Banyan Tree Bangkok in Bangkok, Thailand
There’s something to be said for a 21st-story outdoor swimming pool, but Banyan Tree Bangkok is not just a vertical resort. Situated in one of Southeast Asia’s most dynamic cultural centers, amidst the best retail and entertainment, this is a headquarters of sophistication. It even offers a “shopping companion” to guide you through the city’s alleyways. And with its aromatherapy burner, even your room is a journey for the senses. The restaurant’s 53rd-floor restaurant Taihei serves sake and sashimi in the clouds, and everyone from concierge to massage therapist extends the hospitality for which Thailand is known.
Indulge in a breakfast of banana pancakes and a traditional Thai coffee, sweetened with condensed milk. Energized, visit Bangkok’s Grand Palace, the home of Thailand’s president, and stroll through the famous Buddhist temple Wat Pho, home of the giant Reclining Buddha. On your way to the river, you’ll only need a couple dozen baht to enjoy the street food: chicken satay, mango sticky rice, roast pork belly or a shell of coconut milk. Board Banyan Tree’s own “Aspara” riverboat and enjoy an elegant dinner of crab in coconut broth as you see the traditional floating markets in action.

Reviews for Banyan Tree Bangkok
This is one of my fav hotel in Bangkok. Spacious room, also nice and quiet. Perfect for couples or business travelers who needs privacy. This hotel also have open air bar named Vertigo. If you dine here, the staff will give you a free printed photo as souvenir.

I stayed here for 3 nights and My room was upgraded to a Suite with very big separate living room. Very clean and everything works well. Checking in and out was a pleasurable experience as it was done at the 19th floor club lounge with complimentary drinks and snacks. The bath room was super big and the shower was functioned also as a steam room. New fresh fruit basket was changed every day at the room's dining table. Service was excellent in any place we were at. Exquisite hospitality. I posted here some pics from the 19th floor club lounge.

I confess this is exactly what I’m expecting from a 5 * hotel. From our arrival until check out, everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, nicely decorated with high quality materials and fabrics, modern and stylish. Of course this is a town hotel, so the pool is medium size on the rooftop, but nevertheless nice. The service is as what we can expect for such level quality hotel: perfect! The staff is kind, attentive and helpful. We had access to the lounge where we can have breakfast, high-tea and drinks (unfortunately we didn’t have time to enjoy the afternoon tea). The breakfast buffet was amazing; anything you want you’ll get it and so delicious. I came here during my business trip and enjoy the high speed Wi-Fi, which was appreciated for late work from my room. Also complementary fruits and cookies in the room every day. I had also a drink in the Vertigo bar (very crowded but nice view) and the Saffron restaurant which I highly recommend for the food and the view. What can I say more? I’m sure to stay there for my next trip in Bangkok.

This was our second visit and as we remembered it. A smart, contemporary city hotel with comfortable rooms and excellent facilities. We particularly loved our sundowner cocktails at the open-air Monnlight Bar sixty floors up, followed by an excellent dinner at the Saffron Thai restaurant 10 floors down. Yummy. The staff are without exception friendly and efficient, although some have little English. Reception desk was particularly helpful in making reservations for us elsewhere. Criticisms - it's a lot larger than most in the Banyan Tree chain and very corporate in feel. A lot of very obviously business guests, while the pool is poky and crowded compared to our previous stop in Ko Samui. But don't let them spoil your holiday. It's a big hot city out there and you'll appreciate coming back to the comfort and luxury. Just enjoy.

The amenity in this hotel is lovely, but what stands out is the service. From the concierge who walked 100m to cross the highway to flag a taxi because the congestion was so bad to the spa which was world class and so relaxing to the club floor staff who could not do enough to make us welcome.
