The staff are so friendly and accommodating. They made my birthday extra special. Shout out to Khun Film, Khun AA and Khun Pen. Food is aloi mak!

Spectacular luxury rooftop dining
We came to celebrate a special occasion. Khun Benz and Khun Num were outstanding. The food was absolutely brilliant, definitely recommend the chateaubriand and the prawn linguine. A wonderful experience, and a beautiful atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

Best experience for city escape with Banyan Tree Spa
I didn’t stay at the hotel, but I had a 2.5-hour spa experience at Banyan Tree Spa Bangkok—and it was exactly what I needed. Right in the middle of the city, I felt completely relaxed, recharged, and at peace. I went for a body scrub followed by a deep tissue massage with Khun Jay. He’s incredibly skilled and really understands how to work on tension points, especially around the back and neck. Truly a therapeutic and rejuvenating experience.

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
