Blown away by the hospitality, the property and it's facilities.
We arrived at the Banyan Tree Bangkok after a 16.5 hr. flight and a trip across town via Airport Rail Link, MRT and finally a 10 minute hike with our luggage down Sathorn road to the hotel. By then we were sweaty and tired and a bit disoriented. From the moment we got to the edge of the hotel property we were treated like VIPS. Ushered through the lobby to the 19th floor Club check in where we were greeted by Jinho who continued to treat us like royalty. The cold towel and welcome drink completely set the stage for our vacation to come and were SO appreciated. We also arrived at the hotel at 9am and they not only had a room available for us but they also upgraded our room. I can't say enough about how nice it was to have a shower, and to be able to change and leave our stuff in our room for our day exploring Bangkok. The hotel is beautiful and the room was huge and so luxurious. It's location a quick 10 minute walk from the Lumphini MRT (and Lumphini Park) made getting around town super easy. We ate dinner at Saffron (Thai Restaurant) on the 52nd floor and it was one of the best meals I have ever had. Everything was so tasty and the ambiance and views were wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at the Banyan Tree Bangkok and would highly recommend to anyone! Every single interaction we had with the staff at the hotel was exceptional.

Memorable moment
Very good location, nice view. Friendly atmosphere, staffs are very nice and helpful especially at Baiyun, they hosted us very nicely, such a memorable moments, many thanks to 3 of them, K’Hill, K’Mind and K’Boom for taking care us!

Incredible hotel!
What a great experience staying at a true five-star hotel. Luxurious setting in the embassy district. (It is flanked by both the German and Malaysian embassies.) The area is not as noisy as other areas of Bangkok. Still plenty of things to do within walking distance. But the best part of the stay was the staff led by the incredible Mr Wat. You will have a friend forever! We will be back!

Great food with impeccable service
The dim sum selections were amazing. Quality of ingredients was top notch , the flavors fresh , the variety was just perfect. Hill who looked after our group of 7 was so kind , efficient, patient and truly outstanding. We will be back 👍👍👍👍

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
