Great check in experience at Banyan Tree Bangkok
We have just arrived and are already having a great start to our Thailand vacation, staying at the Banyan Tree Bangkok. The moment we got off the taxi, we were given leis as a welcome. Then we met Bow at the front desk who was so friendly, we were really impressed. She personally took us to the club lounge level to register and we got the royal treatment with welcome drinks, snacks and cold towels. It was so refreshing after a long day of travel. We requested an additional bed in our one bedroom suite and Bow arranged for it right away without any hesitation. The level of service so far is excellent and definitely reflective of a 5-star hotel.

Deliberate Customised Excellent Service with a Heart
This is by far the best service we've experienced in any hotel. We got early check in with an amazing welcome. Instantly made us feel special. All the service provided has been meticulous and deliberately thought through. Staff are kind and well trained. We also took the massage package and the masseuse Bun and A were great. Overall amazing experience, 10/10 will come again.

Luxury to a whole different level!
My husband and I celebrated our 26year anniversary in the Saffron River Cruise and Lek was our waiter and he was remarkable and attentive to our needs. The Banyan Tree is one of the best luxury hotels I have stayed in!

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
