lebua at State Tower

I’ve stayed at lebua many times and always had a lovely experience. The location is excellent, and the suites are incredibly spacious—especially the bedroom and bathroom, which are very comfortable. This time, however, what made my stay especially memorable was the exceptional service from the Concierge . I had the pleasure of dealing with a wonderful young lady named Mind. I needed to order a product from a company, and what initially seemed like a complicated and stressful situation quickly became smooth and effortless thanks to her. She handled everything efficiently and professionally, taking full responsibility and ensuring the entire process was seamless. I truly couldn’t thank her enough—she made what could have been a headache into something completely stress-free. Even though the hotel may need a little refresh here and there, the warmth and professionalism of the staff—especially Mind—make all the difference. I will absolutely continue to stay at lebua in the future.

A well located hotel in Bangkok. Rooms are spacious and staff are very welcoming, especially the conciergerie team with Jack who provides us very good recommandations !

Jamel was super sweet, fluent and helpful with the check in process. Loved the cool towels and welcome drink provided. Service was top notch from the moment we got out of the car. We were lucky to get checked in early.

Jomel is very helpful and approachable! We reached at 10am and was able to check in already. Drinks and towels were also provided while waiting for check in.
