Unforgettable Stay at Banyan Tree Bangkok
I had a wonderful stay at Banyan Tree Bangkok. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a stunning park view. The staff were very polite and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The breaktast selection was excellent, though I would appreciate more halal options for Muslim guests. What made my stay truly special was the unforgettable birthday surprise prepared by the team - thoughtful gestures, warm wishes, and the beautiful ambiance made it a moment to remember. Overall, it was a luxurious and relaxing experience — perfect for both business and leisure travelers.

Banyan tree stay and meal at vertigo
Such an incredible few nights staying at the Banyan Tree. The staff were amazing, so professional, attentive and friendly. We had a wonderful meal at Vertigo with outstanding views, delicious food and excellent service from our waiter Saw. He took some beautiful photos of us ( without being asked) was attentive and friendly and enhanced our whole experience at Vertigo. Highly recommend

I always good experience here ! Love it !!! Good food, good service. I asked to arrange our 3rd year anniversary and they did it pretty amazing !

Excellent for a couples trip
Staying at the Banyan Tree Bangkok is an amazing and luxurious experience. From the spacious and comfortable rooms to the breathtaking sunset views from the Vertigo Moon Bar to the pampering spa treatments (Therapist Wa-Wa was excellent!), everything exceeded expectations. Highly recommended as a treat! 👍🏻

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
