Amazing staff & hotel
We had an absolutely wonderful stay and cannot praise the team enough. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. The level of service made our stay feel truly special. Unfortunately, I can only remember Mr. Gom’s name, but he was fantastic – friendly, professional, and always eager to help. The same goes for every single member of staff we interacted with. Everyone contributed to an exceptionally positive experience. A beautiful hotel is one thing, but it is the people who make a stay memorable – and the team here certainly did that for us. We felt very well looked after throughout our stay and would happily return. A huge thank you to Mr. Gom and the entire team. Highly recommended!

Excelent service and fantastic hotel
This hotel is still fantastic with excellent service, it truly understands and executes great service.Despite being renovated the pool and spa area maintains it ex excellence, the rooms will always be clean and delivers a homely feel with its modern chic bathrooms. Myself and my wife's expectations were exceeded by the explorary service of the following people: 1. Primmada for a kind,warm reception, always remembering my wife and my name and for always making myself and my wife feel that we the hotel wants to doo all to make our stay perfect, thank you Primm for making us feel special will always remember your exceptional service. 2.Mr Wat for going beyond expectations for delivering outstanding service for my wife and myself, the hotel is truly blessed by your service,you made our stay special. 3.Aum ( Manger). Thankyou for the perfect execution of all our requests, you certainly nade our stay memorable and we even extended our stay because of your service ,your warmth and exemplary service execution deserves praise,Thankyou for the fantastic room,service and excellent service. The service delivery is impeccable,this hotel understands people and there wants. Very greatful for the excellent service by AUM ,its your kindness, and eagerness to please guests that will always retain guests,hence we extended twice, once aging ,thanks AUM for going the extra mile. The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
