Like everyone else, i have rave reviews for the staff, location and accommodations. We were met by friendly assistants who took our luggage and checked us in effortlessly. Best part was, my husband could not open his suitcase so the bellmen tried combination after combination until they could open it. Incredible service. Restaurant was insanely expensive and probably not worth it. Just go for a drink and enjoy the view.

Lovely room, Roof bar and Restaurant but when we arrived with booking paperwork the hotel said we had to pay 3 times more than the paperwork amount per room/ per night. We were also told we had to pay a £250 deposit per room. £500. After a long wait they finally honored the price on out paperwork and up graded us to a two room suite which was lovely. The receptionist said they would take just one room deposit £250 but in effect they took £500 and said we would be reimbursed in 7-10 days. The facilities were lovely but the first hour after arrival were very upsetting.

It’s been a bit since we stayed but I wanted to leave a review nonetheless. We were traveling with friends and family to host our wedding in Koh Samui and decided to spend a few days in Bangkok so guests who had not been before could visit the city. The service was exceptional. The staff took extra care in knowing our party and took note of milestones occurring within our group. Without any prompting or requests we had chocolate desserts and a personal note with flowers delivered to guests celebrating an anniversary. We stayed in the Hangover Suite which had three bedrooms and multiple bathrooms. The suite itself is very spacious and had a spectacular view of the city. We never took advantage of the complimentary cocktails and snacks in the Tower club since we were mostly out and about in the city. The location of the Lebua was within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and shops. It was convenient to take a tuk tuk or walk to catch a ferry to the Grand Palace. The breakfast buffet included with our stay had a wide array of options but the food itself was average. The staff always seemed to know our names and who we were when we went to breakfast. They always had a table ready for us without us even asking. We did have 12 people with us so this was a very nice touch so that we could all eat together. We travel to Thailand annually but this was our first stay at Lebua and I would definitely go back. The prices were so low and the service was exceptional to more than make up for the average food. The Sirocco does have amazing views so I would recommend having at least a cocktail up there but it was not worth the astronomical prices for the chef’s tasting. It was about $800 USD for two people with the wine pairing and Voss water for 12. This does include gratuity. Skip this and head out to the city for a memorable dinner with food that exemplifies the wonderful tastes Thailand is known for.

Our room at Lebua was very nice and spacious. The hotel is a great location and you are walking distance to many restaurants. They have an amazing breakfast buffet as well. The pool is very nice, but based on the location it is in the shade a lot. Overall we thought the hotel was great and had a nice stay. The only thing to be cautious of is that there are tons of people that are scamming tourists outside of the hotel. Lebua is probably the most well known hotel in the area. We had people on three different occasions come up to us while we were walking down there street saying that they worked for the hotel and saw us there. Then asking questions where you're going and trying to "help you" by directing you to somewhere else. While this is not the hotel's fault, I do think that it happens so frequently (3 times in a 3 night stay) that they should be informing their visitors.
