Another Wonderful Experience!
My name is Mark, I stayed in 5607 from 2/27 to 3/3 in 2026. The room was wonderful, great views of the city and river. Housekeeping were fantastic, quiet, quick, unobtrusive, thorough - really everything you could ask for and more. Club Lounge is always a highlight for me and I was not disappointed, relaxing atmosphere with charming attentive staff. Such an oasis to go to escape the bustle of Bangkok. I noticed several new items on the menu for the breakfast, afternoon and evening, all very nice. It's always a struggle to decide what to eat, there is too much to eat everything. The cooks and kitchen staff deserve a specific mention, it's their hard work that produces all that great food! The Lobby is always a great place to relax, people watch, and have a quiet drink. Saffron Sky Garden is another idyllic spot, perfect to take in the views and ambience. I had wanted to try Saffron Grill, but I made a mistake re. their day off, my mistake, I will visit next time - it sounds wonderful. Another highlight of Banyan Tree Bangkok is always the people, the staff, the friendly faces you see around the property. Without them, it is just a building. I interacted with many people and was impressed by everyone. In no particular order, I would like to thank and commend Pam, Pim, James, Kook, Ray, Chenin, Diamond, May, Wendy, Tiew and Mew. Any spelling mistakes, my apologies. I'm sure I have missed some people, again my apologies. The concierges are always great with taxis, directions, recommendations, etc. I was happy to see Pim and Wendy in Club Lounge have been promoted. Good luck to them and all the wonderful staff. For anyone planning a visit, it is worth noting that there is a lot to see and do around the hotel - especially in terms of shopping, bars and restaurants. Sathorn/Silom is definitely worth exploring. Thank you Banyan Tree Bangkok for another memorable stay, and I look forward to seeing you all again soon! Best regards, Mark

I spent my day off at the restaurant. The food today was very delicious. The service provided by Khun Job was very professional, and he recommended the dishes very well. The staff took great care of the customers.

Lovely experience at Saffron grill a new restaurant in the Banyan Tree Hotel Bangkok. Food was fabulous and our server Kung Aor was very attentive and explained everything really well Definitely worth a visit.

So impressed with the services so friendly from all staff. Especially Khun Anny also Khun Ning and Khun Aor. My family and I didn’t stay at the hotel but we made our journey to come to have breakfast here quite often and every time have to say that thankyou for all stuff and also quality of food + the staff from the drink section also the best too.

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
