Have stayed in many Bangkok 5 star hotels. But none have ruined our trips like the concierge has on this one.
A holiday is an experience and a costly one at that. This review is after the first night of a theenight break in the hotel. The reception on arrival perfect, The room very pleasant indeed. The evening meal on the roof top very special and food was excellent although expensive even by Bangkok prices. The major reason behind the review is what makes holidays so special is the attention to detail. This is a big birthday treat and we wanted to go to the Thai boxing on Saturday night. Pre-booked and confirmed with Ken the concierge two months in advance. All the mails exchange confirming pay at the hotel. Happy to post all emails if anyone wants to see them. So far this morning have spent 2 hours just trying to get any form of ticket as despite email they have done nothing about organising tickets. They can get us in tomorrow in a none championship night. But it’s not the same and we have travelled 7000 miles. Will post a full review upon leaving. Just book your own trips folks.

Fitness class on Friday
Intro to Muay Thai is very fun. Thanks to the trainer "Badminton", he let us do 3 mins real punch both upper and lower body.

Impressive Dim Sum Buffet with a Warm Atmosphere
I had a great experience at this dim sum buffet restaurant. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The atmosphere was lovely—comfortable and perfect for a relaxing meal. The service was also excellent. A special thanks to Job, who was very attentive and provided great recommendations throughout the meal. His friendly and thoughtful service really made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone who loves dim sum!

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
