Great hotel in Bangkok
We had an amazing stay at Riva Surya! Piaow was the one who helped us with our check in process and assisted us throughout our stay with anything we needed. The other staff were also very helpful. The location of the hotel was very convenient to Khoa San Road and the tourist boats that go along the river. The breakfast buffet had a lot of great options and the rooms were clean and sufficient for our stay in Bangkok. Though we didn’t use the pool it looked very nice. We are a family of four and the hotel is very family-friendly.

A gem in the heart of Bangkok
I went on a business trip, but my experience at this hotel made it feel like a wonderful holiday. The hotel is very clean, the ambiance is relaxing, and the pool is absolutely amazing. Its central location made it easy to get around, and the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. A special thank you to PIAOW, who was exceptionally helpful, attentive, and warm throughout my stay. Your kindness and outstanding service truly made a difference. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable—I would definitely love to come back!

Exceptional Hotel!
My husband found this great hotel while making our plans to visit Thailand. It is a great location for everything we wanted to see. Our room was perfect and everyone in the hotel gave exceptional service. We loved the hotel porter who was very personable whenever we entered or left the hotel. And there is Mint who was always there to greet us in the dining room. She is a shining star in this hotel. If we are lucky enough to come back to Bangkok, there is no question that we will be staying in Riva Surya.

First time in Thailand
From the time we set foot on the property until we left we had an incredible experience. The hotel was close to major attentions with easy access to the hop on hop off boat. The food was great. I cannot say enough about the staff. The were friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. When we return to Bangkok we are absolutely stay here again.
