The best hotel in Bangkok!
Another brilliant stay at Banyan Tree Bangkok, superbly managed by the outstanding hoteliers Khun Boyd and Khun Akkachai. For a city hotel, the rooms are exceptionally spacious and beautifully appointed. We stayed in two one-bedroom suites, both of which were wonderful. The breakfast is truly legendary, and the rooftop Vertigo & Moon Bar — arguably the most famous in Bangkok — is an absolute must-visit. A special thank you to the wonderful Khun Aor and her team at breakfast, who meticulously took our order each morning and made breakfast our favourite meal of the day. While the entire hotel team was exceptional, I would particularly like to thank Khun Wat (Concierge), Khun Diamond and Khun Tiew (Executive Lounge), and Khun Oil (Spa) for enhancing our stay so meaningfully. Khob Khun Krub, Banyan Tree Bangkok — we look forward to returning.

I love this cruise with Khun Fah service team
This is the second time I went for the Saffon cruise. This time was the incredible one. Firstly I met up with Mr Ekkorn. He is a very friendly guy, my boss leg was injured and was walking slowly from Icon Siam. He has informed his team to wait and make sure our team 6 persons board the cruise safely Secondly, the food is very good! It impressed my local tongue taste and my foreign bosses love it too. It is not spicy and delicious for them. Thirdly, the manager, Khun Fah. I would say she is a very good leader with high customer service. Her team said yes to my 2 requests !! I get to know Khun Lek, Mono, Khun Pim and Ann. You guys are really good team. I really appreciate and we enjoyed the cruise. I really hope to see this team on my next visit. I will definitely book through Khun Fah next time! Because I hope to get this level of service again

Great birthday celebration
I came here to celebrate my partner birthday, and it was a wonderful experience. The food tasted amazing and was definitely worth the price. The service was excellent as well. The staff had a great service mind, especially Film and Tai — they took very good care of me and made the celebration even more special.

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
