Visited Lebua to watch the sunset over Bangkok whilst enjoying a drink. The view and the champagne were incredible BUT the waitress misrepresented what we could and couldn’t purchase and we ended up spending a huge amount of money on one bottle of champagne. After we questioned what had happened we were introduced to Mr Monthon Kongkoon the manager of the Chivas Bar and he expertly turned a bad experience into a great experience. Thanks Monthon your customer experience skills saved the night! Would recommend the Chivas Bar to anyone!

Very satisified with my stay here. Upon arrival I was greeted by friendly staff, taking care of my check in and handing me a drink whilst waiting. They do take a deposit of 5000 baht/a night upon check-in though. Unless I had done some research beforehand I would not have known this. The suite was huge, clean and with an amazing view over Bangkok. Bathroom is spacious although a little dark so not a place to put make-up on. The skybar was nice although drinks were a bit pricey. Lovely staff but lots of "rules" for where you`re allowed to be seated, etc. No seats at the "main" skybar. Location is OK and central to some of the attractions like Wat Arun etc. I´ll definitely return in the future and was "sad" to be leaving!

So I travelled in from Singapore where I’m used to a hefty bar bill but this was ridiculous; all for the pleasure of saying you drank in the worlds highest roof top bar! The staff were lovely and very attentive but 3200 Thai Baht, 140 Sing$ or £73 for 2 G&T’s and a small (very) platter of meats; which actually only included one meat, some bread, and Mozzarella cheese is too much! As an alternative, the Centara hotel have a nice one with a decent happy hour, nice views and food, together with a great shopping experience below👍

View is great, drinks interesting made, molecular cocktails, but for the price is not possible to have a second one, we enjoyed view but that’s it... would recommend to come in week not on weekends- too crowded, terrace is very small....

Disappointed with the lack of feedback following an enquiry into the refund of deposit. As per a previous comment, deposit before stay was a pre-requisite. As no one had a credit card, payment was made by debit and despite an assurance that it would be repaid within 3 months, 6 months later still waiting to here back
