Perfect thai city hotel
What a lovely place. The hotel is fantastic, staff are very welcoming and professional in every area and the facilities are perfect. Location wise for us was also perfect. Stepping out into a whole variety of shops, bars and restaurants which were local. And then having the water taxi pier 2 minutes walk all ideal for us. Will recommend this hotel .

Great service and stunning views
From the moment we arrived and were greeted with damp towels and a sweet nectar, we felt completely well cared for. The view from the lobby to the river and pool were stunning, as was the room view which overlooked the assymetric designed bridge. Suggestions for traditonal restaurants were spot on and we we got around with ease due to the excellent recommendations of the staff. We'd return in a minute!

Riva Surnya (sp). Sept 17, 2026. **OUTSTANDING** Very nice, immaculate, the Staff, the food, the location. I am from New England but have lived here in Thailand for 20 years. I am a 1.5 hr flight away and we come to Bangkok frequently. Riva is now our GO-TO Hotel in Bangkok. I am 74, Handicapped and legally a blind but mostly self sufficient, as soon as I got off the Elevator, one of the Staff was beside me = Greatly Appreciated. The Pool area is very nice, right beside the River and you can eat out there. Breakfast on the River is wonderful. I could write a lot more, all the Good compliments are true and accurate. You won’t be disappointed. Captain

Great experience, boutique hotel
Lovely, chilled, boutique hotel. We chose a balcony view over the river and great to sit out. Bed was so, so comfortable in a large well appointed room. Swimming pool and lounges, breakfast choices (hot and cold) and a fantastic gym made my stay. Plenty of shops and places to eat nearby - walk into the laneways. Approx 2 km to nearest MRT, but close to river boats. I love to walk places, so really enjoyed our 3 night hotel stay here.
