Saisons Banyantree
The service was excellent. Saisons Atmosphere: The restaurant is beautifully decorated in a minimalist style with warm, cozy tones. The natural lighting is gorgeous, making every corner perfect for taking photos. Khun Kae and Khun Mi took great care of us and gave excellent menu recommendations. They were extremely friendly and welcoming. Price: The average price is around 200–350 THB per person. The portions are generous, and the ingredients are premium quality, making it excellent value for money. I’ll definitely come back for a second visit! Food: The beef was delicious, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. It wasn’t greasy or heavy at all. Everything was absolutely satisfying!

Warm Hospitality and an Excellent Stay
I had a wonderful stay at Banyan Tree Bangkok in September and was very impressed with the overall experience. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail from the Housekeeping team, which made the room feel very well cared for throughout my stay. The hotel itself is also very well maintained. A special thank you to the Front Office and Concierge teams for their warm welcome and friendly service. They made me feel genuinely welcomed from the moment I arrived. I would like to highlight associate Khun Dee , Gook, Gun, Flame, Pae,Boy,Chin, Vendy, June, Fong, Khun Fah at Romsai, Folk Saffron Grill ,Sooksun and all associates. Breakfast was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. There was an excellent variety of choices, and I especially loved the healthy juice corner. It was a great way to start the day. I also enjoyed dining at Saffron Grill, where the food remained delicious and the service was attentive and professional. Overall, I had a great experience at Banyan Tree Bangkok. Excellent service, attention to detail, great food, and warm hospitality throughout my stay. I would be very happy to return again and highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
