Beyond expectations
Very good location, just next to the town center, very close to One bangkok and Central park. We booked for panorama room which has a stunning view. Service staff were very kind and helpful. We went to Vertigo rooftop which is one of the highest rooftop in bkk and it has great atmosphere. We got a complimentary wonderful Saffron cruise dinner on the second night which was beyond expectation. We met with Mr.Ekkorn on the cruise which is very kind, helpful and willing to help us in everything even took a photo for us at every tourist spot. Will be back again for sure!

We celebrated our 30 years of friendship aboard the Saffron Dinner Cruise by Banyan Tree Bangkok, and the experience was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment we boarded, everything was exceptional — the beautiful atmosphere, delicious food, stunning views of Bangkok at night, and impeccable service. Our wonderful service crew, Manoch Beer, went above and beyond to make our evening truly special. To our surprise, they presented us with a beautiful cake to mark our milestone, which added such a thoughtful and heartfelt touch to the celebration. It made the occasion even more memorable. Thank you to the entire team at Banyan Tree Bangkok for helping us create a magical and unforgettable evening. We highly recommend the Saffron Dinner Cruise to anyone looking for a truly special experience in Bangkok.

A Tranquil Escape with Exceptional Service
Banyan tree spa I had a truly wonderful experience at this spa. From the moment I stepped inside, the **calm and serene atmosphere** immediately set the tone for a relaxing visit. The decor and ambient music create the perfect environment to switch off from the outside world. The highlight of my visit, however, was my therapist, **Khun Arree**. She is clearly an expert in her craft. Her technique was flawless, and she was very attentive to my specific needs, ensuring I was comfortable throughout the entire treatment. I left feeling completely rejuvenated. The **hospitality** here is also top-notch. Every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and welcoming. If you are looking for a high-quality spa experience with a personal touch, I cannot recommend Khun Arree and this team enough!

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
