Second visit at the BEST hotel in Sathon!
This is my second stay here and once again it was perfect in every way. My room was upgraded, buffet breakfast was super delicious with an amazing sky view of the city, and facilities were top notch. As always I need to specially mention the concierge team (Khun Boyo, Ken, Wat, Kai, Cha) for making sure l was well taken care, with the daily tuk-tuk shuttle & arranging the taxi to airport as well as providing me with nice cold drinks. Please make sure they are rewarded for their 5-star service! Also please let them know that “Khun Ben will miss them”!

Amazing hotel, celebrated my birthday here and was truly spoilt by the staff especially Badminton and his colleagues in the spa, large spacious rooms with a complimentary fruit basket which was a nice touch

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
