Professional Service That Made Our Trip Memorable
The staff provided excellent and professional service throughout our stay, from the lobby team to the concierge. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and friendly. Great service to all staff
The best concierge service we ever had. Khun Benz, Khun Ming, Khun Noom were very attentive and have great service mind. Although the hotel is under major renovation but we did not feel neglected at all. We will be coming back to stay here again for sure.

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
