Perfect in every way
We stayed at the Banyan Tree for seven nights. Everything about it was impeccable. The staff could not have been more helpful. The breakfast was out of this world - best we’ve ever had. We had a beautiful dinner at Sapphire, and cocktails at the Vertigo bar which was stunning. The pool was pleasant and quiet, and the spa was serene and relaxing. It really was a lovely experience, and it would be where I chose to go if I’m ever lucky enough to return to Bangkok.

Incredible hotel, brand, and stay!
“Incredible” isn’t enough but a feeble attempt at starting a review here; in fact, places like ‘Banyan Tree’ don’t seem to fit here. Alas, what can you say about a 5+ star hotel that literally offers everything in y he heart of BKK? I’ll try… - food was truly exceptional (note: we were upgraded to a club lounge room so we at there) - the gym & pool combo is small but perfect. A rowing machine complements treadmills & bikes plus a small selection of weight training and muay Thai setups; the pool shows off amazing views of central BKK to the river - rooms are beyond “comfortable” with everything you need for a deep sleep in the heart of this lively city! - staff are helpful & caring without being pretentious - setting is ideal, just minute walking from lovely Lumphini Park, plus taxis/tuktuks out front, very walkable (IF you can take the heat) and two metro lines nearby Do it!! Dig into your savings and stay at this iconic Bangkok landmark. You won’t be upset.

The hotel was excellent, good size club rooms, with a great stylish bathroom, the club service was amazing with a good selection of food, the club staff were very helpful. We usually stay in the hotel next to the Banyan Tree which we love, but would come back to this hotel again for sure.
