Great views and service (by waiter Benz), good food.
Had a wonderful evening at Vertigo. Our waiter Benz was great - very attentive and friendly! :-) Food was good (not cheap), but the view and Benz' service were definitely worth it!!

We had a wonderful family dinner at Bai Yun, Banyan Tree. The service was excellent, especially from waiter Job and waitress Bumbim, who were attentive and friendly. The food was delicious, well prepared, and the atmosphere was elegant and relaxing, perfect for a special evening together.

Ace! Out of this world
Spent 2 nights in the two bedroom suite, it was wonderful enjoyed it so much, the staff were amazing , the beds so comfy. Room service, NYE at vertigo was sensational Thailand we love you!

Cityscape pool experience
Our second trip to Banyan Tree Bangkok. Never fails to impress with the levels of service and attention to detail. We opted for a club room and it really is a “hotel within a hotel” experience - the food offerings are fantastic. We spent a much needed lazy day by the outdoor pool on 1st January where the lovely Kavin and the rest of the health and wellbeing team were constantly on hand to ensure a relaxing day. Thank you.

Thanks Khun Job for great services, taking very good care of us under fully book situation with 100+ guests. All the staffs are very attractive even offer to take photo for us several time. Will definitely come back.

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
