Wonderful dinner on the bluesky rooftop bar. Food, drink, service, and lovely staff :) Centara is always my choice for dining out with friends, family, business partners, and colleagues. I will definitely come back here again, especially Ms.Air one of the best staff I always met here.

We have stayed in many hotels in different countries. Our experience at the Grand Centara Hotel in Bangkok (Central Plaza Mall) was one of the best, from A to Z. Every single employee was extremely helpful and outstanding. Overall, I would say the rating is simply excellent!!! The best experience was the gastronomy of this hotel. If there were more than five stars, it would deserve them. The entire team under Chef Arun Nag provided us with an excellent experience here. The food was simply five stars, as well as the service and the freshness of the dishes. The hygiene also deserves five stars. If you are in the area, I would definitely recommend stopping by the restaurant here and trying Mr. Arun Nag's dishes. Once again, many thanks to the entire team for such a wonderful stay and unforgettable experiences.
