Reviews for lebua at State Tower
Comfortable rooms with separate living section and decent bathroom. Good views from the rooms all around the hotel, close to shopping area and night life. One of the best open air bars can be found on the roof top of this building - definitely worth to visit even if not being the hotel guest.

Entrance is and lobby not what I was expecting, very soulless and budget feel. The roof bar / restaurant was fine. It's a long stay business property. There are much nicer options, the views are great, but again, nothing spectacular about BKK skyline. A very average short visit.

I was really impressed by Lebua hotel. Rooms not so classy but service here very good, location good, friendly staff, and skybar very nice. Just quite far from airport in my opinion. Good restaurants, nice pool
The hotel was in a nice location and has an amazing view from the rooftop restaurants. The rooms are spacious and the bed is quite comfortable, however, here are our observations from our experience: - we had to wait over an hour to have our bags brought to our room. The only came after I had to call down to reception - the money we spent on the couples massage was very expensive considering they didn't have a "spa" only a back room in the gym where our massages were performed. - we had to ask for our coffee pods to be refilled each morning. - there was no honeymoon welcoming (flower petals on the bed, fruit basket, wine, welcome card) - they made us pay any balance we had for room charges everytime they were incurred - very inconvenient. -refused to book us a taxi until room charges were settled each day - although we were promised that my food allergies would be taken seriously and that the hotel was very experienced in dealing with cross contamination - the chef and reception had NO IDEA what food allergy meant and didn't understand what to do after we repeatedly explained what we needed. I ended up buying bread and cheese from the local 711 to eat for 3 days.

This had to be one of the highlights of our trip and stay. Amazing service and all the staff extremely helpful everywhere we went while staying here, we had the Tower Club floor and so stayed on the 57th floor and then had use of the club lounge at Breeze Restaurant on the 52nd floor. Our 2 bedroom suite was amazing and huge with plenty of space for our party of 4 persons, the views are absolutely amazing!! And certainly a highlight of our stay here. The club lounge was great with drinks and food served throughout the day from 6am to 6pm which is complimentary just remember the dress code to go there. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even the girl at reception on the club floor as she remembered us every time we came ( even our room number!!). We had breakfast down at Moz rather than the club floor as it was included in our stay and the food and surrounds were fabulous, again amazing food choices and so much to choose from. The pool is right next to here and very beautiful. The location is probably not perfect for walking outside and going shopping as you generally would have to take a taxi to go anywhere or get the hotel shuttle to take you to nearby BTS to then get around but it is an amazing place, and safe so we had no hassles. I might even say the management we’re fabulous as we mistakenly left out passports in our room after checking out (duh!) and they rang us straight away when they found them, we were already on our way to airport to fly out so with their help we got our passports drive to airport for us. Now that is brilliant service. Yes the beds are a little bit firm but not as hard as what they usually are in Thailand still we had wonderful sleep. And the pillow menu is great with many choices to choose from. As guests of the hotel we also got VIP to go up to the top floor and see the views from the top of the hotel which is amazing, again be aware it can get busy during certain times as tourists also come to the hotel to come up top and see the view. Also be aware that the prices of the drinks from the sky bar are expensive so dont get a shock, this is 5 star location and views so expect to pay the price if you want to drink while up there.
