Exceptional Service from Every Staff Member – Special Recognition for Kelly and Chai As first-time visitors to Thailand, my group arrived at Lebua with some nervousness about navigating a new country. That anxiety quickly melted away thanks to the outstanding service from the entire team. While every staff member we encountered was exceptional – from the front desk team during check-in and checkout, to the attentive breakfast staff, to the bartenders serving drinks with a smile – I want to give special recognition to Bell Captain Kelly and Chai at the front entrance. Kelly and Chai went above and beyond throughout our stay. They expertly handled all our luggage needs, efficiently loading and unloading our cars and taxis with genuine warmth. Beyond their primary duties, they provided invaluable help with maps and directions to places we’d discovered on Instagram, offering the kind of local insight that transformed our trip. The hotel itself lives up to its fame from “The Hangover” – the rooftop bar offers truly spectacular views, and the central location couldn’t be better. But what sets Lebua apart is the consistent professionalism and kindness from every single staff member, from the moment we checked in until we departed. This level of service exemplifies everything that makes Thai hospitality special. Thanks to Kelly, Chai, and the entire Lebua team, we’re no longer nervous first-timers – we’re confident travelers who will absolutely return to both Thailand and this hotel. I now can see why this hotel is rated #3 in Thailand and #72 in the world. They offer an “over the top experience! Starting with their concierge service (Mind and Kelly), restaurants (Tha), room and housekeeping services and the amazing views! The concierge team , lead by Mind and Kelly, made recommendations and reservations, for every request. I would describe what I was looking for, and they nailed every recommendation, while exceeding expectations. It was as if you received a recommendation from a best friend. Their breakfast buffet is not to be missed. You will start your day greeted and seated by, hostess Tha. Her amazing smile and warm greeting started every day off with positive vibes. Lastly, a must visit on there 64th floor “Sky Bar”. Vibes curator, “DJ Lucy Blue” Creates the perfect energy, while overlooking the city’s best view.
