Great hotel, restaurants, rooftop bar and staff
Everything about this hotel was amazing. Great location and staff. Especially Mr. Wat. He was so Helsinki with getting us pointed in the right direction of the go to spots. Highly recommend!

Today, I had the opportunity to experience lunch at VTOO, and I must say it was truly worth the price. The selection of dishes was impressive, featuring high-quality ingredients, excellent flavors, and a strong attention to cleanliness throughout. The ambiance of the restaurant was outstanding, especially the beautiful view, which made the dining experience even more memorable and enjoyable. My partner and I were genuinely impressed with our visit. Special thanks to Khun Tankhun from the Security team for recommending such a wonderful place. We will definitely return again when the opportunity arises.

Unexpectedly wonderful experience
It was an unexpectedly wonderful experience. The atmosphere was pleasant and private, the Thai food was delicious, and the service by Khun Beer was excellent. Every member of the family was deeply impressed with tonight’s experience — far better than any boat we’ve ever been on.

Relax at Banyan Tree before flight home.
Another fantastic stay at Banyan Tree. All staff are fantastic in particular the club room guys. Any issues are quickly resolved. This is our favourite city break hotel 😁

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
