Magnificient hotel although some parts are a bit outdated but it was still classic. Location is very convenient to the BTS skytrain only 10 minutes walking. They alao provide shuttle service as well. Sky bar is definitely a must come and Sirocco dinning is just outstandig. One of the reasons I came here often is because of staffs. They are generous and ensure your stay is great. Check in and check out was quick. Thank you to Cherry for making our stay so great.

For returning time, again a perfect stay at Lebua Tower Club. Especially many thanks to Aoom, the guest service officer who made the stay even more convenient due to handle everything in my homespeaking language german :) Lebua: 5 stars Aoom: 5 stars

I was injured at this hotel in their shower. Very poor design. The sloped tile and puddled water that didn’t drain were the cause. They refused to give me an incident report when I requested it. I wasn’t able to use their pool, gym and other facilities since I fell and broke my foot day 1. We stayed there 5 nights. I tried to dispute it with my credit card but basically Lebua said sue us! I live in the U.S. and they are in Thailand and they know that’s difficult! So disappointed in their customer service. Especially Cherry and Jacobo Lachin, the manager. While they were kind, they didn’t help resolve anything!

Overall, Lebua was a nice hotel. The accommodations and experience were as expected. Service was excellent. The breakfast buffet at Mozu was outstanding! Pool was clean and relaxing. Gym was clean and well-equipped. The hotel was located in a convenient location. The views overlooking the river and from the rooftop bar were very nice!

I have to say i can not figure out any better experience from hotels in Thailand. Room was clean and bigger that i thought, guys who work there were so polite. Next time i will book room for weeks 😍
