Excellent Dim Sum Experience
Visited Bai Yun restaurant, located at 59th floor in the hotel, for a lunch. The food was exceptional, and the mocktails were simply delightful to deink. The service provided by Hill and Zara was outstanding. Very attentive to detail and flexible in accommodating our needs. Their efforts truly enhanced the overall experience. We appreciated the wide variety of food options. The panoramic view of Bangkok is stunning, though I think the night view would be more vibrant. Highly recommended!

Nice experience. Nice activities (Box Thaï classes recommended). The view on the rooftop is amazing. The hotel is located next to restaurants and malls.

Nice experience
Went there for birthday celebration, the staff were nice. Food are delicious especially desserts, also got a complimentary cake. Overall, it was great experience.

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
