breakfast. Not withstanding this the staff all did an amazing job keeping everyone content. Shout out to Mr Kai and Mr Wat who do an amazing job out front, please ensure you keep them, assets to the hotel. Looking forward to seeing the new entrance during next visit. Thanks RB

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
