Never felt so cheated
The hotel, and especially the Sky Bar, strongly implies the possibility of taking iconic photos inspired by The Hangover. This is clearly used as a marketing hook. However, once you arrive, this possibility is arbitrarily denied, with no prior warning. The most serious issue is that you are required to purchase drinks first (at very high prices, especially by Bangkok standards), with the expectation that these photos would be allowed, only to be told afterward that they are not permitted. There are no signs on site and no information on the website stating this limitation. The result is a very clear feeling of being misled: the experience is designed to attract customers and then deny them the very reason they came, after they have already spent money. I genuinely felt tricked. Visually impressive venue, but poor transparency and a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend it.

Avoid like the plague they don’t appreciate your customers.
Never ceases to ruin your evening, staff rude and always wanting you to move or not be around zero atmosphere and drink prices seemingly thinking they are offering a top tier service. Awful from start to finish and it never changes designed for thailands current need to idiots on instagram or YouTube channels to promote this garbage. Rotten to the core and really avoid as it is not worth it. If the atmosphere was good and they had paces to relax and enjoy a drink they fine we moved to three diffent locations and got asked to ove twice having been told by staff we could be here having bought drinks in other bars in the hotel.

Great experience
Good hotel in heart of Bangkok, very good people working in hotel (Reception, Chai (luggage), Morning breakfast) We were really happy about our stay. Just one thing. Hotel wifi in our room was not working.
