A fantastic visit to Baiyun Bangkok! The food was delicious, fresh, well-seasoned, and beautifully plated. K’Job provided outstanding service with great attention and warm hospitality. We really appreciated the care and will definitely come back.

I booked the dinner cruise to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and everything exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was wonderful and the food was excellent. I would especially like to compliment MIE, the staff member who served us. She explained everything in detail and her warm smile and kind service made us feel comfortable throughout the entire three hours. We truly enjoyed our time and would love to come back again on our next visit.

First time back at the Banyan Tree for 16 years and the place is still the best in Bangkok. Outstanding rooms and facilities but the key difference is the staff who are so attentive and kind. A special mention to Chantim, Pim, Wan and Wendy in the club lounge who made my 50th Birthday so memorable!

Very dirty and unhygienic hotel. Has an old school charm but is clearly falling apart under current management. Other similar issues have been raised on other platforms but nothing has been done. 1. Toilet paper used by previous guests not replaced 2. Stain on bath tub 3. Gel like substance on bath tub 4. Peep hole is not clear 5. no reply to email 6. Told trip.com you didn't receive an email and then tell me that a call was made to our room to clarify whether an email was sent. 7. Bed side drawer cannot open 8. Drawer behind desk cannot open 9. Cabinet breaking down 10. Unfriendly staff. No one informed us where breakfast was when we checked in. Staff who asked for our room number during breakfast was unfriendly and curt. An elderly cleaner on the ground floor just ignore guests and treated me like i dont exist and just continues with what she is doing. 11. Breakfast doesnt clear cups 12. Chef shirt touched mushroom when arranging potatos 13. tooth paste stains on side of sink 14. slow in refilling food eg mixed vegetables during breakfast Can you imagine stepping into and using a bath tub with those stains and gel like substance in it, and with toilet rolls used by previous guest. And why have a peephole when you can't see anything? Is it for decoration? I also refused to touch the mushrooms after the chef shirt touched it as he was arranging the potatoes further in and we simply refused to eat it after that. It almost feels like im paying to work in banyan tree and to clean and inspect the room. Simply put would give negative points if possible. Fortunately we were there only for a night and was able to get out early in the morning.
