Perfect. Wish we stayed here longer
Everything was perfect - considering the price (cheaper than most premier inns in England) the luxury you get by comparison is incredible. The rooms were spacious, daily candles and incense (a different scent per day) and housekeeping did morning and evening turndown. Every amenity and toiletry you need. Pool was tidy and neat, well serviced for drinks poolside. Not a huge pool being the location that it is, but enough for a relaxing cooldown in the city heat. Decor, choice of restaurants and the rooftops are a great extra though obviously in Bangkok you have plenty of choice. Buffet breakfast was the best we had during our stay in Thailand. So much choice - each was good quality - not just quantity - with great juices and smoothies, hot and cold options from around the world and a fantastic noodle bar. We enjoyed the egg station (western and eastern choices) and the daily surprise dish which they presented on a trolley around the dining area. Service was nothing but exceptional, helpful and professional. Dry cleaning came beautifully packaged (not expected within a hamper with fresh flowers). Location was great - near the MRT. Taxis always available with concierge helping.

Awesome relaxing Thai massage
Masseuse Poj took really good care of me and the massage was really relaxing…and also much needed rest that I was looking for!

Nice luxury stay
Wonderful stay at the hotel. The room is very clean and we can also choose pillow option which is really nice! The breakfast has a great variety of menu too

Great food and excellent service
Food was really good, all carefully prepared and service was excellent. Our server, Win, took really good care of us and was really nice and attentive.

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
