Views Service Food Luxury I don’t how to describe it better 😍 Had an amazing experience at the hotel! The staff is so friendly and helpful, The room was incredibly beautiful and welcoming, the food was excellent! I really can’t wait to be back at the hotel

Fantastic room and service!
I stayed in a River View room with the balcony and it was worth every single penny and more. The service from the staff was impeccable throughout my stay. Minnie from the front desk was an example - cheerful, courteous and made sure my stay and checkout was smooth.

Pretty good but time has past through best days
Nice hotel we used in the past but getting a little tired when you compare with new hotels in Bangkok. Sky bar gets busy with outsiders and lifts can be a wait. Pool is not in a sunny position and can feel cold. Overall staff attention is good so is breakfast. A little update and arranging rooms, amenities and you could return to past sunny years.
