Mr Fame best customer experience.
had the best honeymoon experience ever with my husband! We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and from the very first moment we arrived, we were greeted by Mr. Fame, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He made us feel so comfortable and truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. I’ve never experienced such exceptional service from a concierge before.Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Banyan Tree, you have an amazing team member in Mr. Fame!

Perfect hotel to stay with my wife on our honey moon, beautiful hotel and even better staff. Also wanted to say how great Mr fame was as the concierge, his so attentive and helpful. He should be very proud of himself, he is a complete gentleman. Thank you

We had an amazing evening with Golf as our host. He went above and beyond to make us comfortable! He even brought us upstairs to take photos of us!

Incredible views from this beautiful hotel
We loved every second of this hotel. The outdoor pool, The Moon Bar and Vertigo Restaurant, Saffron Thai Restaurant and our bedroom - all had incredible views across Bangkok. Our room was immaculate and we upgraded to the Club Rooms which included complimentary massages in the spa, laundry and access to the Club Lounge. All worth every penny. Staff were fantastic at this hotel - we hope to return.

Fabulous, well worth the money
What a lovely dinner cruise, delicious food, plenty of it & all beautifully served plus the wonderful sights along the river. The staff went over and above to ensure everyone we had a lovely experience. Thank you so much to Golf who served us and was excellent. Would recommend.

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
