3 Night Stopover
Stayed here for the first 3 nights of our Thailand holiday. Lovely welcome from reception and refreshments brought to us in the lobby Lounge. We were told that our room would be ready within 30 mins which was a nice surprise after our long flight from the UK. Our room was very clean, nicely furnished, with a separate Lounge area, bathroom and full bathroom. There is a nice outdoor pool with sun loungers and tables. This is nice for relaxing, but due to the position of the hotel, doesn’t really get any sun. There are also a very limited number of beds. Waiter service is great for drinks and food here. We had breakfast included which was served in the restaurant with amazing high views of the city and river beyond. Food here was incredible with lots of choice and a nice atmosphere. Had drinks in the moon bar along with an evening meal in the Saffron restaurant. Excellent service through the hotel and all of the staff were incredibly welcoming and polite. We did feel that apart from the metro been only a 10 minute walk away, there wasn’t much else around without walking further to get on the skytrain or get a tuktuk. A private tour, on 4 different modes of transport, the Grand Palace organised by trailfinders was the highlight of our stay in Bangkok.

Amazing experience!
My wife and I had our 4th wedding anniversary here and had an absolutele wonderful experience. The food was fantastic, the restaurant is gorgeous and the staff was lovely. Special thanks to lovely AA and Pen for making our night extra special!! We will definitely be coming here more often!

Great food and atmosphere
We had a great time on Saffron Cruise. The food was good. Our server Jack was great and we were able to see a lot of sights as we ate.

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
