A beautiful hotel with beautiful staff! Rooms were lovely. Nothing was ever a problem, even when lots of us provided chaos ordering drinks and food by the pool. We were also keen to take a water taxi to a bar, we asked if it was even possible, and it was organised quickly, great price negotiated, and everyone helped onboard safety. Genuinely grateful to all the staff, but special shout out to Piaow and Beer. Thank you - see you again soon.

We stayed here in Bangkok with our teenage family. We had an amazing time the hotel is in an excellent location- right on the river and in a lovely district near lots of restaurants and places to go out. The staff were very kind and helpful and organised a boat trip for us. The rooms were very comfortable and the hotel was beautiful done up in a Thai fashion. The pool was excellent. The breakfast was included and delicious.

I have stayed at the Riva Suriya on two occasions, each time for two weeks. The location, which is within a 2-minute walk to a hop-on/hop-off boat stop, is ideal for travellers interested in visiting the many sites along the river (e.g., Wat Arun, Wat Pho, Grand Palace, Asiatique, IconSiam, Chinatown). The hotel is also located within a 5-minute walk to Khosan Road. Getting to Sukhumvit and other sites is a bit more work but easily achieved by taxi. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and spacious. Beds are comfy and AC is lovely. The facilities, which include a pool, gym, on site bar, and restaurant are more than adequate. The breakfast buffet has Western and Thai options, with plenty of fresh fruit and pastries. The staff (front desk, security, restaurant, and cleaning) - no matter the time of day - are incredibly friendly, helpful, and gracious. I felt spoiled! They made me feel at home on both of trips. I hope to visit again!
