Short stay before heading south .
Fantastic hotel. The staff are all so friendly, it’s like a big family . Kai the concierge made our stay, every time we left the hotel he was there with his big smile . Thank you for a wonderful stay

New Banyan Tree restaurant.
Recently opened restaurant in the Banyan Tree hotel. It was recommended by the concierge and it’s worth a visit. The staff as is typical of the hotel are attentive and helpful. The meal was lovely. Enjoyed the spicy pork salad starter. The beef massaman, was accompanied with a selection of Thai veg. Yummy. As is typical you need to book even though the place was not busy, busy. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had a fantastic trip on the boat, Lek was an amazing host and made the trip very enjoyable.. the food was amazing and they catered to dietary requirements very easily.. would definitely come back for the beef and duck!

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
