Wonderful experience
We had a wonderful experience on the Saffron Cruise. Our server, Jack, was very kind, attentive, and professional throughout the evening. He always checked on us at the right time and made sure we were comfortable. Thanks to Jack, my mother and I were able to enjoy a very pleasant dinner and a beautiful night view of Bangkok. Thank you, Jack, for the excellent service!!

I love this hotel ! A great experience all round with so many complimentary inclusions. The Duty Manager Cob has been very helpful and added to the comfort of my stay. As a single older person the attention from the staff has meant my stay has been a thorough pleasure. Plus my room is superb!

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
