Amazing experience!
Me and my partner spent our 2 year anniversary here and all I can say is wow! We are only one day 2 days into our stay but I can confirm that the staff here are amazing !! They are so polite, accommodating and helpful. I’m not one to usually write reviews but I feel obliged due to the extra effort made but staff. Thank you too Tile and Nana for their amazing couples massage! Would highly recommend anyone travelling to Bangkok to visit!

Best Birthday Cruise Yet!
The cruise was fantastic. Kh Beer took really good care of us from the minute we arrived on the Saffron. He was attentive to our needs, explained the menu, had us take pics for good memories and brought out the birthday cake as great surprise. The food, service and experience were a solid 10!

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
