Nice experience
Our stay here was great. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The concierge was very helpful and always giving us tips on where to visit. The rooms was also very clean and soothing. The beds were so comfortable to sleep in as well. We had good experiences at our breakfast both at Vertigo and the Club lounge. The staff were all attentive and friendly and there was ample selection of food. We had our massage done by Lisa, Micha and two others we didn't get the name but they were very attentive and our whole family loved the massage experience. We also had club lounge previlges which was such a bargain with the price we paid for. Overall, we would consider staying here again if we visit Bangkok again.

Good atmosphere, nice view
Good atmosphere, lots of food options, free flow drink was great the staff didn’t let the glass empty, good service from parking lot staff, concierge staff and Vertigo staff especially K. Film and Tai were treated the customer very well. It’s my friend birthday she is really happy to be here. Overall is very good

Nong Film and Nong Tal are very professional and attentive, to top of with a heavenly view and large variety of delicious food, will tell all my friends.

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
