Banyan Tree Bangkok

We have stayed here numerous times as a couple and loved it, so we brought our entire family for New Year, they where all blown away with the hotel and service, we all had club rooms which are fantastic, the club lounge is a great place to meet up. Our 2 yr old Grandson was so well looked after, a teddy and his own toiletry bag, he loved the playroom and all the staff. The NYE dinner was exceptional we couldn’t get over the amount of food that was available, the staff really are amazing. You will struggle to find a better hotel than this.

We stayed five nights in a one bedroom serenity room in January, overall stay was peasant the Vertigo roof bar is a must see to experience the stunning views of Bangkok. Staff are friendly and the hotel is conveniently located within 1 mile of Lumpini Park MRT and SLA Deng BTS,. There is a small shopping mall called One Bangkok which is close by should you need to have a meal or purchase goods. did not try any restaurants in hotel apart for Vertigo which was lively but pricy, think £15-£20 per cocktail and expect to pay at least £200.00 for a two course meal for a couple. There is a shuttle bus that takes you to either MRT or BTS station but must be booked in advance. Longe was good which we used a couple of times, Gym was adequate, pool area was nice but very small. Can recommend, but we have stayed in better hotels and locations, would prefer Asok as a location.

Excellent service specially by Sai, even as a student trainee, she did a wonderful job, so polite, respectful and professional. The food was delicious specially the pomelo salad. Best salad i have ever eaten.

Lovely atmosphere, great food and wonderful service. Highly recommended this restaurant and will definitely come back!
