Great three nights in Bangkok
We stayed for three nights in Banyan Tree Bangkok and had an excellent time. The service, the room and breakfast were all great. The location was great too, just over a ten minute walk to either the underground and skytrain stations so getting about was easy. Staff were always ay hand to call taxis too, of course. Our room came with access to the lounge which, at first, we didn’t think we would use much but, in fact, it was really good. The complimentary snacks and drinks, including wine and beer, were of a good quality and proved to be a great way to bridge the gap between the lovely breakfast served at the hotel and dinner. The pool was not big and there was limited access to loungers. But we didn’t come to a Bangkok to sit around the pool so this did not matter to us at all. The Moon Bar on 64th was fantastic and the restaurants in the hotel great too. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Banyan Tree to anyone. If ever we return to Bangkok that is where we will stay.

Excellent food, excellent service
Our daughter booked a romantic dinner for two, complete with a bottle of wine, to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my birthday at 6:30 PM. We arrived a bit early and were graciously ushered to their Sky Garden, where we had the luxury of gazing at the stunning Bangkok skyline and its towering skyscrapers. Soon after, we were welcomed inside for our reserved dinner. Sai was incredibly warm, friendly, and accommodating, patiently explaining each dish in detail. The food? Absolutely excellent—from the appetizers and soup to the main course and desserts, every bite was a delight. As if the evening couldn’t get any better, I was surprised with a birthday song and a slice of birthday cake. Such a thoughtful and touching gesture. What a truly wonderful experience. We will definitely come back—I promise. ✨🥂

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
