Amazing hotel on the River

Amazing service. Everyone was so nice , helpful and always had smile. Especially Piaow at the front desk, she was so kind and welcoming. She made sure we were comfortable and was very patient when we were checking in. She also made sure to acknowledge me and other guests. She took the time to memorize our names and was so sweet. Food was amazing. I had a River view room and it was beautiful. Everything was so clean and room service was great.

We had an amazing experience staying at Riva Surya as a family. Everything went smoothly from check-in until the day we left. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and located right by the river which made our mornings extra relaxing. Our room was comfortable and perfect for a family stay. The breakfast selection was great and the staff were always attentive and welcoming. A very special thank you to Piaow. She has been extremely helpful and kind since day one. She assisted us with everything we needed and made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. We highly recommend Riva Surya to anyone traveling with family. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Bangkok!

Excellent experience ! The staff is extremely helpful, pleasant , and professional. We enjoyed eating around the pool . Bee was our server and was so accommodating and helpful. Our view was fabulous.

We had a lovely stay. The pool on the river was spectacular, very relaxing and scenic. We loved having breakfast with you, and our rooms were comfortable and charming. Most importantly, your staff was always amazing - every person we met was so kind and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better welcome. Thank you, I hope to stay with you again some day.
