Stayed here with my girlfriend for 3 nights during a trip through Thailand. I've visited many 'top' hotels in Bangkok over a period spanning 20 years. This is a hotel I wouldn't stay at again. The lifts service many other businesses within the tower including restaurants and apartments. There's simply not enough of them and you can find yourself waiting an age to get to your room which I find quite irritating. The room itself was pleasant enough. My other major issue was the queue at breakfast. I don't expect to have to wait in a huge line to get seated at breakfast. After 10 minutes I gave up and went outside the hotel to eat instead.

The room was nice and we had a great balcony. The pool restaurant had great food, especially the breakfast. The skybar was okay. Cramped but a great view. Overall, this was a nice hotel but way too much for this city. We got just as nice of the room, great food, and tons of scenic rooftop bars all over the city and for 3/4 of the price. Also, I know there ferry and skytrain are right there, but I felt like it was a little far from the action. It took almost 30-40 minutes to get anywhere by public transit, which does not seem like much but in 100 degree Bangkok heat, it's torture. If you don't have a burning need to stay here try to find something closer to the Grand Palace or off Soi 11

We loved our experience at Lebua! We typically go for the mid-range hotel when traveling, but the costs of Lebua made this an option. Breakfast was unforgettable, the views were great, and we hadn't expected a turndown service! We found the location much better than we had planned, with easy options to the skytrain and river.

This was one of the highlights of our trip. We stayed on one of the deluxe twin suites on level 57. The room and bathroom were ery nice with complimentary drinks in fridge and nespresso coffee machine. City views from our balcony were to die for. Staff were fantastic, very personalised check in experience. We had complimentary lounge access which had free drinks and food (delicious). Upon check out, we were able to use the facilities near pool to have a shower before our long flight. Only regret is not having stayed here for longer! Hopefully I will be back one day...

My boyfriend and I were sticking to very low budget traveller's accommodation throughout our trip of Thailand but decided we'd treat ourselves one night and thank god we did! Lebua was absolutely phenomenal with its exquisite views and style. I think the most impressive thing for us was the buffet breakfast the next day where there was literally 2-3 rooms filled with glorious foods.
