Wow where to start!? The service was exceptional and staff very friendly, helpful and efficient. The gym, pool and spa was also very nice and modern. The hotel was very clean. Would easily recommend to people and come back if i ever have the privilege of staying in Bangkok again.

This hotel is a gem. The level of service was apparent at check-in. We arrived at 0630 and were offered an early check-in option to which we gratefully agreed. The concierge was phenomenal! I wanted to have clothing made and he arranged everything from the pick up to the drop off to a wonderful restaurant after the fitting. Everyone at the hotel is so service oriented. We felt pampered and cared for after such a long journey. I would absolutely stay here again and again. Also don’t forget to dine at the restaurant, Nahm. I was blown away by the tasting menu. So creative.

Great location. The place is very quiet and very clean. There is guest parking. The staff is unbelievably professional and nice. The swimming pool is very inviting. Breakfast is buffet style but one can order from their menu. The food is excellent. The hotel is very safe.

My two friends and I stayed at the COMO Metropolitan Bangkok over the Good Friday weekend. The service was impeccable. We booked an airport transfer and was unexpectedly upgraded. We had initially booked a room with a King bed but requested a change, which they graciously did. We shared a twin room with a rollaway bed. It was comfortable for the 3 of us, even with the rollaway. The area is a little quieter but Let's Relax (a good massage place) was about a 10 min walk away, and there were quite a few restaurants, food carts and a 7-11 nearby. Getting to Sukhumvit and otther bars and areas was never more than 30mins on Grab (car) with traffic. Breakfast was simple, we could order a main and had a small spread of cheeses, pastries etc to choose from. The fresh fruits were amazing. The highlight of the experience was eating at Nahm. We booked the Nahm Experience package with the hotel, which also came with a massage for each of us. Due to our schedules, we had to make multiple changes to our massage and Nahm bookings, but they handled the changes with such grace. The massage at the hotel was really really good. Overall, had a great stay at COMO. I'm giving it 4 out of 5 as the hotel is a little dated and the rollaway bed wasn't particularly comfortable. But everything else about the experience was impeccable.

The Como Metropolitan is a beautiful escape from the hustle & bustle of Bangkok. Set away from the main road, the hotel is modern , clean and beautifully decorated from the rooms to the lobby and pool area. The hotel is peaceful and quiet. The lobby is large with multiple comfortable seating areas for you to relax or have conversations with friends. The spa provides excellent service, using Como Shambhala products, which the products are also provided in the rooms. The Glow restaurant which serves a la carte breakfast has a great selection to choose from, along with the buffet section of fresh fruit, cereal, salads, pastries and drinks. The location is great- a short 8 -10 minutes walk to the skytrain , which is the fastest way to get around Bangkok to avoid the crazy traffic. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They are always welcoming with a smile on their faces. I would highly recommend this hotel for your trip to Bangkok.
