Service is top notch at hotel & Saffron
The hotel has fantastic service. I was greeted by Mr. Wat and Ms. Wawa who immediately took care of checking me in. I want to especially highlight Saffron restaurant on the 52nd floor and the staff of Korn, Toey, and the chef. I have several food allergies and the staff and chef worked with me to provide a menu that was very tasty and appropriate for me. I appreciated their attention to detail. I especially loved the Thai Pomelo salad. 5 stars!

Loved our wait staff MIE
5/5 very satisfied. From onboarding to offboarding it was a pleasant experience. Mie our wait staff was very accommodating and pleasant. He was smiling althroughout the cruise taking time to explain to us the food that he’s serving. He also takes very god photo. Look for me as he will make the experience extra memorable. Thanks, Mie for our lovely photo souvenir!💕💕💕

Amazing dinner cruise experience
Had an amazing dinner experience with Saffron Cruise. I came with my family and the dinner was serviced by K. Beer who provided 5 star service for our table. His attentiveness, explanation on all the menu items served and about the surrounding views was amazing. Thank you so much for the beautiful experience and delicious food. Definitely recommend this dinner cruise experience!

Beautiful views. Steak was delicious. Drinks were amazing too. Our server Benz was very attentive and fun! Definitely recommend anyone visiting Bangkok!

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
