Banyan Tree Bangkok

We stayed at your hotel first time . We booked through trip.com and arrived on 11 July , only to find out the roof top bar is not available till end of the year . Very very disappointed . We also found out that the hotel is undergoing major upgrading and improvement . The calm way to the hotel is not conducive and many vehicles moved around n and out on narrow walkway which could be dangerous for guests walking through We ask the hotel staff about the direction to the BTS . All pointed at the wrong direction and could not communicate effectively On the way back , we found a short cut from BTS to the hotel which should have told us earlier . The hotel’s far away from all the amenities nearby and not convenient . We asked house keeping staff in the morning about the location of the swimming pool . He said he did not know . What an answer ! Instead he said you want swimming , go outside . The staff were not proactive and seemed to be not well trained in customer care and service . Only front desk staff Khun Pim is different . She was the only one that knew how to service the right way . Overall very disappointing and I tried much to bring my wife to stay , our first time stay at the brand , after experiencing the cafe service at Koh Samui Banyan Tree. But this one in bangkok is far far from good . Will not stay again for sure . Thank you

Every detail reflected the high standards that Banyan Tree is known for. One of the highlights of our stay was the couple stretch class. The instructor (Mr. Badmintan) was professional, patient, and created a calming environment suitable for all experience levels. It was a wonderful way to start the day, leaving us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Thank you to the entire Banyan Tree team for making our stay so special. We truly appreciated the outstanding hospitality and look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we reluctantly checked out, every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcomed, valued and cared for. This wasn’t just excellent customer service—it was genuine Thai hospitality at its very best. We stayed in the One Bedroom Serenity Suite, and it was absolutely spectacular. The suite was spacious, elegant, beautifully designed and exceptionally comfortable. Every detail reflected luxury, making it the perfect place to relax after exploring Bangkok. Returning to our room each evening felt like coming home. Breakfast each morning on the 60th floor was one of the highlights of our stay. The panoramic views across Bangkok were breathtaking, and the selection of food was outstanding. A very special thank you to Aor, who made us feel like VIPs every single morning. Her warmth, kindness and genuine care made every breakfast feel special. She welcomed us with such enthusiasm that we genuinely looked forward to seeing her every day. We also thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary Thai cooking lesson, which was both enjoyable and informative. It was a wonderful opportunity to experience Thai culture in a fun and interactive way. The staff continually exceeded our expectations with their incredible attention to detail. One evening, after a long day exploring Bangkok, we returned to our suite to discover the most beautiful romantic bath, complete with candles, rose petals and flowers. It was absolutely stunning and completely unexpected. It transformed an ordinary evening into one of the most memorable moments of our honeymoon. After our wedding, we returned to find our bed beautifully decorated with elegant towel swans forming a heart and delicate rose petals scattered across the bed. It was another magical surprise that perfectly celebrated such an important day in our lives. A heartfelt thank you also goes to Bell, who kindly took photographs of us after our wedding. Those photographs mean so much to us, and Bell’s enthusiasm, kindness and willingness to help us capture such precious memories made our special day even more unforgettable. One thing we particularly appreciated was that every taxi driver, Bolt driver and local driver immediately recognised the Banyan Tree Bangkok. We never had to struggle explaining where we were staying, making it incredibly easy to return to the hotel after busy days exploring the city. The facilities, the service, the attention to detail and the genuine warmth shown by every member of staff exceeded every expectation we had. Banyan Tree Bangkok didn’t simply provide accommodation—they created memories that we will treasure for the rest of our lives. We travelled to Bangkok for one of the most important moments of our lives—our wedding—and Banyan Tree Bangkok played an unforgettable part in making it so magical. Luxury at its absolute finest. Impeccable service. Unparalleled hospitality. A truly world-class hotel. Without question, this is one of the finest hotels we have ever stayed in, and we cannot wait to return. Amazing cruise, top notch service. Food was amazing. It’s a tasting menu, so don’t expect an all you can eat experience, the food is amount is just right. The presentation of the food is excellent. I would say for the price, a beverage should be included with dinner. Water was not even included. Other than that, a 3 hour cruise is perfect.
