The service delivery is impeccable,this hotel understands people and there wants. Very greatful for the excellent service by AUM ,its your kindness, and eagerness to please guests that will always retain guests,hence we extended twice, once aging ,thanks AUM for going the extra mile. Saffron Grill...Wonderful Experience
Had a wonderful dining experience at Saffron Grill, Banyan Tree Bangkok. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The food was delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the service from the entire team was truly warm and attentive. A special compliment to Fluke and Aor for taking such great care of us throughout the evening. Both were friendly, professional, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. 💛 Thank you to the whole Saffron Grill team for making our dinner so enjoyable and memorable. Definitely a lovely experience and looking forward to coming back again!

Great experience
Overall it was a top tier restaurant. Great food, great service, great view. I had a really good time with my girlfriend and would recommend someone else to try. Although it is quite pricey because the service charge and vat.

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
