Good times at the Banyan Tree
We had a great experience at the hotel. We received a complimentary upgrade to a suite, and had breakfast and lounge drinks and snacks included - very good value overall. Dinner at Vertigo was nice, very generous portion of crab (including king crab) in the seafood tower. A particular standout activity was the Muay Thai. Did 2 sessions - one with Patsankent and one with Suksan; really fun fitness, both instructors were great. A real highlight of our stay! Thanks again guys!

Amazing hotel
My wife and I stayed at Banyan Tree Bangkok end of January 2026. It's an amazing hotel. Very fast wi-fi. Convenient location - 12-min walk from an MRT station. We used Grab several times - cars come to the lobby entrance. There's a 7-eleven 3 mins away and many laundromats around as well, which comes in handy. Our room faced the Lumpini Park. Very comfortable room - we got some fresh fruit every day as a gift. Very good water pressure even though we were on a high floor. We got "lucky" that the main restaurant was closed - we got to have breakfast on the 60th floor! Food choices were excellent as was the service in the restaurant and overall. I would stay here again.

What an amazing experience tonight on the Saffron Cruise! From the moment we boarded, everything felt elegant and special — the atmosphere, the river views, and the beautiful presentation of every dish. Our server Mie was wonderful. He was attentive, warm, and truly went above and beyond. When I mentioned that I own a Thai restaurant in New Jersey, USA and asked about some ingredients in one of the dishes, he actually brought the chef out to our table. Such an honor to meet and speak with the chef personally — you can really feel the pride and passion behind the food. The show was also fantastic and made the whole evening even more memorable. Overall, an unforgettable experience — amazing service, beautiful ambiance, and authentic Thai hospitality. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Bangkok!

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
