Banyan Tree - family stay
This was my second stay at Banyan Tree Bangkok, and once again it was a wonderful experience. This time, I had the pleasure of staying in the Two-Bedroom Serenity Suite with my family, and we were all extremely pleased with the room and the overall standard of our stay. What really stood out to me was the exceptional attention to detail from the team. Pim from Guest Services was fantastic. I had mentioned that I was going shopping, although I honestly couldn’t remember telling her directly. I believe a member of staff who assisted me when I was getting the car to Sala Daeng wished me an enjoyable shopping trip and must have relayed this to Pim, as she remembered and mentioned it to me at breakfast the following morning. It was such a small detail, but it really demonstrated the level of communication and personal service amongst the team. Wendy was incredibly hospitable on arrival and made sure that every question we had was answered, making us feel completely at ease from the moment we arrived. Ice was also consistently warm, friendly and welcoming every time I arrived at the reception on the 19th floor. It is these genuine interactions that make returning to the hotel feel so special. I would also like to mention Gob, who I understand has only been with Banyan Tree for around one month. Despite being relatively new, he has already demonstrated impressive customer service skills. On our departure, he kindly offered to contact our next hotel should we realise that we had accidentally left anything behind, and he personally escorted us out when we left. It was a very thoughtful final touch to our stay. My apologies that I cannot remember the names of everyone who looked after us, but every member of staff we encountered was attentive, professional and genuinely welcoming. The hotel and our suite were also absolutely spotless throughout our stay. The entire team should take immense pride in the level of service they provide. It is the small personal touches and genuine hospitality that make Banyan Tree Bangkok such a pleasure to return to. Thank you once again for making our stay so memorable. The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
