Great hotel for Bangkok
Very nice hotel with an excellent location. Just a few steps from an awesome outdoor market and street food. The staff was awesome. They went above and beyond to help us with lost luggage. Highly recommend.

Great Hotel In Bangkok
The staff were very professional and courteous! The New Year’s Celebration dinner had a huge variety of food options. The river cruise was awesome highlighting the city’s fireworks and drone show. We will definitely return here on our next visit.

Great experience and loved the hotel!
The hotel is very close to the most important temples, specially to the Grand Palace. Also it is very close to stores, nice outdoor restaurants and to Khao San Road (night market). The place it self is very calm, it is perfect for relaxation. Also, the rooms are very comfortable and they got anything you’d need. If the room doesn’t show an item such as an iron, the personal will take it to you. Also, the rooms always get clean and all the areas are also very well put. One of the things that I liked the most was that the personal is very helpful, polite and they truly seem to care about you, specially Piaow. She’s very nice and always recieved us with a smile. About the amenities, the pool was amazing and I had to check the gym, it has everything you might need to work out for a few days.

We had a great stay at riva Surya, fantastic team like piaow at reception. Nice gym and relaxing pool especially after a day spent visiting the city, also the boat pier is just 20 meters from the hotel.
