Banyan Tree Bangkok

This was my second time staying at the Banyan Tree Bangkok, and this trip was to celebrate my partner's birthday last week. Honestly, I was already impressed before I even arrived. The reservation team, specifically Khun Narumol Kongchoo and Khun Rung, handled my booking perfectly and provided all the information I needed. A huge thank you also goes to Khun Sitthapat Pimmy, who seamlessly coordinated all the dinner plans in advance. On the day of arrival, we received such a warm welcome from the Duty Manager, Khun Aum. Khun Aum took excellent care of us, making sure we had everything we needed, and managed to assign a room that perfectly matched our preferences. The duty manager and the team, including Khun James, Khun Champ, Khun Kew, and Khun Pat, were incredibly attentive throughout our stay. The room itself was spotless, and I have to give a special shoutout to the room boy on the 58th floor who was always super quick to deliver our requested amenities. Moreover, I would especially like to thank Khun Oat Akkachai for overseeing the entire stay and making the experience truly impressive. I truly appreciate everyone's effort in making this birthday trip a great one. For breakfast, the setup was temporarily moved to Vertigo Too on the top floor because the Executive Floor was undergoing a special cleaning. Unfortunately, the space up there felt quite cramped and was not the most comfortable for a morning buffet. For dinner, we had the Thai sharing set course at Saffron Grill, and it was fantastic. As a Thai person, I can genuinely say the food was authentic and hit all the right notes. The view was stunning, and the service was top notch. Thank you to Khun Kung, Khun Zee, Khun Korn, and Khun Aor for making it such a memorable night. I highly recommend dining here, even if you are not actually staying at the hotel. The next evening, we went on the Apsara Dinner Cruise. Let me start with the positives. The staff were incredibly welcoming, the food was delicious and beautifully plated, and the cruise along the Chao Phraya River was gorgeous, with a pause at Wat Arun so you can take night photos. A big thank you to the wonderful crew: Khun B, Khun Win, Khun Pop, Khun Phim, Khun Mie, Khun Sue, and Khun Boom for their excellent service. I have to say that the level of hospitality from every single staff member across the hotel was outstanding. I truly appreciate everyone's effort in making this birthday trip a great one!

It was absolutely fabulous, we loved it

Wonderful to experience Banyan Tree in a city location. The hotel still stands out given it launched in 2002. Breakfast is a fabulous Buffett but it’s the staff that make the experience so special. Big thanks to Zee, Aor and Bee at Saffron Grill. Excellent massages in the spa by Ari and Bunrit and a beautiful singing bowl sound bath by Suksan. A visit to the rooftop bar and restaurant should not be missed. Mukti looked after us perfectly at Moon Bar. People make the experience and Banyan Tree deliver.

Amazing experience for my birthday! Everything was perfect, and the boat was so elegant and chic. The description is very accurate to the experience.
