Personalized experience, all staff go above and beyond to make the stay relaxed.. nothing is too much trouble. Stayed at MUU many times and they are consistently on point, well done to all. There was a power outage in the area whilst I was in the hotel and the staff apologized for something out of their control, I have not experienced such empathy for an issue that affects guests in any hotel I have visited. Big shout out to Suriya, drove me to BTS in the MUU tuk tuk, organised transport and never stopped smiling 😀 See you next time, love the MUU experience!

The hotel facilities are great, the room was fantastic, the hotel staff are kind and nice, the breakfast is very good and tasty, the pool clean and welcoming, the room is big and comfortable with all the things you need, we stayed a week and it was just great.
