Great dinner at the Saffron Grill frim the Banyan Tree Hotel
Great dinner at the Saffron Grill, nice food, fresh and perfectly grilled with wonderful view. And most importantly, a very good service from Kung!

Wonderful stay in Bangkok
A great wonderful stay. Although its my 1st stay here under a meeting event but my Accor Platinum membership was recognised. I love the food at Exe Lounge. Room was very spacious including a huge bathroom too. Hotel power socket is using International 3 pin so there is no need to use an adaptor. Hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. Though its a 5 star hotel but price definitely way lower than some other top brands.

Good service
Good service. We are served by Kung. Very warm lady and we felt welcomed. She is very knowledgeable in the dishes and was able to explain all in detail.

Nice to visit both night and day
Nice view at 59th floor, worth spending with, even nicer with the dim-sum buffet. Staffs are nice and very helpful. Also staffs are English-speaking, no worries for foreigners visiting here.

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
