Fabulous hotel, amazing views and attentive staff
Hotel was fabulous, staff very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, all different kinds of food. We also ate at Saffron Restaurant which was lovely. Had a drink at the Moon Bar which had amazing views if the city. We stayed 3 nights and managed to do 2 full say trips and a day going our own exploring. It was about 15 minute walk to the metro if BTS station where tickets were cheap but cash only. All in all our experience of Bangkok and the Banyan Tree was excellent 👌

Exceptional Service That Changed My Impression
I recently had the opportunity to return to this hotel following a previous stay that left me with mixed feelings, and I can honestly say that this visit made a real difference. From the very beginning, the level of attention and care was noticeable. The team made a genuine effort to ensure everything was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. I would like to personally thank Ms. Phatthraporn Waipong (Kook), Front Office Manager, for making this stay possible, and Mr. Supakit Moontima (Aum), Duty Manager, for his professionalism and attentiveness throughout my time at the hotel. The overall experience was excellent. Every detail, from the arrival to the service during the stay, reflected the standards expected from a high-end property. What stood out most was the consistency in service and the positive attitude of the entire team. This experience has truly improved my perception of the hotel, and I now feel confident recommending it. I will definitely consider coming back in the future. Thank you again to everyone involved for making this stay a very pleasant one.

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
