Lovely Hotel with Excellent Staff
We stayed twice during the last month at this hotel and we loved being there. Definitely we will be staying there on our next trip to Bangkok. We entered the hotel early in the morning and were immediately welcomed by the front duty manager, Ms. Toodtu and her excellent team. Ms Toodtu and her staff made our whole stay very pleasant indeed, we got the feeling that they were genuinely concerned that we were comfortable and enjoying the experience. Thanks to the bellboy Mr. Ace who provided invaluable help with our very heavy luggage. The suite which we stayed in was a two bedroom corner unit on an upper floor with a brilliant view of the Bangkok skyline which was especially great at night. The suite gave us access to the lovely lounge on the 52nd floor where the staff continued to pamper us. A word about the breakfast, which even by the high standard of Bangkok five star hotels, was truly exceptional. Once again, our heartfelt thanks to Ms. Toodtu and her staff for their outstanding hospitality. We cannot wait until our next Bangkok trip to stay again at your lovely hotel. Nese and David Horn.

First disappointment but memorable after.
I had stayed at this hotel several times in the past and had very good experiences, so this time I returned with my family. Although we encountered a few issues during our stay, and initially felt disappointed by the lack of sincerity in the staff’s responses, we ultimately left with good memories thanks to the courteous and genuine assistance of Duty Manager Narida Puangrua. We sincerely appreciate your kindness.

Lovely service
Good service especially a worker name Prakit helped us a lot. Location is great and balcony view are amazing! Clean and big rooms. Shops are nearby!
