Stay at Bangkok
Fantastic experience, it's a magnificent hotel with great service, everyone is very pleasant and friendly. The spa is fabulous. Vicky gave me a complete and wonderful body and facial massage, it was amazing and highly recommended.

Amazing service and amenities
Amazing atmosphere, everyone was super attentive, professional and friendly. We had a massage at the spa, and Nisachol was just a star (perfect pressure, timing and attention to detail).

Very good.
This was our first time in Bangkok and we were excited to come to this cruise. The food and view were great. And the service and experience was much better than we thought is going to be. The food was delicious, the dessert was great, overall this was an experience that we will definitely repeat once we are back. I must mention our wonderful waiter, Lek, who went above and beyond to make our experience amazing.

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
