Best hotel I have stayed at thus far.
One of the best 5 star hotels i have ever stayed in thus far. To top it off i forgot this was the hotel that the Hangover part 2 was recorded at. Our suite was actually next to the hangover part 2 suite which made it that much more exciting. From concierge, both Mind and Som were amazing. Mind managed to setup a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my room without my fiancè knowing and Som was always on point with my luggage. Hats off to the both of them. From amazing amenities to a breathtaking view at the sky bar. Highly recommend this place

Lovely Hotel with Excellent Staff
We stayed twice during the last month at this hotel and we loved being there. Definitely we will be staying there on our next trip to Bangkok. We entered the hotel early in the morning and were immediately welcomed by the front duty manager, Ms. Toodtu and her excellent team. Ms Toodtu and her staff made our whole stay very pleasant indeed, we got the feeling that they were genuinely concerned that we were comfortable and enjoying the experience. Thanks to the bellboy Mr. Ace who provided invaluable help with our very heavy luggage. The suite which we stayed in was a two bedroom corner unit on an upper floor with a brilliant view of the Bangkok skyline which was especially great at night. The suite gave us access to the lovely lounge on the 52nd floor where the staff continued to pamper us. A word about the breakfast, which even by the high standard of Bangkok five star hotels, was truly exceptional. Once again, our heartfelt thanks to Ms. Toodtu and her staff for their outstanding hospitality. We cannot wait until our next Bangkok trip to stay again at your lovely hotel. Nese and David Horn.
