Banyan Tree Bangkok in Bangkok, Thailand
There’s something to be said for a 21st-story outdoor swimming pool, but Banyan Tree Bangkok is not just a vertical resort. Situated in one of Southeast Asia’s most dynamic cultural centers, amidst the best retail and entertainment, this is a headquarters of sophistication. It even offers a “shopping companion” to guide you through the city’s alleyways. And with its aromatherapy burner, even your room is a journey for the senses. The restaurant’s 53rd-floor restaurant Taihei serves sake and sashimi in the clouds, and everyone from concierge to massage therapist extends the hospitality for which Thailand is known.
Indulge in a breakfast of banana pancakes and a traditional Thai coffee, sweetened with condensed milk. Energized, visit Bangkok’s Grand Palace, the home of Thailand’s president, and stroll through the famous Buddhist temple Wat Pho, home of the giant Reclining Buddha. On your way to the river, you’ll only need a couple dozen baht to enjoy the street food: chicken satay, mango sticky rice, roast pork belly or a shell of coconut milk. Board Banyan Tree’s own “Aspara” riverboat and enjoy an elegant dinner of crab in coconut broth as you see the traditional floating markets in action.

Reviews for Banyan Tree Bangkok
Actually 2 nights! Was very happy with the standard of accomodation and service at the Banyan Tree. Room very comfortable, very attentive service. Would stay there again. Disappointed in the roof top restaurant. Roof top bar, sun set experience excellent.

ï¼æ¥æ¬èªã®å£ã³ãã¯è±èªã®å¾ã«æ¸ãã¾ãï¼ English: I usually stayed at Sukhothai Hotel, and this was our first time at Banyan Tree. We stayed at a Serenity King on 50F for three nights. We requested a smoking room, and they DO have smoking rooms, which must be also convenient for some European guests. The view from the room was very nice. Their service was much more than what we had expected. We both have been to Bangkok multiple times and have already done all the touristy sight-seeings, so we rather spend more time at hotel rooms than going out during day time. For those guests like us who prefer to avoid hot heat and strong sunlight in the day, their Serenity Club was perfect. They provide breakfast buffet different everyday, free soft drinks and local beers from 10am to 8pm, afternoon tea snacks (sandwiches and cold plates) and free cocktails from 5:30pm. Serenity Club staff always welcomed us with smiles anytime everyday. Also, WiFi was excellent so that we could use our tablets anywhere, our room, Serenity Club and the pool side, seamlessly once the password was set in the devices. Especially, their shopping companion service was unbelievable. One day, I asked one of the staff at the Serenity Club desk where I can buy local herbs, spices and so on because I really like to see local supermarkets when I travel. Then, she presented me two choices, one is going to a department store and the other is going to a local market. I said to her I don't speak Thai, and I cannot take the second option. Believe me or not, they have a shopping companion service, free of charge up to three hours, all you need to pay is for taxi transportation, which is almost nothing in Bangkok. Because you are with Thai staff, you don't even need to worry about being ripped off by taxi drivers!! (I strongly recommend you tip your companion, by the way.) What a great service!! Due to the early morning traffic jam, I had a lot of time to talk with her in the taxi, and could learn a lot about the country from her. It was also interesting for me, and different from what I had experienced before in Thailand. Our flight coming back to Tokyo was very early, and they offered us breakfast boxes. We requested Thai food (we LOVE Thai food!), and it was Thai fried rice with an egg and fried noodles packed in containers with extra spice and sauces nicely bagged with an apple and OJ in Banyan Tree shopping bags. Until the end, they just impressed us with their hospitality. The food was really good, and we felt guilty because we could not finish it. We should have told them we only eat small portions. Many people seem to be amazed at the famous Moon Bar on the rooftop, but it did not impress me much because we were from Tokyo. Anyway, I strongly recommend Banyan Tree Bangkok. Don't hesitate to pay extra for Serenity Club! We have traveled in many countries and stayed at nicest hotels around the world. However, their hospitality and kindness is truly excellent, and you can experience more than you paid for. æ¥æ¬èª: ä»ã¾ã§ã¹ã³ã¿ã¤ã«æ³ã¾ã£ã¦ããã®ã§ãä»åãã³ã¤ã³ããªã¼ã¯åãã¦ã§ããã50Fã®ã»ãªããã£ã»ãã³ã°ã«ä¸æ³ãè¡ãã帰ããBMWã®éè¿ä»ããå«ç ã®é¨å±ããããå°ããã¨ããããã®ãæä¸ã«çããå«ç ã®é¨å±ãããã¾ãããã¨ã¼ããã人ã®è¦³å 客ã«ã¯å«ç è ãå¤ãã®ã§ä¾¿å©ããããã¾ããããã¼ã«ãµã¤ãã«ãå«ç ã¹ãã¼ã¹ãããã¾ããéã«ãã¿ãã³ã®åãã¯ä¸ç¬ããã¨ãå ããããªãï¼ãã¨ããæ¹ã¯ããã¼ã«ã®å©ç¨ã¯é¿ããæ¹ãããããããã¾ãããã¿ã¤ã¯ã©ãã§ãããããããã¾ããããã¨ã¼ãããã®è¦³å 客ãå¤ãã次ã«ä¸å½äººãéå½äººãæ¥æ¬äººããã¾ã«ã¢ã¡ãªã«äººã¨ãã客層ã§ããã50Fã®é¨å±ããã®çºãã¯é常ã«ããããã£ãªãã©ã¤ã¼å·ãä¸æã§ãã¾ããããµã¼ãã¹ã¯äºæ³ä»¥ä¸ã§ãããäºäººã¨ãä½åº¦ããã³ã³ã¯ã«ã¯æ¥ããã¨ãããã®ã§ãæ¼éã¯è¦³å ãªã©ããããã«ã§éãããã¨ãå¤ãã®ã§ãããæã ã®ããã«æ¥ä¸ã®æãæ°æ¸©ãå¼·çãªç´å°æ¥å ãé¿ããã観å 客ã«ã¯ã»ãªããã£ã»ã¯ã©ãã¯å®ç§ã§ããæé£ã¯æ¥æ¿ããã®ãã¥ããã§ã§ã¢ã¸ã¢æçãå°ãããï¼å¯¿å¸ãããã¾ãããé£ã¹ã¾ããã§ããã飲è¶ãªã©ã¯ç¡é£ãã¿ã¤æçããã¾ããªãâ¦ï¼ã10amãã8pmã¾ã§ã½ããããªã³ã¯ãã¿ã¤ã®ãã¼ã«ã飲ã¿æ¾é¡ãåå¾ã«ã¯ãµã³ãã¤ããï¼ãã¶ã¼ãï¼ãã¼ãºã»ãã ãªã©ã®ã¢ãã¿ãã¼ã³ãã£ã¼ï¼ã¤ã®ãªã¹ã®ã¢ãã¿ãã¼ã³ãã£ã¼ã§ã¯ãªãã§ãã ç¬ï¼ã5:30pmããã¯è»½é£ã¨ã«ã¯ãã«ãµã¼ãã¹ããã¤ãã¹ã¿ãããç¬é¡ã§è¿ãã¦ããã¦ã飲ã¿ç©ã®å¥½ã¿ãæ¶ãã¦ããã¾ãã WiFiã®æ¥ç¶ãç´ æ´ããããä¸åº¦ãã¹ã¯ã¼ããè¨å®ããã°ãé¨å±ãåºã¦ãå»ä¸ãæ©ãã¦ããã¼ã«ãµã¤ãã§æ¨ªã«ãªã£ã¦ããï¼ã¨ã¬ãã¼ã¿ã®ä¸ä»¥å¤ï¼ã·ã¼ã ã¬ã¹ã«ã©ãã§ãã¿ãã¬ãããã¹ããã使ããã¨ãã§ãã¾ãã ç¹çãã¹ãã¯ãã·ã§ããã³ã°ã»ã³ã³ãããªã³ã»ãµã¼ãã¹ãããæ¥ã»ãªããã£ã»ã¯ã©ãã®ãã¹ã¯ã¹ã¿ããã«ããã¼ã«ã«ãªã¹ã¼ãã¼ãã¼ã±ããã§ãã¼ããã¹ãã¤ã¹ãªã©ãè²·ããããã©è¿ãã§ãå§ãã¯ãããã¨å°ããã¨ãããäºã¤ã®ãªãã·ã§ã³ãæ示ããã¾ãããä¸ã¤ã¯ããã¼ããããä¸ã¤ã¯ãã¼ã«ã«ãªå¸å ´ãå¿è«ã¿ã¤èªã¯è©±ããªãã®ã§ãã¼ã«ã«ãªå¸å ´ã«ã¯è¡ããªãã¨è¨ãã¨ãä¿¡ããããªããã¨ã«3æéã¾ã§ç¡æã§ã¹ã¿ãããã·ã§ããã³ã°ã«åè¡ãã¦ãããã¨ãããµã¼ãã¹ãããã¾ãããã¿ã¯ã·ã¼ä»£ãªã©ã®äº¤éè²»ãè² æ ããã°ããã ãï¼ç¡æã¨ã¯è¨ããæå¾ã«ã¡ããã¨ããããã¹ã¿ããã«æããã¨ããå§ããã¾ãï¼ãã¿ã¤ã®ã¿ã¯ã·ã¼ã¯å®ãããã¿ã¤äººã¹ã¿ããã¨ä¸ç·ãªã®ã§ãã¡ã¼ã¿ã¼ãå£ãã¦ããã¨ãè¨ããã¦ã¼ã£ãããããå¿é ã¯ããã¾ããï¼ä»åã¯æã®æ¸æ»ã«å·»ãè¾¼ã¾ãã¾ããããå¾å¾©ã§140THBå¼±ï¼400åä½ï¼ãéã«æ¸æ»ã®ãããã¹ã¿ããã®å¥³æ§ã¨ã¿ã¯ã·ã¼ã®ä¸ã§ãããããããã¹ãã§ãã¦ãã¿ã¤ã«ã¤ãã¦è²ã æãã¦ãããã¾ãããå¸å ´ã¯ããããªã¨ããã§ã¯ãªãã®ã§ã彼女ã«ã¯ç³ã訳ãªãã¨æãã¾ããããããã§ä»ã¾ã§ã«ã¯çµé¨ã§ããªãä½é¨ãã§ãã¾ããã æ±äº¬ã«æ»ããã©ã¤ãã¯æ©ãã£ãã®ã§ãæé£ã®ãå¼å½ãä½ã£ã¦ããã ãã¾ãããã¿ã¤æçã好ããªã®ã§ãªã¯ã¨ã¹ãããã¨ãããã¬ããªã¨å¹³éººã®ç¼ããã°ãåè¾åã¨å種ã½ã¼ã¹ãéãããããªã¬ã³ã¸ã¸ã¥ã¼ã¹ããæ°´ããã³ã¤ã³ããªã¼ã®ç´è¢ã«ç¶ºéºã«ããã°ããåºã¦ãã¾ãããæå¾ã®æå¾ã¾ã§ç´ æ´ãããããã¦ãªãã§è¦éã£ã¦é ããæãã¯ããç¾å³ããã£ãã§ããéãå¤ãé£ã¹ãããªãã£ãã®ãå¿æ®ã⦠å°é£ãªã®ã§ãå°ãªãã§ã¨ãé¡ããã¦ããã°ããã£ãã®ã§ããã å¤ãã®æ¹ã¯å±ä¸ã®æåãªã ã¼ã³ã»ãã¼ã楽ããã§ããããã§ãããæ±äº¬ããæ¥ãã®ã§ç¹ã«å°è±¡çã ã¨ã¯æãã¾ããã§ãããè¦ããã®ã¯50Fã®é¨å±ããè¦ãå¤æ¯ã¨ãã¾ãå¤ããã¾ãããçªãããããªãããã¨ã¢ã³ã³ãå¹ãã¦ããããªããã®éãã§ããã ã¨ãããããã³ã¤ã³ããªã¼ã¯ãå§ããã¾ããã¡ãã£ã¨ãéãåºãã¦ã»ãªããã£ã»ã¯ã©ãã®é¨å±ã«æ³ã¾ã£ã¦ã¿ã¦ãã ããããããããªå½ãæ è¡ãã¦ãä¸çä¸ã§é«ç´ããã«ã«æ³ã¾ãã¾ãããããã³ã¤ã³ããªã¼ã®ãµã¼ãã¹ã¯æé«ã§ããæé以ä¸ã®ä½é¨ãã§ããã¨æãã¾ãã
We had heard this was a great hotel and we have stayed in a few lovely hotels so we were interested to see what Banyan Tree was like. It is first class - probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in....hard to fault it on any level. Staff consistently courteous and helpful. Accommodation is excellent - they have thought of everything! Food in all restaurants we tried was fabulous- especially the Saffron Thai restaurant. Facilities all well maintained and well run . Quite outstanding. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Isn't it great to pay the price of a room and stay in a suite? Well that's not the only reason. The moment I step in Banyan Tree, it's relaxing as I always associate it to a spa. And the toiletries smell good too. The room I stayed is classic, maybe next time I will try the Oasis Retreat rooms. Throughout the stay you will see a lot of nicely dressed people heading to Vertigo :)

My boyfriend and I stayed for the last part of a trip for my 40th. The hotel was great..! Check in was warm and friendly. We were given a beautiful fresh flower wrist garland and a cooling drink. Our room was on the 47th floor. The room was beautiful and very relaxing, comp,. We dined at Vertigo on our first night and had drinks at Latitude on the 2nd. We ordered room service on the second night and unfortunately the dish we ordered wasn't very nice. Was cold and my partners meal was incorrect. The sleep was disturbed. Despite being on the 47th floor we heard the traffic all night! The glass is very, very thin. Worrying for being so high. Unfortunately our room was also not cleaned after our first night. We had to contact House Keeping for it to be cleaned. This was disappointing in such a hotel. The pool was lovely. We both enjoyed the complimentary massage given by the pool staff. The hotel is in a good location. Views are amazing . Breakfast was great, lots of choice. Staff are very welcoming. You need to get cabs everywhere, traffic is crazy! Cabs are very cheap though..!
