Amazing hotel will stay again
We stayed at the banyan tree for two nights at the end of our holiday and stayed in one of their suites. Room and stay were fabulous and the amount of things we got complimentary with our room was amazing. Will stay here again.

Saffron Boat Cruise ✨
We had the best time seeing the sights in Thailand on this boat cruise. I don’t eat seafood and they made a special replacement meal for me! The service was stellar with our server Ekkorn! So grateful for him! And have to shoutout Boom as well! What a fun time!

Best dinner cruise EVER!!!
Ekkorn and Boom were absolutely AMAZING!!! I had the time of my life on the Saffron dinner cruise. I missed my initial reservation and they invited me back the next day. Customer service was amazing. Thank you for helping me celebrate my birthday!!!

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
