Dinner Cruise above par.
One of the best cruises so far, our server Ekkorn made sure we were no left hungry or thirsty. Impeccable service.. highly recommended.

Food was excellent. The views, phenomenal. Service was top notch. We loved everything about it. Totally recommend!! While other over packed boats were whizzing by with buffets, this was spacious, and it stopped in front of What Arun with plenty of time for pics and the crew even took pics of us in front of beautiful landmarks. No feeling of being rushed or fighting for a nice view. It was so easy and beautiful. Our server, Ekkyn, was personable explained every dish and was a perfect photographer.

Job won’t let you down!
Look no further than the unlimited dim sum at Bai Yun. Every dish was simply mouthwatering… make sure to listen to the recommendations from your server - Job certainly gave us some great tips on what to order!

Banyan tree round 4...
No matter how many times we stay here we have a amazing experience again at Banyan Tree Bangkok. Thank you to all the lovely staff.. Mr Wat and Pe the amazing friendly welcome staff on arrival. The lovely ladies in the club team.. Pam, Pim, Koi and everyone really helpful and always welcoming. Thank you again for making us come back again for a fantastic stay.

Opulent, but could use a refresh.
Large Hotel with all of the amenities - we enjoyed the larger rooms and washrooms and found service was good. That said, the pool was quite small and cramped and for a hotel of this caiber, English speaking staff was lacking which sometimes resulted in glitches in billing etc. The biggest issue was a mildly moldy smell in one of our two rooms, which persisted for the 3 nights of our stay, and slow plumbing. Overall, there is a feeling of aged rooms and a grand old dame who has seen better days. Would give 4.5 if I could.

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
