Very nice partner stretching session with Kavin. Truly enjoyable to start the day like this. Staff at Banyan Tree Fitness centre is very friendly. Will definitely come back again. Look forward to our upcoming Muay Thai session.

One of the best
Jimmy attended us beyond expectation. It's sad that we came to visit during renovation of the rooftop bar which is the best spot for views and photos. Moreover, everything is excellent! The food, the service and the place are absolutely great! Thanks, Jimmy for a very warm and conversational assistance.

Best Experience Out of Any Hotel
We had the most amazing time at Banyan Tree! Service was excellent and the staff were all very kind, attentive, and helpful. Aor and her team in the restaurant at breakfast were out of this world in terms of service quality and attentiveness. We were greeted everywhere we went and given excellent treatment. The food was incredible at the breakfast buffet and had great variety.

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
