We stayed at Conrad as a party of 3 (mother and 2 adult daughters) in the Deluxe Corner King Room. Our stay was very comfortable, and we encountered so many thoughtful gestures from of all the staff. Some of our favourite points: - The concierge staff and porters, especially Ploy, Dragon, Don and Art, who were so warm and charming and had a solution for all our needs, be it nearby Thai restaurants or helping to book taxis and give advice on getting around. - Herman Miller office chair in the room! - Extra bed automatically set out when we arrived (as there were 3 of us). Great pillow menu too. We all had a great night's sleep - Huge gym with all the machines/facilities you need, even infused water - Cold towels and cold water served immediately at the pool - Great quality of food at the buffet breakfast - Thoughtful turndown service by Oliver, who laid out cloths for our bedroom slippers and toiletries - Service staff at the pool and lobby always took initiative and offered to push me in the wheelchair any time they saw us moving - Prompt shuttle bus service is very helpful and makes the location great Too many more things to name. This is a hotel that makes you feel totally cared for. Thank you to the team.

Reytry in the front is really nice We asked for the late checkout immediately and he helped us really fast, kindly The hotel is clean, comfortable, and have the really nice swimming pool and breakfast service I would like to come here again😋😋

Service over all has been excellent. Very friendly service. Daily breakfast buffet experience has been delightful. Servers were nice and friendly, especially server named Game and DiDi provided excellent service. Strongly recommend. Two Thumps up!

I last stayed at the Conrad Bangkok pre-covid, when it had just completed the refurbishment of most of its rooms. On this occasion, I booked a Deluxe room, which turned out to be an unrenovated room and it was certainly not in very good condition. I was upgraded to a renovated Premium room after I complained, so it wasn't the best start to my stay. However, the remainder of my stay was flawless with friendly and helpful staff who were willing to go the extra mile, attention to detail from the housekeeping team. A renovated and comprehensively equipped gymnasium and the enormous resort-style pool were put to frequent use. I especially appreciated the complimentary air-conditioned shuttle bus to the BTS SkyTrain station, due to the oppressive Bangkok heat and humidity, which operated at 15 minute intervals. Well worth paying the nominal surcharge of THB 300 per night for a renovated room, although do note that the windows of the rooms are surprisingly not double glazed, hence traffic noise may be an issue for light sleepers. For the price paid, and the the excellent maintenance of this property, it proved good value and I would not hesitate to return.

Everything was great . The concierge, bellmen , cafe staff & are wonderful. I specially appreciate Billy , the Bellman whose extraordinary helpfulness made my outings & need for transportation easier . He also made excellent Thai food recommendations and even pulled up The address & menu choices & most importantly, specific directions . That was our first night . The rest is history . I love the great guest services provided to me & I am grateful to the concierge staff too .
