We had a very good experience at this hotel. The room was clean and tidy. The receptionist was so kind that she offered an upgrade of the room for us. The dinner at Saffron Grill was marvelous to enjoy the thailand flavor. Their service and entertainment was excellent, especially noting that Kung and her mate Aor were so friendly and helpful for us. We had an enjoyable anniversary dinner there.

Here for my birthday , Namfon takes care of me and my family really well . I have the best time ever

As a Thai person, before arriving I was a little concerned that the flavors might be toned down for international guests. But once I tried the food, I was genuinely impressed. The dishes were bold, rich, and authentically Thai. Both the savory dishes and desserts were excellent. Another highlight is the view. I would recommend arriving around 6 PM. If you are seated on the right-hand side, you can enjoy the changing scenery as the sun slowly sets, which is absolutely beautiful. The view over Lumphini Park is also very calming. The left-hand side offers a different view overlooking Bang Krachao, which is beautiful in its own way, but you won’t see the sunset, and after dark there is not much to see. Service was also very good. Khun Golf, Khun Aor, and Khun Kamkung took great care of us throughout the evening. I also appreciated that the chef came out personally to ask for feedback, which made the experience feel even more thoughtful and special.

A holiday is an experience and a costly one at that. This review is after the first night of a theenight break in the hotel. The reception on arrival perfect, The room very pleasant indeed. The evening meal on the roof top very special and food was excellent although expensive even by Bangkok prices. The major reason behind the review is what makes holidays so special is the attention to detail. This is a big birthday treat and we wanted to go to the Thai boxing on Saturday night. Pre-booked and confirmed with Ken the concierge two months in advance. All the mails exchange confirming pay at the hotel. Happy to post all emails if anyone wants to see them. So far this morning have spent 2 hours just trying to get any form of ticket as despite email they have done nothing about organising tickets. They can get us in tomorrow in a none championship night. But it’s not the same and we have travelled 7000 miles. Will post a full review upon leaving. Just book your own trips folks.
